Love the dual ice maker. We use lots of ice every day and this refrigerator keeps up with the demand. Auto refill water pitcher is a great convenience. We would buy this same refrigerator again in an instant. Absolutely no cheap plastic in this fridge.

So far this is the best fridge that I've ever owned. I love the flex section (I use it as a freezer). I love the pull-out drawers and shelves in the freezer and the door shelves. I wasn't sure that I would ever use the diffuser in the beverage center water pitcher, but I discovered that keeping lemon wedges in it works great and makes the water more refreshing. cons: I rarely use the large ice side, so I've considered turning it off for more freezer space. The ice scoop holders are a pain, so I removed them. The only other issue is that ice sometimes falls over the back of the ice bins when you scoop ice for a drink.

Took a few days for the humming to settle. I almost lost my mind from the humming all day and night, but after it fully cooled and settled three days later... it's fine. You get use to it. It is louder than what I use to have. Pretty roomy holds a lot on the shelves. I love the flex freezer! Shelfing placement sucks, not much adjusting room and the drop down bottom shelf is crazy weird. As far as I can see it serves no purpose other than to annoy me when it opens itself when I'm placing something on it causing whatever I put down to fall out of the refrigerator, but overall it's awesome! Love the fancy Samsung technology lets me know when door is left open and has alarm to remind you to close it, wifi capability is great for monitoring and even adjusting the temperature setting remotely, which was something I didn't expect to need but turns out is handy. Finally, I love the drink center. Saves you from wasting the cool air when just grabbing a drink definitely awesome and gives it the beautiful sleek look.

Nice refrigerator. However it dents very easily. Samsung should be using a better, stronger skin on these. Very cheap, thin material. Also, every fingerprint shows up. They are easily wiped off, but it’s a pain to have to wipe it all the time.

Such a classy unit with all the up to date technology! The beverage center is nicely hidden behind the extra access door and so convenient. I’ve had many issues with other models ice/water dispenser leaks. So I like that this new unit doesn’t have a dispenser on the outside.

I like the sleek look of the front without handles and water/ice dispenser. The water pitcher in the beverage center is a nice feature, as well as the dual ice maker.

Love this fridge and love how it hides the water dispenser and comes with 2 types of ice!! The freezer is kinda small and it sucks that it doesn’t have the cheese drawer, but it’s perfect for a household for 2 people

They sure packed a lot of features into a small package! While the shorter depth reduces the storage capacity, you still have great organization with the shelves to make the most of the available space. It's a well engineered product that will fit specific space limitations while still giving you a super nice and functional fridge. Definitely consider this as an option if you need a unit to fit through some narrow doorways.

We love the look of the refrigerator. It looks good with the other appliances. The customer service was amazing. I would recommend Best buy to purchase your appliances.

So far so good. Nice improvement on the ice maker. They have definitely improved the 4-door flex. We had one of the earlier models, and this one has more space by far.

Absolutely love my new refrigerator! It is a counter depth and it perfect for me. Love the flex door option and the beverage center is Ahhhmazing!

Fridge works great. We love the beverage center. After 6 months or so of ownership the automatically refilling pitcher became hit or miss - sometimes it will fill sometimes it will not.

The fridge seems to be ok, it has more room than our last counter depth fridge, and no more ice maker in the fridge, and it's back in the freezer where it should be... With that said, the only thing we have run into is that the lights in the freezer do not work. Now we wait for 2 weeks for a repair call to look at this. They are way too anxious to just swap out the fridge, instead of just fixing what is broken. It's unfortunate that both Samsung and Best Buy will take this long for a repair... Let's hope it doesn't continue... Now with that said, it's a good appliance otherwise, except who makes a fridge WITHOUT a deli box/tray area? There is no place to put deli meats/cheeses...

My wife and I are happy with the purchase. We are both enjoying the water station feature. Happy with how much this ice this refrigerator makes.

I LOVE this fridge!!!!! It is sleek and has just enough space without losing my food to the back. I haven’t used the water pitcher yet but the double ice feature is impressive!

the samsung 4 door flex with beverage center has been great, love the easy access to the beverage center. This fridge has Sabbath mode access through the wifi app and works great.

The best refrigerator we've owned. Very spacious and beautiful appliance.
