I replaced a standard depth with the counter depth. It takes less food but it's easier to see what's inside. It also looks better. The beverage center is great. The water pitcher is always full. The shelves on the doors are very spacious. It does leave fingerprints but it's very easy to clean. So far I'm very happy with this purchase.

Best fridge we have ever owned! So much easier to keep clean with the beverage center inside the door. Looks sleek. No issues with the dual ice in the freezer. We questioned getting another Samsung when you last one only worked for a few months and I waited to review just to make sure but this one is a keeper!

My wife and I over the past few years have attempted to pull the trigger on new appliances and always liked the look and function Samsung had. I’m thankful it only recently worked to get this new fridge. Samsung has had its challenges in the ice maker realm and I have to say the set up in a his model so far has been a family favorite. Two ice sizes but its location works well mechanically and makes sense it’s location is the freezer. So far so good, space is great, we had to go counter depth and this works for us, plus retiring old fridge to garage for additional space. Our reverse osmosis situation when we got new counters we did not want another hole in counter, so with this new beverage station and pitcher that fills up automatically after use, it is a game changer and we go to the well far less often and the water is chilled too in the pitcher. So far we are very happy with our purchase, Best Buy is positioned well to have specific teams that help you in appliance area that seem happier than most other stores that kind of leave you to fend for yourself. I was pleased with our purchase. Looking forward to the rest of it later this month! One thing to consider is our family is relatively young and bending down to get the ice is no problem, it is manageable and the slide out trays are excellent. For older patrons the ice being low may be a consideration but where it is in the fridge is definitely the most accessible area and the again the trays pull out great and work well with the spoon. Takes a couple runs to get your angle of attack dialed in.

Great counter depth refrigerator. More room in freezer with much easier assess than drawer type. It only has two crisper drawers but we use a couple trays to help organize. The beverage center and water pitcher has been more convenient than we thought. Makes much more ice than our last one did. Like having the clean modern front .

Good refrigerator but definitely not fingerprint resistant. I feel like this black stainless shows fingerprints way more than my old stainless steel one. When the fingerprints are cleaned, this refrigerator looks very sleek in the kitchen. No handles give it a low profile. I really enjoy that the water dispenser is hidden inside the door. I purchased counterdepth so my refrigerator would sit back in the alcove and give me more room in the walkway. However, the doors swing outward and will rub on the wall and the counter if the refrigerator is pushed all the way back the way it is intended. I've had to pull the counter depth one out so i might as well bought the standard depth which is cheaper and had more space.

We love this refrigerator freezer. It is so spacious and all doors and shelves are convenient. The ice containers are awesome with great choices. You can easily store everything you need in here. The freezer compartments are designed so that you can easily plan and choose your daily and weekly needs.

This refrigerator is everything I could have ever hoped for. It’s elegant looking, reasonably priced, features smart-tech with a giant, gaudy, easily-outdated LCD on unit door, energy efficient, and has tons of bells and whistles. It sends push-alerts through the smart things app if you leave the door open. Amazing! The compressor runs in stages so it’s always operating at a very low speed to save money. It makes *2* kinds of ice and has *2* kinds of water dispensers. The auto-filling pitcher is simply life changing as appliances go. The UV air filter keeps food fresh and prevents mold from spreading If one batch of fruit goes bad. I’ve never seen a fridge keep fruit fresh for so long! The UV apparently also inactivates ethylene as another way of promoting freshness. It has *2* freezers which are beautifully organized, one of which can be converted into another fridge if you have a chest freezer nearby. My only (very) minor complaint was that each drawer/bin/rack was extremely well packaged leading to a large amount of plastic trash. It’s a small nitpick, but it’s something.

It’s a beautiful refrigerator. Very tall, nice lighting, sexy! If you’re shorter then 5’6 you shouldn’t get it. You won’t be able to reach the back of the top shelf that can’t be moved. It’s incredible quiet, you won’t even know it’s on. Controls are easy, straight forward. I wish it had a dairy compartment especially since the top shelf in the door is so high up. You could grab directly instead of having to go-over the top of the bin and reach down. Good space for my 2 people house. Like the short depth shelving, can see everything. Beverage center is convenient for grabbing stuff quickly and not letting all the air out of the refrigerator. I can’t comment on the water or ice cubes because we didn’t hook it up to water. Luckily those features are easy to turn off. The sides of it are a dark grey, nice. Looks very top of the line, I’m impressed. It came completely wrapped up. Everything had plastic wrap on it. Took about 2 hours it unwrap it and wash all the plastic shelves, containers in it. I’m not complaining, everything was perfect, knew it wasn’t a return. 2 men that delivered it were very nice and professional. Happy customer so far. I’d highly recommend it, go for it!

