Been using this fridge for almost 6 months now and I love it! It looks great in my home, I purchased it for a good price at Best Buy, and with all the features in the family hub, it really does help bring me and my children together.

I love love love this fridge especially the smart view app that allows me to watch tv in the kitchen while I cook. I also love that it has customized settings, allowing me to utilize the bottom compartment for my vegetables and fruits

After visiting the fridge in the Best, Best Buy Store in Neveda located on Decatur in North Las Vegas the purchase became a realty. We went to the store to buy a Samsung Range. After deciding to buy the Flex Range we asked about the fridge. The Appliance agent (Larry) was asked to demonstrate and discuss the Samsung Hub. After our duscussion we asked the price. We were in the store on Black Friday (SaveBigger Friday for Total Tech Members). The $4200 fridge was reduce in price. I asked Larry about discounts and found rebates for our area. As Larry was processing our order, he gave us a final price. When we told him to put the purches on our Best Buy Credit Card he realized we were Total Tech Members. After processing the order he began to make out gift cards for $400. When we devided to pay it off in 30 days we got another $370 in store credits on future purchases. The rebate and credits are from the two purchases. They were delivered for free and a free Haul A Way of our existing oven and fridge.

Everything we didn't know we wanted - but nothing we don't need! We LOVE the in-door pitcher and water dispenser. The pitcher has turned out to be such a handy feature. We've also used the flex when our extra freezer unexpectedly gave out, and we were scrambling to find a spot to store frozen foods. Enter the flex fridge, and turn it down to freezer...crisis averted. As much as I claimed I didn't need a screen and smart features, we love running family pictures on the screen and the kids like to check the calendar and the weather. I limit screen time but they're bound to be found sneaking some watching on the Samsung SmartTV shows. We can't take it with us to our new house but I'm shopping for another one because I love it so much!

I love this refrigerator. Its smart and simple. I didnt realize the size and how much the refrigerator holds when you can pack it in the most efficient way. Being able to knock on the refrigerator and see what is in there, totally awesome

The fridge is so gorgeous. The option to change the panneling made it an easy choice for me. Easy to use and lots of space! Checking what's in the fridge from my phone made this an even easier purchase for me.

We've had this fridge for almost a year now and we LOVE IT!!! The ice maker still works we love the beverage center. The Alexa hub touch screen is amazing. The kids love using the coloring app on the fridge.

What a great sexc Fridge with all the bells and whistles even Samsung thru the kitchen sink in with this lineup model as expected from Samsung... Works great loaded with options.. Paired with Smart Things app really takes it to the next level.... I am very satisfied.. From the delivery to installation....

A little tight on space but we wanted the counter depth so the fridge didn't stick out in the walkway. Otherwise very quiet. We love the flex door as we buy more fresh food than freezer food.

Excellent fridge. I love the flex zone feature. I don't need much freezer space as i use a deep freezer as well. Nice to be able to change it back and forth from freezing to noon freezing.

Love the fridge, excellent space, great lighting and the versatility can’t be beat. The fact that I can make the fridge fit my needs in minutes and the video screen was a game changer for our family.

Samsung family hub is good, our family love it because of the 4 door the bottom section is really convenient to store meats

Love this fridge. Live that it makes 2 different types of ice. The 4 dors makes it easy to organize.

Awesome frig, wasn't sure about getting the family hub with it but turns out it totlly awesome to have and makes life easier

I love this fridge. I needed something to fit in the corner and this did the job. I couldn't get a bottom slide out freezer because the i have a window ledge that would keep it from sliding out all the way. The best part is that the ice maker isnt on the door like most fridges i was looking at so it's not bulky when i open the door. The hub is cool too. i use it to play music or to stream whatever is on my Samsung tv.

Love the flexibility and space. Only a few things I personally would love to have: egg and butter drawer, designated meat drawer and a easy access flap that would keep the quick reach items covered if you are only getting water. It seems the beverages kept there start to sweat if I have the door open when I need to have access to the auto water for anything other than a quick cup of water.

after three-week usage, the family hub (Tizen OS) definite not flexible like Android but I hope it can reduce the risk of security intrusion. It was quiet, spacious is over my expectation, but I found that the cooling temperature in the upper part seems a bit under my expectation. And there is a major issue when I received the refrigerator the next day I found that the top of the door has scratched, I have reported to Best Buy via message but after two weeks I did not recieved and feedback and update.

My refrigerator arrived in perfect condition. The delivery drivers keep me informed of their arrival time by phone. They were very professional and kind. They explained the functional details of the refrigerator before leaving. They loaded up all the cardboard and plastic wrap and took it with them. They did a wonderful job.
