My biggest thing that has been insanely frustrating is that the ice makers seem to over-fill their containers to the point that ice falls out the back and onto the shelf below. I have literally turned off the small ice-cube maker at this point...paid a lot for the fridge to not be able to use such features. Small thing, but big pet peeve....seems like a stupid design flaw.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, Dutch. Let's get you the information you will need for your refrigerator. If ice is not dispensed regularly, it will pile up underneath the ice maker and prevent ice production. Shifting the ice forward will fix this problem.
Samsung's ice makers are designed to stop when they're full. There are two methods for this: either an optical sensor or a mechanical arm, which detects when ice has piled high enough. Please see this link for details:

This freezer is slightly smaller than the previous unit, perhaps because of the ice tray but still offers great space. Also, the optional flex zone is neat incase less freezer space needed.