So far, I love it. Looks good. Has plenty of room. The controls are easy to use. I really like that the ice is in the freezer and not in the door plus two different sizes of ice. The beverage center is convenient. Nice that the water dispenser is behind the door. The auto fill pitcher is great. The French doors top and bottom make it more convenient and easier to access. It’s nice that you don’t have to open both doors to access the drawers. It really is fingerprint resistant, no fingerprints!

I have had this SAMSUNG counter depth refrigerator for about 1 month now. The outside can be wiped with a soft cloth or stainless steel cleaner and cloth. We are a family of two with occasional relatives and adult kids coming to visit. It replaced a 3 year old french door counter depth Kitchenaid that had a faulty ice maker...never made ice...only spit out pieces of wire. The SAMSUNG refrigerator is lovely. It makes two kinds of ice of which is located in the freezer where an ice maker should be. Just a basic ice maker which is perfect. Even has a scoop to retrieve the ice. There is a flex door that we use for freezer instead of additional fridge space. That choice is yours. The freezer has nice organization with pull out drawers and nice door storage. The drink door is wonderful. You can open just the front of top left door to reveal a filtered water dispenser as well as a pitcher (with option of infusion) of water that refills on its own. We are big water drinkers so a bonus for us. The only negative is that there is no drawer for cheeses/deli items. We added two boxes with a pull out drawers (found on Amazon) that work fine to replace that missing organization. There are two crisper drawers but we always have them full of fruits and veggies. I would recommend it thus far. We use the app for the settings as I found it easier than trying to use the digital buttons on inside of fridge.

I admit, after reading Samsung reviews, I hestitated before buying this refrigerator. Im hapoy to report this is a GREAT product. Absolutely love the flex zone, and the dual ice types is a plus. The door in door provides quick access to frequently selected items, and i dont know how i got along without a beverage center. The clean, crisp, uncluttered look highlights my kitchen!

Love this fridge. Great space, you can see everything. Two types of ice, beverage center with pitcher. Flex zones. Door ajar warning. We have a second frigde and freezer, so we use this with just the bottom left as a freezer. Crisper settings keeps fruits and vegetables fresh much longer. Looks good too!! Happy customer!!

The beverage center is so convenient and easy to use. The depth works for different sizes and types of drinks. The ice maker is IN THE FREEZER!!! Yeah. So dumb putting ice makers in refrigerators. The flex zone lets us scale up for stock up and as it depletes converts to managing left overs. Add to that it just looks slick.

We love it. We love the flex door. We don't need a big freezer so this is perfect. Very spacious. We also love the auto fill water pitcher, the quick access door and clean front look.

We love this new counter-depth fridge! Love the pitcher of water that's always ready. Every family member has mentioned it :) Love the 2 kinds of ice. Seems like more room than our last fridge, which was the same size. Weird. Love the front that opens for fast little things and water.

We are thrilled with our new Samsung refrigerator! The beverage center is incredibly convenient, and its sleek design adds a touch of elegance to our kitchen.

We really like the beverage center and the special door to access it, but because you are opening the door to access the water dispensers, cold air will escape and warm air will get in. We do like to have that particular area for the water and pitcher dispenser as well as the shallow shelving for butter, yogurt, and cream. The bottom right-hand freezer/refrigerator doesn't get as cold as the dedicated freezer. Ice cream gets a little soft when it is stored on the flex freezer/refrigerator compartment. The counter-depth is great. The bins are about the same size as a standard depth fridge. I bought refrigerator storage bins for better organization which gave me as much usable space as what we had before. The absence of door handles added several inches of space to a relatively tight area which we like. It is a very quiet running machine. It looks good and so far, functions well.

Only fridge I've found to get the ice maker out of the french door refrigerator compartment (biggest failure mode for french door models) while still having water in the fridge and ice in the freezer. Quad-door is nice, but I use a freezer. Measurements are NOT accurate to the website, height was off by 1/4" which required some minor carpentry to remedy after delivery. New model so maybe someone made a mistake.

We've had this refrigerator for 3 weeks now and are very happy with it! It looks amazing and totally meets our needs. The beverage center is so great! So happy we choose that option. The ice maker is wonderful as well.

I'm in love with this fridge. We've had it for 5 months now and I'm still thrilled every time I open it. Shopping for a counter-depth fridge was a nightmare, I didn't want another side-by-side model with no space to store anything in the fridge, and this was perfect - full-width fridge and a perfect fit for our fridge cabinet cutout! I was hesitant to pay the upcharge for the beverage station but now I can't imagine living without it (we got to throw our brita pitcher away!). Having 2 types of ice is a luxury I had no idea was missing from my life. The combination of drawers, pull-out shelves, and door bins in the freezer makes it soooooo much easier to organize and find everything. I'm obsessed, it was worth every penny and I would absolutely recommend it.
