Beautiful high end features. More like a built-in at 3x the price. Beverage center is far more useful than we thought it would be. Built in pitcher is being used all the time. With the higher end version of this unit - metal cooling with metal features - nothing feels plastic and the efficiency is better. Control over the flex space works well for us since we have a separate deep freezer in the garage. Extra refrigerator space is welcome. 2 types of ice readily available in the freezer are extremely useful and yet another feature setting this refrigerator apart. We actually use the bluetooth feature - thought it was a gimick but no. Just over 1 month now and we couldn't be happier.

The fridge is very good it has 2 ice makers which come in handy when you need lots of ice, the best feature is definitely the place that looks like a bar when you put in a bunch of drinks

This is a next level fridge. The clean exterior, large capacity, flex fridge, ice maker, AND beverage center are a game changer. I'm extremely happy with my choice.

Like the beverage center & sleek look of the refrigerator. Love the flex component that can be refrigerator or freezer. The beverage center has the filter jug which we use all the time. Maintain temperature well. Ice & ice bites are awesome, but they fall behind their container-needs a higher back lip on the ice containers. Disappointed that the shelf above the beverage center doesn’t fit right and is crooked. We went to Lowe’s today for some materials and saw the model like ours and that shelf went in and out easily and was not crooked. Hope Samsung will help fix this. Have had refrigerator for less than a month.

Would have liked the "fingerprint resistant" feature to be more true to it's title...way to many fingerprints! Love the beverage center feature and two kinds of ice. Overall very satisfied despite the fingerprints.

Love the new refrigerator! For a counter depth size it sure is roomy! The hidden water dispenser is absolutely why we bought this refrigerator and used frequently! We love it! The clean lines of doors make it look sleek and upscale. The inside is roomy but we did end buying a couple extra plastic containers for cheese and cold meat’s storage. But quite honestly we would of done that for any counter depth refrigerator. Overall, highly recommend this fridge for a updated look and it’s functionality!

I love the size of this fridge and how sleek it looks with the hidden water dispenser! The only criticism that I have is that the finish scratches pretty easily.

We got tired of having ice maker failures with refrigerators with ice makers located in the fresh food compartment. We love our new Samsung with Dual Ice Makers and a Beverage center. Plus the WiFi lets me know if someone left the refrigerator door ajar. It's the best of the three refrigerators we have purchased in the last few years.

This refrigerator makes organization really easy. As a family of 2 whose grocery volume varies from week to week, we love the flex door. We currently have it on the 'beverage' setting and use it as a mini beer fridge. The beverage center is super convenient. No complaints whatsoever; it's a very nice appliance. We've had this refrigerator for one month so I can't attest to its longevity.

I love the look of this appliance - sleek and minimal in design, but offers maximum storage space for our refrigerated and frozen goods. Also love the built-in water pitcher - water spouts on the fronts of refrigerators look bulky & it takes a lot of time to fill a glass.

I love its counter depth. Also it is big enough for three people.

I love this. fridge! It is exactly what we wanted and the flex zone is the best part about it. Very useful for our busy family. One thing that does not thrill me is that the door surfaces scratch very, very easily. If you have kids beware. We had magnets on the fridge and it was moved over by being pushed and we ended up with a two nice long scratches in the surface, that is a bummer. Easy to solve, no more magnets on the fridge, but I wish that could be improved.

So far, so good. It's sleek and we love the beverage center!

Upgraded to this Samsung refrigerator just before moving in and very glad I did. Plenty big to hold everything. Beverage center is perfect Continuous pitcher of water and 2 sizes of ice and a flex compartment if more refrigeration room is needed. Very pleased with this purchase

This refrigerator is the best I have owned. The countertop depth is great so that it doesn't stick out too far past the cabinets. The auto-filling water pitcher is really convenient. It has a really nice appearance as the front is flat instead of curved. And the freezer is great with ample bins and drawers to help keep things organized. Best Buy had the best price I could find.

Cool 4 zone design from Samsung lured us in, love the fridge/ freezer quadrant option. Only had it for a little over a month so far, but really like it so far! Love the two different types of ice! Note this fridge needs at least 72 1/2” of height if you want to completely clear the hinges and have a cabinet depth “built-in” area.

This fridge is awesome. The auto fill pitcher is something I never knew I would like so much. The ice maker is great as well. It fills two sides, one with a full cube and the other with “craft” cubes that are smaller but great for iced coffee style drinks. All in all this is by far the nicest fridge we have ever owned.
