    Great refrigerator, highly recommend. Love the Ice trays and water serving station. 2 stars for Best Buy. Buy it anywhere else and I would give it 5 stars. Best buy missed their install dates 2 times and finally delivered on the 3rd one. No call prior to missing it - I had to wait on hold with support while they determined that in fact they missed the install and then rescheduled for several days out. they missed TWICE! Support is virtually useless - good people on the phone but they are helpless as everything is driven by a 3rd party system with no prioritization/escalation possible. You just get dumped into the queue. Buy elsewhere....

    Samsung refrigerators need to revise door design

    These Samsung new refrigerators have a big flaw with their door design. Once open the door takes another about 3 inches on each side due to himge design that swings out and occupy that space. So if you wanted a clean counter depth and flush install into a wall cut out space either you have a big width open gap on each extra for about 6 inch gap. Or you have the refrigerator pulled out to accomodate the door hinge and panel that takes that 3 inches on each side. Bad design.

    Looks great but terrible quality the water dispenser has broken 4 times the screen on the front has had to be completely replaced as it stopped working. Samsung customer service is terrible, so keeps food cold but the gadgets are not worth the headaches

    I Have the Model in 3 Homes!

    I absolutely love my refrigerator! So much that I have put it into 3 homes! I play music daily from my Alexa app, can make two different sized ice cubes simultaneously, can add extra fridge space and switch to extra freezer space on a whim, look at my favorite pictures on my screen, watch Samsung Plus tv on my screen, write grocery lists that stream to my phone, and the list goes on!! If you are considering this fridge pick this model over the other Samsung choices. It’s more expensive but the options are endless! You will be glad you did!!

    We love the ideas of the family hub screening. However, as soon as we plugged it in, it turned the electricity breaker off immediately. We tried different outlet and it did the same. Our electrician strongly believed it is the fridge issue not the breaker. We returned it and exchanged to the one without the hub.

    Barley got it but returning it. Doesn’t cool. Plugged it in but it’s not working! It’s at 69 degrees. Back of the unit is frozen! The pipes r literally frozen. I can see ice!

    Love the fridge and the hub. Really like the versatility of flex freezer. Also love the hub for having recipes up (rather than my phone). Can read the recipe from the stove, sink, and counter

    I like the refrigerator well enough but the icemaker sucks! The cheap plastic icemaker tray keeps breaking and you have to buy a whole new icemaker assembly when you only need a tray. Apparently Samsung is aware of this but is doing nothing about it. So if you like ice-stay away. I paid almost 4k and have no ice bites :(
