Doesn’t have enough drawer storage. Only for vegetables and fruit. I’m used to having a drawer for my meats and cheese.

Purchased this refrigerator a month ago. It was the floor model so it was an "open box" purchase. I am so delighted with this refrigerator. There is plenty of room inside, and the shelving units that can change make it easy to maximize the space. The freezer is also bigger than I expected as usually bottom freezers are smaller than other models. I love the family hub, the fact that I can play music as I cook in my kitchen and the other tablet run apps that this refrigerator has. I love the ice makers' two sizes and they both come with scoops. There are so many other perks that this refrigerator comes with...I haven't gotten to use yet, but looking forward to seeing what the refrigerator can do.

We had to get a counter depth as our old standard was too big for our kitchen, although this fridge has less cu.ft it has been amazing. The design of this unit is great they planned it out well to make up for less space. We had no issues converting to smaller fridge.My whole family loves the beverage center, as well as the Family Hub. We can keep track of our menus, grocery lists and which foods are about to expire. The inside view is helpful for capturing pictures of the items we need so my husband knows which item is exact. We can leave messages and notes for one another and keep track of what events we have for the day. We have only had it about a month but we have no complaints with this unit.

I never thought I'd use the Family Hub until I actually have it. Now I can't live without it!! I like the layout of the fridge, and it cools well and evenly throughout. The ice maker, with two sizes of ice cubes, is perfect. And the size (23 cf) is big for a counter depth, we can fit a lot more than what we did with our previous fridge (20 cf Bosch).

Tons more shelf space than we have ever had before with 23 cu ft. The color is really a Dark Grey. Only the Family Hub screen has a solid black area around it. The 2 lbs. of ice that it can make per day is plenty. The refrigerator stay colder than any I’ve ever had and the crisper is fantastic for vegetables. The new ice maker is a superb upgrade to the older Family Hub Refrig that had an ice maker that leaked water every time and cracked the bin with frozen ice. Now the ice is there ready to use anytime. Love the Family Hub for playing music while I cook and to check the weather/time whenever we want. One important note…Download the manual for easy use or place the icon to access it on the Family Hub in order to answer questions. Although I love the quick access door to get water, small cans of soda/juice and my coffee creamer I always have to remember to open the right door pull on the left to get to it. There are 2 door openings on the left door and only one on the right. Whereas the door openings on the top 2 French Doors are on the bottom, the bottom French doors open from the tops. The French Door on the left has two openings while the one on the right side has only one but YOU MUST not close the door on the left without closing the door on the right first! Otherwise it might break. Our Samsung Microwave that is next to the refrigerator opens on the inside right. So you can see how this might drive one crazy. So right now the Refrigerator is teaching us lots of wonderful ways of doing things and we are determined to learn them. By the way, “Hi Bixby” doesn’t seem to really have any information about the Refrigerator itself but is fantastic at Spotify, the Weather, and lot’s of fun for kids to experiment with.

I do love this fridge. It’s beautiful and sleek and the family hub is a great feature. I’m sure I don’t utilize all it has to offer but I can listen to music or look up recipes, among many other things. My only *complaint* and reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5…. The ice maker. It produces two different sizes of ice which is wonderful. But instead of an ice maker that shoots ice straight into your glass, there are two perpetually full trays. There is a scoop provided with which you can scoop the ice. It looks really pretty (lots of oohs and aahs with this fridge) but more often than not, when you scoop ice from the front, some ice falls out the back of the tray, falling into the area below. I quickly scanned the reviews and I didn’t see anyone else mention this so maybe I’m doing it wrong? Or maybe I’m the only weirdo it bothers? It’s a minor nuisance and overall it is a great fridge so I would still recommend. I would just warn about the ice. And I love the beverage center. I love that there is a full pitcher of water on hand all the time, and also a water dispenser. It’s very convenient.

It has been perfect addition to our kitchen appliances in our new construction home. We like the flexibility provided in the 4th compartment between being a refrigerator and a freezer. Overall serves well for the space we need for family of 5.

Purchase a month ago and it’s the best refrigerator I have ever purchase. Very sleek design. My kids the white board. They can draw or leave notes for the whole family to see. The combination of both big and small cubes is a plus. Very quiet not. Like other refrigerator that you can hear the ice cubes falling. Love the feature of the water jug. Comes in handy all the time. Very happy with purchase.

I love it!! I am replacing my older Samsung Family Hub four door refrigerator which had the water and ice on the outside of the door with this newer Flex Family Hub (the ice and water are now inside the refrigerator) ..... I just hope it will last longer then my previous refrigerator which died at 5 and half years (for the price I think they should last 10 years)

This fridge is beautiful and functional, we love it. Would definitely buy again. Even though i do have a few issues with it. Plenty of fridge space, and love the way the space is laid out. Love the ability to move that one shelf out of the way. love the flex zone. Plenty of door storage. I feel like the freezer space is a bit smaller than I expected, not a major issue if you have another freezer, but if this is your only freezer you definitely can’t keep as much in stock. Absolutely obsessed with the dual ice maker. The speaker on it is nice and loud, the family hub screen is of course a novelty and doesn’t impact the performance of the fridge but it’s a fun addition, we and our kids all love it, and the screen is clear, it works with Alexa, i often end up using it to listen to audio books or podcasts while cooking, or to YouTube recipes. The beverage center is fantastic EXCEPT that pretty frequently the water pitcher just refuses to fill, and since that pitcher is actually one of the reasons I wanted this fridge, that’s an annoyance. I would also say be very careful when moving it because it scratches incredibly easily. Also definitely not finger print or smudge resistant so if you have little ones, be prepared to be wiping it down often. (We have the black color, so I can only speak for that one)
