Fit for purpose - Does what it needs to do fo the price !

Sleek and modern design. Great storage and modern features.

It feels mostly solid so far, but have noticed that the pull out crisper doors feel like the get "stuck" on occasion. Not sure how this will play out in the long term.

This refrigerator far exceeded my expectations. From top to bottom I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a well designed counter depth refrigerator.

Great fridge, only thing that bugs me is the freezer door opens when you close the fridge door and if you have kids, you already know theyre just going to walk away with it open.

The Fridge is good so far and meets our needs. Its not 5 star because the doors are thicker than my older Samsung which defeats the purpose of counter depth. Thus I only gained 2-3 inches of depth yet sacrificed cubic storage. For our smaller family size it works.

I always prefer side by side as I think I have more room and better ice making capabilities. Reached temperature really quickly, and has maintained it. Only thing I wish it had was a little covered section for butter on side of fridge ...but all in all- it was a great choice! Did a fair amount of research and Samsung definitely had better reviews than other brands.

The refrigerator is really nice looking and works very well. The only thing is that It came with a little dent on one of the doors. Another thing I miss in this one is manual temperature control. Since it connects to WIFI, the only way you could control temperature is via the app. Besides, it cools pretty fast.

We have a limited space issue so this refrigerator was a good choice for us. The price was right and availability was quick which is a plus these days. The only thing we miss is a drawer for meat/cheeses but have improvised with refrigerator containers placed above produce drawer.

It works well and keeps our stuff cold. It is a refrigerator.

Love my new refrigerator but the delivery process was really bad, promised me 2 day delivery and it took 4 attempts to get it to me, two times they didn’t know where my fridge was during delivery and the other two they didn’t show up within the 10 hour time frame they gave me and I planned around that so had to leave after the 10 hour time frame they gave me, finally I got it and it’s a great fridge. Wish the delivery went smoother, took two weeks to receive it on a 2 day delivery.

So far, working quite nicely. Keeping appropriate temps, water flow good, ice being made.

The refrigerator is very pretty outside , but Samsung went very cheap inside. I have issue with there bottom drawers. Top drawer has to be completely closed in order to open bottom drawer. The drawers are also very hard to pull out and if not careful , when you open completely , the corner of the drawer hits the refrigerator door on the inside part of the stainless panel, after a couple of unintentional hits I realized , that when the door is closed you can see the small dent on the side of the door. The bottom drawer is very small , since has water filter next to it.

Ungraded to an counter depth fridge. Really opened up the kitchen.

The refrigerator has a good design for fitting things in, but the ice maker leaves a ton to be desired. It can’t dispense ice at all. You’ll be standing in front of the door for 5 minutes waiting.
