The product is in a good condition , I have some difficulty because the warehouse team doesn’t have the refrigerator I was try to pick up but I can’t, finally Erick take control and resolve my problem with out fees . Thanks

This review is for Samsung 22cuft side by side refrigerator RS22T5201SR. I am dissatisfied with this refrigerator. For the most part the refrigerator does what it’s suppose to do(ie. Keep things cold and frozen) but that is where it ends. The ice machine is absolutely terrible. It is by far the slowest ice maker I ever used. My son and I are the only ones that use ice regularly and the ice machine cannot keep up. The ice bin capacity looks large and sufficient but I can’t tell you it is not. Additionally, this is not a terrible issue, but the shelves are not exactly adjustable. There are designated locations for the shelves and that is it.

Love the counter depth look and recessed handles for entry; permits a sleek look.

I really want to love this refrigerator. Alas, that is not the case. It is a 5 star fridge in every regard EXCEPT ICE MAKING CAPABILITIES. If you start empty, it takes two full days to fill the hopper and that is on the power freeze setting! Beautiful fridge but disappointing.

Love this fridge!!! I waited a few months to have it delivered but absolutely worth the wait. The sleek design is great. I thought it would be weird without the handles on the front but actually I don't know how I could ever go back to handles not tucked in. It has the same storage space inside as my old one that was not counter depth. I would absolutely recommend it.

Very nice refrigerator. Would be better if it had two drawers in the freezer. The installers did a good job the second time around. The first time they didn't have necessary fittings to hook to plastic tubing. I got parts from Menards.

Very quiet, lots of room, but no lighting for the water or ice maker dispenser.

This super quiet refrigerator is built energy efficient. The Samsung SmartThings allows you to control the temperature remotely, can tell you if the doors open, and will keep track of the food. Unfortunately, however, it won't close the doors for you. Due to size restrictions, I needed the smallest refrigerator to fit in the space. So the no exterior handles sticking out shortened the depth making for a smooth presentation. It's also the smallest refrigerator that will dispense water and ice. The small collection tray does drip water, but a small towel or sponge will accommodate the spillage. LED lighting means never having to buy another refrigerator light bulb again, making this refrigerator super energy efficient. While the shelving is removable, the spacing is fixed. The secondary market provides efficient storage solutions. Samsung has a reputation for quality products, which is the reason why I chose this product.

Tons of space and works amazing. Love the counter depth and the ice and water dispenser are great.

Definitely been disappointed in Samsung appliances as of late. This is my 2nd model that is having the same exact issues. The first counter depth (same exact model) Samsung refrigerator we purchased would freeze up out whatever was against the rear wall (inside). We ended up having to exchange and when the new one came in, we were having the same exact issue. The first one started having problems the first week, and now the newer one started after 2 months. Even with the temp turned up as high as possible (43°) everything that is close to the rear wall freezes. I have the freezer at 30% capacity and it's doing the same thing. Extremely dissapointed with Samsung It would not recommend them or buy any of their products ever again.

I purchased this counterdepth because the refrigerator location is limited in my kitchen.. but pkease tell me what the point of getting a counter depth refrigerator if the doors open up so far they smash into the counter???? I called the manufacturer to see if there was an option to limit thw door opening.. even if i needed ro purchase.. but NOTHING.. so now i have 5 These ugly bumpers on the wall and i had to duct tape a piece of rubber in the hinge.... yayyy brand new refrigerator and it needs duct tape... and my wall looks ridiculous.. not to mention i have to keep it pulled out still so buying counter depth was pointless... Oh and its not fingerprint resistant as claimed.. The water filter makes my water taste like crap... I wish i could return this and get a GE.

Adjusted fridge section temp as some vegetables were showing ice. Very quiet running. Great lighting. Do not use ice maker. So far so good.

Our 18 year old counter depth Kitchenaid side by side needed replaced. Only a couple options fit in the space. Based on BB, we ended up with this. Things I like a) fingerprint resistant b) water on door can fill a water bottle c) quiet Don’t likes a) only 2 drawers on frig side and no meat/cheese tray Also the bottom drawer is smaller to accommodate water filter b) shelves are few and more space between. not very user friendly.

As we use this Samsung 22Cu.Ft refrigerator, we are learning the advantages and design features that are improving our way of life. This is a definite improvement over our 2005 refrigerator we replaced. Only time will tell if it has the endurance to last as long but for now we are enjoying the added space the counter depth refrigerator provides.

Like this except for 2 little things. No light on the water dispenser and the drawers in the refrigerator aren't smooth on opening/closing.

Works great sleek modern look, lots of storage space

I am amazed at this, it is completely enclosed, no exposed refrigerant lines and it is sound-proofed. The digital touch screen controls inside are great. It also links to the Smart Things app and tells you things like the temps, door open and if the water filter needs to be changed. This was a great buy and I couldn't be happier having this new unit.

Our garage refrigerator gave in after 15 years of service, we needed a replacement quickly and at a reasonable price. Finding a reasonably priced counter depth refrigerator is not that easy, not much variety to choose from. This purchase was bit of a leap of faith. However, we are pleasantly surprised, it is really well built, very quiet, spacious and good value for money.

Perfect fit compared to the old one I had. Easy self-installation and adjustments. Great brand and value.

It is funny but not having handles on the doors is a really nice thing. This fits well in the spot and has better clearance that my old fridge. The Fridge side is very nice and the freeze has a good design except you loose the bottom shelf on the door. The only odd part of the design is the drip tray for the water, it should have been deeper. If you need a narrow fridge, this will not disappoint.
