We are very happy with our new fridge, the 4 doors are very convenient, and we love the beverage center door for quick access. Another surprise is that we get to stick our travel magnet collection (the magnets would not stick to our previous stainless fridge). Its compact (23cuft) size allows it to be almost flush with our counter tops. The overall quality and design is very good and we are quite happy with it. There is really only one thing we don't like about it: when the ice tray is full and people scoop ice out of it, it tends to spill the cubes into the back, which is a bit annoying and perplexing why its designed that way, thus minus 1 star. Other than this one thing, we think it's a great fridge and we like it overall.

The refrigerator looks great. The water dispenser and pitcher is very convenient. Only down side is the finger prints will be on there only if you wipe it off. Sales person promised price match with Costco but actually they don't do that. Please be aware.

We love our new Samsung 4 door. Very convenient. The water dispenser is great that you don't have to open the fridge door. We are saving money by using water from the fridge instead of purchasing water bottles. Dual Ice make is nice also.

Every expectation we had has been surpassed! The refrigerator section is very spacious, freezer has two compartments, we are currently using both of them as freezers, but one is able to be converted to additional refrigerator space. All the freezer shelves slide out for easy access. The beverage center is unique, has a filtered water canister that refills automatically so we always have fresh cold water. Two ice options, conveniently located in the bottom top freezer shelf. It is quiet, energy efficient, and the lighting is excellent. I don’t think we will ever be able to top this unit!

My experience with this product is limited as I've only had it hooked up for a few days. I don't even have the water line run to the refrigerator, so I can't speak to the quality of the ice maker and beverage center yet. We remodeled our kitchen and decided to upgrade our fridge. We chose the shorter depth fridge so that it didn't stick out from the cabinets. Another advantage to a shorter depth is that it is easier to locate and get to items in the back of the fridge. I like the amount of drawers and storage bins in addition to the four doors compared to our other fridge that had one large pullout on the bottom as it keeps everything organized. Installation of the fridge was easy, cools well, and is not loud.

Just got this fridge and so far we love it. We really like how the water and ice are dispensed. It seems like a solution to making the dispenser last a linger amount of time than the traditional in door dispensers. The layout of is great. Just a great functional refrigerator that looks great and seems very well built.

Purchased this refrigerator during a total house remodel and is perfect in my pantry/utility room. Shelves are very sturdy and I love the convenience of the water compartment

love this fridge. bought it for my mom. it is perfect - the beverage center is 100% worth it and the dual ice maker makes it so easy to entertain. Don't have to buy gallons of water and ice any more.

I love this refrigerator. It looks amazing. The water system in the door is super handy. The freezer can be organized better than any freezer I've ever used. The counter depth option is perfect for my kitchen.

This fridge just blends into our kitchen with its sleek and clean look. We loved the fact that it didn't have handles, and the beverage center with the autofill pitcher is great. Added plus would also be the dual ice dispensers.

I LOVE this refrigerator! I thought the Kitchen Aid model that matched my dishwasher & oven was the way to go, but the freezer drawer was terrible. This Samsung 4 Door model makes it so easy to see what's in my freezer and access it. PLUS, it has features I didn't even realize when I ordered it, like being able to use an extra bin in the fridge section as a freezer, having 2 kinds of ice, and a "beverage center" (filtered water dispenser) that I don't have to look at all day. And the sleek, no frills exterior is beautiful. I had no idea I could be this excited about an appliance!

Right out of the gate, we started receiving compliments on the look and design of our new refrigerator. That apart, we found tha t the smart design afforded us more space in the fridge, including the freezer. Once we transitioned all the items from the old fridge that was fully stocked to the new one, we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of additional space we got. Absolutely delighted with the choice. Another highlight is the double (top left) door to open the water / beverage cooler and the same door opens up into the fridge. The water dispenser and the auto fill water pitcher is an absolute smart feature - especially the pitcher that can be infused with a choice flavor (we use lemon infusion). Totally worth it!

We have had this fridge for 1 month and so far we love it! The two high points are the flex zone (which we use as an extended fridge) and the water pitcher. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because fingerprints show, requiring the front to be wiped down.

i love love love this refrigerator! it is elegant clean on the outside, with incredible space even in counter depth...and thenthe beverage center and 2 sizes of ice...this is the perfect regrigerator

Honestly, I never considered Best Buy for a major appliance purchase, but I am sold now. The price was just as good or better that some of the big warehouse stores and the delivery time beats them by weeks. As for the refrigerator itself, it is awesome. At first, we were not too convinced that the water station was on the inside but after using the water pitcher a few weeks we can't live without it. The refrigerator is very stylish and counter depth is certainly enough space for us. Again, very satisfied with this purchase.

Beautiful high end features. More like a built-in at 3x the price. Beverage center is far more useful than we thought it would be. Built in pitcher is being used all the time. With the higher end version of this unit - metal cooling with metal features - nothing feels plastic and the efficiency is better. Control over the flex space works well for us since we have a separate deep freezer in the garage. Extra refrigerator space is welcome. 2 types of ice readily available in the freezer are extremely useful and yet another feature setting this refrigerator apart. We actually use the bluetooth feature - thought it was a gimick but no. Just over 1 month now and we couldn't be happier.
