Originally, we wanted the refrigerator because the bottom right can be used to freeze or as additional refrigerator space, which is more important to us, having 2 teenage boys. The sale at Best Buy, allowed me to get it with the computer in the door for an additional $100. I really didn't think it was something we needed, but now that I have it, the whole family loves it. It is the handiest thing I have ever bought!

I am rating this fridge high because it is the second one we are getting and we love the first one. We have had no issues, it is sleek, and the interactive feature is quite interesting. The only problem is that the second one has taken months to arrive. At the moment we are looking at mid June. Altogether it will be almost 4 months wait.

I love my new Samsung fridge is easy and I can ply my music when I’m cooking!!

So far, I haven't had too many issues with this refrigerator. I did have issues with connecting to the wi-fi but was able to resolve it after a visit from the Geek Squad. I love how the fridge door sends a message to my phone when the door is left open. I love being able to see inside the fridge when I'm at the grocery store. I love being able to watch YouTube videos of how to cook certain dishes while I'm cooking in the kitchen. Lots of features still unexplored.

I have really enjoyed this fridge. It is pretty neat how food stays fresher longer than the previous refrigerators I have used. The screen has been fun for the family and helpful with organization and productivity. The speaker can get pretty loud and the speed and resution of the images are top quality.

It’s a very good fridge. Very beautiful and full of different things, but the freezer is small for a big family. I have 4 at home and it’s okay for us because I don’t consume a lot of frozen food.

Our last fridge was a French door style. It was ok at first but we got tired of piling everything on top of everything in e freezer. This fridge has shelves in the freezer more like a side by side but you still get the upside of a French door up top with the extra width. So, so far so good.

Living the family hub features and the neat organized fridge

This refrigerator does everything that was advertised for me. This week alone I was amazed that the door open alarm pinged me on my phone and I was in another state once and on the other side of town the other time. I texted the kids and told them to shut the freakin door! I think I know why my old fridge failed now if the kids are leaving the door open for extended periods several times a week! I have a Ring doorbell and it connected and works seemlessly. I have a Samsung TV that mirrors to the hub which is great when I go in the kitchen to prepare snacks while the game is on. Grandkids love to draw and watch YouTube while they eat. I leave notes for hubby for him to see since he leaves so UCB earlier than me in the morning. I keep a shopping list on the hub and when I bring groceries in and check them off the list, it adds them to the fridge or pantry and sets expiration dates! It’s really cool to see what’s about to expire and plan meals around those items. Love the finish. It does hide fingerprints really well. The cons. First I had just upgraded the WiFi in my house and got an expensive router that allows both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands to share the same SSID. Loved it! Unfortunately this fridge won’t connect to a shared SSID SO I had to dumb my network back down to provide the fridge with a separate 2.4 GHz SSID. So I’m back to switching between networks on my other devices depending on location in the house and reception strength. The crushed ice really isn’t very crushed. It’s the regular ice cubes with the corners knocked off. So you get some tiny pieces and then basically an almost full size ice cube. The water dispenser does drip for a bit after use. My old fridge had a tray that I could take out an wash and a lattice cover so the water and spots weren’t so obvious. This is just a recessed area that looks nasty after a while so constantly wiping it up. Overall happy with it so far. 3 weeks in.

This fridge is exactly the right size for us! Perfect fit after our builder adjusted the height of our cabinet. The only negative is trying to get the computer to work correctly. I will be contacting the geek squad.

Very nice to look at , has issues keeping the water cold and the Ice maker is very slow, Waiting for my replacement.

Been looking at refrigerators for our new house and this Samsung unit caught our eye. Its 4 door configuration is easy to use. The stainless steel exterior fits in nicely with our other appliances. The built-in hub display looks great and is fun to use.

Beautiful fridge. I love the flexibility of the four compartments. Tons of options with the technology but I am less into that. Our fridge has a few scratches on the side; I believe it occurred during delivery.

I love it! I noticed comments before complaining about their screen going out. If that ever happens there is an off switch so that you can reset the screen. I haven’t had problems with mine. I’m glad that I purchased it.

This is a very smart appliance and I have yet to learn all of its functions and capabilities. The purchase price was reasonable and the warranty made me feel that the support, if needed, would be forthcoming.
