I'm very happy. compare it I made. It seems to me that I bought tremendous equipment with high technology and easy handling. No less important data, the person who assisted me was very helpful, very professional, knowledgeable about the equipment I purchased and very friendly. Best by is the best.

We own a first generation of the family hub fridge and purchased this unit for a new home. So far we`re thrilled with the new screen interface and the door to the drink dispenser is awesome. You can get chilled water quickly or access gallon sized containers without having to open the main fridge. This does save energy, but most importantly it keeps the rest of the food cold without drastic temperature swings in the main compartment. The ice dispenser is less functional than the first generation model. We still haven't figured out how the scoop fits in while still being able to close the door. Flex zone area again is excellent for families who need the function. We typically shift from meat to veggie to frozen on a regular basis depending on storage needs. Counter depth still has a ton of space inside for a family of 5. Hub integrates well with Smarthings and will alert you when the kids leave a door not quite shut. The extra cash for the hub feature is worth it for our busy family. It was a much better implementation on this model than the first generation. Bixby and Alexa are integrated along with Amazon dash buttons for quick reordering.

great refrigerator, and the smart features are amazing

I just received the fridge last week, but I love it! As I had half-expected, the "fingerprint resistant" doesn't seem too resistant. But, the ice cubes are great, the water tastes delicious, the pitcher has an infuser and I cannot wait to dive in to the Family Hub. The back of the fridge is all metal and the lighting is divine.

This is the fridge to have in your home. Amazing space and flexibility with the space. 2 freezers, a beverage chiller, filtered water, 2 different size ice cubes, a Bluetooth speaker, and pretty much any app you’d want, and your phone syncs to the fridge.

The in fridge water pitcher is very convenient. Andbthe convertible section in the bottom right corneradd convenience. Had thebfridge a couple uears nowbwith no issues

Great fridge - love the ice maker especially! And the screen is awesome for pulling up recipes on Pinterest! And we also love listening to Spotify in the kitchen - it has a great speaker! The pitcher is great if you want to pour water fast - we’ve also made Gatorade in it - works awesome!

This would be a five-star review, but there is an issue with the autofill water pitcher and the ice maker. First, the ice maker. It works great, but if you happen to get ice while it is ready to make more, it will just dump it out inside the freezer and on to your floor. A simple sensor would have prevented this. The big issue is with the autofill water pitcher. About once a week, it will not automatically fill unless you repeatedly press/bang/yell at the button behind the water pitcher. I have contacted BestBuy since I purchased their extended warranty, but they informed me that the warranty does not actually take effect until after the expiration of Samsung’s warranty and that I would have to contact them directly. After spending 30 minutes trying to explain to the Samsung technician what the problem was, he informed me that I would have to be home and have a facetime chat with a tech who would help me diagnose the issue. I told him that I have several videos of it happening, but since I cannot make it happen on demand, there is no problem for them to fix. Very poor customer service. A simple google search will show you that this problem is widespread.

Overall, I've been very happy with this purchase. The space is tight if you don't have another unit in the garage (for a family of 5), but I love the four doors. This is way more useful than I thought it would be. having a dedicated door for just drinks and wine means we open the rest of the refrigerated portion much less frequently. What's more, the Family Hub has been more useful than we thought. From Amazon Dash buttons to Alexa integration, it has been great. I've also really loved using the Whisk app, with the meal planner on the fridge to plan meals and nearly automatically order and deliver groceries. Really solid unit.

Love it! it looks great. The family center is nice to play music, or audio books while I'm cooking. The layout of the fridge is perfect for our family. Although I'm not sure what they mean by fingerprint resistant as there are lots of fingerprints. They wipe off fine, but show up when anyone touches it.

I’ve had it for a couple of months it’s been great! I love the ice options and water pitcher. My favorite part is having the separate freezer for meats and my other goodies!

Great product. The ice and beverage center are awesome. The bottom doors are convenient for my grandson to reach the his fruits and icies.

Perfect fridge for a family of three! Beautiful modern design. The family hub is wonderful and useful. Great temperature. Hopefully this will last long.

Love this refrigerator. This is my second one as I had to leave my first in a house I just sold. The “flex” zone is one of the reasons I chose this refrigerator (can be a freezer or refrigerator). The new door in door feature for water and filling a pitcher is great. A great new feature is the two types of ice available. There are so many great features available with The Family Hub, too many to name all but my favorites are being able to check inside the fridge with my iPhone, the calendar, write a note, get a recipe, and much more. Also the ability to stream music is awesome (Spotify, Pandora, TuneIn, iHeartRADIO, or Amazon Music.)

This fridge has been amazing so far. Easy to set up and use and the features are truly helpful and up to date with the tech of today, if that makes sense. Not only is there functionality with the features it provides but aesthetically it's beautiful! Got it in the black stainless steel version and she's a beauty. I would have given 5 stars but Best Buy didn't give me the price match I was promised via phone because the in store price went back up while I was waiting for delivery. It's not my fault I had to wait and then the price increased, I already paid for it before the increase so why no honor what they promised? Anyway, the fridge itself is great so we're happy.

Love the refrigerator but it does run louder than expected. Also Samsung’s customer service is very hard to deal with. I called three times about the same issue and the calls lasted 50 minutes. I’m still not sure if my issue was resolved. I’ve got my fingers crossed I don’t have any lasting issues going forward. Best Buy said they were unable to help me because the refrigerator is still under warranty.

I really like the fridge and the family hub. I like having Alexa connected to it and I like all the smart features (At least right now). I like the flex zone in the fridge.

Great product! The ice system is a little funky - having the small double trays in the bottom door is kind of clunky, but otherwise it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
