I love everything about this fridge except it is not finger proof resistant. It requires daily cleaning on the outside.

Great design, very efficient, Lots of ice making capability.

I have to say. I was amazed at the price, my Delivery got botched, but when it arrived and was installed, it was immaculate and beautiful! I am very impressed with the quality of this product. It has even kicked up the look of my kitchen a couple of notches. Thank you for this wonderful refrigerator.

I’ve only had it for a few days but so far so good! Warning to any of those trying to fit this thing in an enclosure. There’s a bump up top that covers various sensors and a whole bunch of other like sensitive stuff - and so we couldn’t really fit it into the enclosure initially. Super organized, quiet and honestly super nice to look at as well. Love it!

While the overall design is great, the controls are a touch convoluted. In our case, we spent hours (including Samsung’s call center dedicated to connectivity) trying to connect our WiFi to the refrigerator. Ultimately we gave up.

Product is great…my only gripe is the ice isn’t the most convenient. The delivery was great too. But there is a small dent in one of the doors. I have been having trouble getting service to replace the door.

Our family lives this refrigerator. With the deep door shelves and multiple adjustable shelves, it is so easy to keep it organized. Craft ice and beverage center are very nice features.

This item was dented on arrival. Ended I’d replacing it and new fridge had dents too. They were smaller and BB had no stock to exchange so ended up accepting a credit to be done with it.

Product arrived exactly as described. Works great. Love that the fourth compartment can be a freezer or refrigerator.

After waiting a for fridge, it arrived dented. Since sold out I opted for Best Buy's Make Good policy. Customer Service did not handle well. Despite damage, fridge works as expected and sayisfied with purchase.

I did literally months of research before deciding on a new refrigerator. I had ideas in my head for what would make the perfect refrigerator for my family. So far this fridge has met every expectation. First off we wanted counter depth to gain some room back in the kitchen. Second we wanted a french door but did not want the drawer freezer. This limited my options pretty significantly. Luckily Samsung put this fridge out right before I made a decision. Pros for this fridge are, 2 icemakers! Yeah, thats right 2! It makes regular size ice and small crunchable ice. Second, it has tons of room. Even being a counter depth it stores way more cold and frozen than our old side by side model. Third the refrigerator is gorgeous to look at. Fourth, the extra door on top that opens to reveal the water filler and auto fill pitcher is amazing. I don't know why everyone doesn't include an auto fill pitcher. There is only one con, the main one is fingerprints. It is finger print resistant, but that only means they come right off. You can still see every time someone touches the outside of the doors. For me I remedy this by keeping a rag on top of the fridge and just wiping them off when I notice them. This could be fixed by Samsung adding handles. Although that would take away from the sleek look.

I spent quite a bit of time researching refrigerators and their features before purchasing this Samsung 4-Door Flex French Door Counter Depth Refrigerator with Beverage Center and Dual Ice Maker. It has exceeded my expectations! Here are the features I love and a few pleasant surprises. First the surprises… The sleek front and counter depth makes our kitchen seem more spacious. In spite of a smaller footprint, the storage space inside seems greater than our old fridge with the same number of cubit feet. Not sure how Samsung accomplished that. Perhaps it is just a better internal layout. The LED lighting is fantastic. Everything is illuminated with a daylight type lighting making it easy to see everything. Knowing I will not need to change any light bulbs is a further win! The beverage center is one of the reasons we choose this model. We love having both a pitcher of water AND an internal water dispenser. Both function flawlessly and are SO convenient! There are also controls to shut off the auto refill of the water pitcher, but we are unlikely to use that feature. I like having these items on the inside keeping the outside free of the clutter. The door to the beverage center opens easily and we quickly became accustomed to the way to open up just the beverage center or open up to the whole fridge. The dual ice maker was also an attractive feature to us and it has not disappointed! Ice is important to me :) and I love the choice of small cubes or tiny cubes. I did purchase a different ice scoop as the ones that came with the fridge were a little larger than the opening of most of our glasses making neatly scooping ice into your glass a challenge. I also really like the option of setting the temperature of the lower right section of the fridge to either freeze, soft freeze, meat/fish, produce or beverage temperatures. Although we have not yet changed it from the default freeze setting, I can see utilizing this while entertaining at lower temperatures and am happy to have this flexibility. Overall, we have been very happy with this purchase so far and find its combination of features makes using it a pleasure!
