Great product! The ice system is a little funky - having the small double trays in the bottom door is kind of clunky, but otherwise it does exactly what it is supposed to do.

We love the screen but overwhelmed with all the options and tech knowledge required to do anything. Make sure you measure your space. The hinges on top of the device need at least 1 inch clearance.

Bought as an open box floor model, and this fridge has features I didn't even know I needed. Best part of all is the beverage center. The beverage center keeps the water dispenser on the inside, making the front of the fridge look extremely sleek. Numerous smart home items can be synced to the built in touch screen, as well as our other Samsung appliances can be viewed on there as well. So far have zero complaints about this fridge.

Great product. I love the bright lights inside. Love the water in the pitcher and the ice cubes and of course ice bites!

Refrigorator looks great. Directions/Operating Manual is poor, especially when it comes to using the video screen. Ice maker is located too low in the unit. Price is too high for what you get

I absolutely love this refrigerator. The only negative with the black stainless steel is it scratches eassssy. We are in the process of trying to find options to eliminate this.
