Damaged walls and front panel of freezer door. Said they would get back to us and never did.

We love our new Samsung fridge. I get so many emails that I usually don't look over the Best Buy one real well as we have all we need. But we really needed a new fridge. The old one quit making ice and leaked. The light was not working. I found this great deal on their email and Soo glad I ordered it right away. We love it so much. Lots of room, Slick looking. I've never fallen in love with a fridge before, but the Samsung 22 cu ft has won my heart. I still can't believe how much interior space it has. It's the same exterior size as the Maytag we owned for 10 years, but the storage is double. I have empty space on the shelves now that never happened in the Maytag. The lighting is so good I can see into the darker areas of the interior. And the freezer is unbelievably roomy. I love being able to actually see what I'm storing there. I'm also in love with the Geek Squad. I've read so many complaints about them that I want to shout out how efficient and helpful they were with us. The men who delivered the machine (who aren't part of the Geek squad) didn't level it properly. I also was concerned because the double door with the flap wasn't closing properly and wouldn't stay open on its own. The Geek Squad guy came out about a week or so ago and discovered that we need a leveler on one side (bottom) of the fridge, that will correct the problem of the door not staying open. He also wanted to replace the flexible band that secures the doors when they close. He said he'd get a new part as well as a leveler and would return with a fellow worker. They had to lift the front part of the fridge to install the leveler. I wasn't too confident that I'd ever hear from him again, but today, a Sunday, 3 days before Xmas, he came with a helper and took care of the fixes. I'm really impressed! This really has been a Best Buy for us.

A “quality of life“ changing device. The functionality of this refrigerator “shelf top“ design it’s into my kitchen perfectly. The depth provides excellent volume despite the restrictions of the kitchen design. I originally specified a different 18 ft.³ model. but that model was out of stock and no longer available. The Best Buy manager sat with me and found this model. This model has 4 ft.³ more. it fills the space more perfectly in the previous selection. Having recessed finger pull slots in the door edges provides a cleaner look than doorhandles and, at the same time, reduces exterior protrusion. it is beautiful to the eye, and extremely efficient design.

This Model refrigerator is the perfect size & capacity for us, I love the French doors how they both open & the space inside is great! The freezer is very large & holds a lot too. Highly recommended this model!

How refreshing it is to have a nice, new refrigerator where I can place any item anywhere and it will stay cool but not freeze. The french door style is perfect for us because all the smaller items can be arranged together on the side shelves and we can easily see what is on the bigger shelves clear to the back of the refrigerator. Before items would get shoved back and go bad because we didn't see them. And the bottom drawer pull out freezer compartment is roomier and more convenient than the top freezers in other models. It's been easy to keep clean, too, with special stainless steel spray and a miracle cloth. The finish doesn't really get a lot of fingerprints so it must be a little resistant. It's an overall winner and I like the way it looks, too!

really amazing. love that it actually has a water filter unlike my previous Samsung french door style refrigerator. love the no handles makes it more streamlined looking and polished. only issue that is really more of just a small nitpick is that the freezer drawer always has to be pulled forward when you open the freezer it doesnt stay in place it keeps rolling back over the little hump. i love that you can connect it to Smartthings and remote in with my phone and turn on and off the ice and change the temp of it, and even gives the status of the filter and fridge.

I am receiving a replacement for this refrigerator. The ice maker does not work properly and it over cools. Called Samsung and they troubleshooted the problems. They decided to send a replacement. They transferred my call to Best Buy who was great about taking care of the arrangements. Looking forward to receiving a properly functioning one. I love the design. Fits my small space with ample storage space inside. Easy access to all items.

Honestly I am happy my other refrigerator died a freezer on top model that resulted in me buying this unit. This unit provides easy access no more stuff getting pushed to the back and getting loss . It is sleek looking with the concealed handles and it is quiet. Did not use the water hookup. So can report on that function. Overall happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. I was afraid that it would not be spacious as some of the other reviews stated, but I am so glad that I bought it anyway. We have a second refrigerator in our garage so we don’t plan to overstock this fridge. It looks great, ice maker works well, love the bottom freezer and great sleek design.

This thing is nicely laid out with a bright interior. It's a bit awkward without handles, and the ice maker thinks it's cute to dump a load of cubes behind the freezer drawer while it's pulled out, and it IS kinda cute. The first time, at least.

A lot of space, excellenet door seals. Good for small condo spaces. The doors are magnets for fingerprints even do they claim is firgerpring proof

After much research, we decided to purchase a french door refrigerator and we are so glad we did. The fridge is quiet, bright inside, and holds a surprising amount of food. We love not having to bend over to get to items like we used to with our older fridge. Even though this fridge isn't that wide, it makes up for it because it the drawers are deep. We love it. Best purchase we've made in a long time!

Replacement for 25 cu. ft. Samsung that started leaking after 12 years. Half-price pre-Black Friday special. Got 5-year extended warranty. Delivery and set-up were done without any problems. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

I did a lot of research about French Door Stainless Steel refrigerator before I settled on this model. Although the handleless doors make for a sleek clean look, fingerprints are made in the fingerprint resistant stainless steel. The positive thing is that they are easy to wipe off. Otherwise, I have no complaints about its operation which is quiet and smooth. Love the all-around cooling. It is also quite spacious for 22 cu. ft.
