This is a nice refrigerator. It looks good and it works well. I especially like the home hub on the front door. I also like the layout of the shelves and the various compartments. I've only had it for a couple of weeks at this point so I don't know how reliable it will end up being, but at this point I would buy it again if I needed to.

Love the beverage center, style and being able to change how we use the flex zone area.

We have this $4000+ fridge for 3 months and the freezer stopped working. Melted everything. Started tracking the temps in the flex and main fridge and none are holding the correct temps. Although it’s under warranty, Samsung doesn’t have a certified tech in my area (East Bay -CA) so I don’t have a working fridge and so far have gotten NO help from either Samsung or Best Buy. Original delivery with Best Buy was awful, their supposed “Geek Squad”is actually a 3rd party that doesn’t know the product and Best Buy doesn’t take calls or return calls. I wouldn’t ever buy from them again either…

Great refrigerator no issues ice maker works fine and it’s very nice

I forgot to do the review, I’m glad I remembered. Mia the Manager was very helpful and understanding. I was initially upset because the refrigerator I purchased was dinged up when it was delivered. She made things right and ordered me a new one, which is what I was supposed to have had. She got it to me quickly, I was impressed. Thanks Mia!

Very stylish and very easy to clean. This fridge was made to my perfection.

This refrigerator has all you want. Has ample space for the items and all the tech you need. Definitely recommend this if you are looking for a complete package deal. The flex feature is really helpful if you want to convert the unused section to the regular refrigerator or freezer.

Love my purchase!!! This fridge is wonderful. I love the technology and the two different ice sizes. The only thing I would change, if able, would be to have the capability to have ice in the hidden compartment. I also didn’t want a fridge with handles because they tend to get loose over time. Overall this is an excellent fridge.

This refrigerator is very modern and has a flex door allowing to use the half portion of the freezer to be freezer or refrigerator. The waster dispenser is concealed and has a built in pitcher for water. Also the WiFi touch screen is a family Hub allows you to sync with Alexa and Calendar and much more.

This item was purchased as a replacement to an earlier Samsung 23cu. ft. Smart refrigerator and the improvements are clear for all to see. The standard ice maker has gone and replaced with a redesigned unit positioned in the lower compartment. To provide a clean modern appearance, the door handles have been positioned between the upper and lower doors

Amazing fridge with all this app. Children love it

Not as much fun as it looks. The hub has to be reset once a week or so. The right bottom fridge part is the best feature. It seems to keep veggies fresh a lot longer. The left door keeps closing by itself and we tried adjusting it with no luck. The shelf that can be pushed in so it's only half, gets pushed in to easy when putting something in and won't stay extended.

So far so good, build quality and design is great. The only minor downsides we are experiencing is the fingerprint resistance doesn't seem very resistant, and also the smart feature FamilyHub doesn't seem to have Google integration which is our whole ecosystem (Hey Google... doesn't work) nor Youtube as an app. It does however allow some smart feature integration like Google Nest cameras. The software needs some work but I expect it will get better with time and updates.

Lovin' it so far. The complaints about the filter leaking is user error. That was the first thing I checked, and found if you put the filter in wrong, it will leak...as I found out (it looks and feels like it is in correctly...it goes in label up).

We love this fridge! It looks amazing and no fingerprints. There are two sizes for the ice cubes which is so fun, but my favorites thing about this is the bottom has the option to be used as a freezer or fridge. Since we do not use much freezer space i use one side for wine and drinks. It even includes a wine rack inside.
