Looks & works great Be careful if you are filling tall thins water glasses as the outlet is in front of ice dispenser outlet. Other wise all good

The product arrived and right out of the box it wasn't working properly. The refrigerator temperature would not move from 32 degrees. Products were freezing. The freezer would not fully freeze, it would only get to about 10 degrees. Had to make a service call and the technician could not visit until 10 days later. Technician had to replace the back panel and temperature sensors. A brand new product wasn't made correctly. Technician said the problems I encountered were often seen in new refrigerators. Unbelievable yet these days the name goes on before the quality goes in.

The ice making machinery broke down too quickly. NG

This refrigerator is excellent. It is a lot bigger than what you think. My last refrigerator had the freezer at the bottom, I thought I would be loosing a lot of space. I honestly think this one is bigger. Also, you can't hear it running, or the ice maker. I keep opening the door to make sure it is on. The ice maker makes a lot of ice. Very happy with my purchase.

Holding off on a 5 star review only because we've only owned this for about a month now. This refridgerator works perfect and fit perfect for our needs.

Have had this fridge for about 3 months now. No issues whatsoever. I like the compactness since it is counter-depth. Will review again after 6 months.

I've only had it for a few weeks but so far it seems a good refrigerator for the price. It was simple to set up and has all the typical features of a side by side door refrigerator without it being to technical for ice and water.

I thought I wouldn't like a side by side, but with the clear shelves and bright lighting this is a great fridge. Only thing I've noticed is that the ice takes a second before it starts to come out.

Love this fridge. With a counter-depth fridge, you can get that custom cabinet look without paying the price. Really enjoy the water/ice feature always super cold and easy to use.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! It has all the temperature reading inside the fridge and keeps things perfect. Fits perfectly in the area and the stainless steel is a perfect fit. No complaints so far.

A complaint about side-by-side fridges is that freezer space is often tight. This one seemed much bigger than expected. Nice looking fridge and it's quiet.

Easily ordered and no issues with delivery. Disappointed with not being able to schedule installation, would have taken over a month.

This Fridge is the best Fridge I've ever bought. I've needed a new one and this was the perfect model! Just look at the piece of work Samsung has created. Now this is some engineering even tesla couldn't preform!

Well the water comes out sideways, hoping that can be fixed. Also ice maker Make very small amount of ice cubes . Pretty basic hopefully will work well . Pretty roomy !

This refrigerator is great! No smudge stainless steel, it seems larger than my old 23.2 fridge, and so quiet! I like the small cubes, the bin fills up very quickly. The LED lighting helps a lot.

This is a great fridge for slim spaces. Plus the look is elegant and streamlined. Some cons are I wish it had a butter shelf and a cheese/meats drawer but the pros outweigh these. Great fridge and I'd buy it again.

I like the refrigerator. However, we had problems with the ice maker dispenser. Waiting for resolution now.

This is out third Samsung fridge in 20 years. We can like the looks and the performance.
