The good Does all as advertised, superior compared to 10-yr old model that is replacing in nearly all aspects. The SmartThings integration lets you change all settings as on the unit itself and it shows the actual temperatures. The old one only showed the preset temp. The bad Some selection of materials used for water supply into the internal carafe creates 'chemical' taste of water. It has been 3 weeks now and we can still taste it, although this can be alleviated by using sliced lime or lemon in the infusing chaber of the water pitcher (changed daily). Maybe after months of use it will go away? Discounted only 5% on Memorial Day - too new for better discount?

A great purchase. Super sleek front and its magnetic. Water pitcher fills up quickly. I like both the ice cubes and bits. But most of all, I like the flex portion on the bottom right. We use it specifically for drinks.

Best fridge, my kids love the flex bottom side they add all their fruits, drinks & yogurts. Looks so modern. Plenty of space for my large family.

Loving this fridge. Not missing the water and ice on the front at all. The refilling pitcher is perfect and keeps me from having to wipe leaks and drips off the floor and front. The double icemaker is fun too.

New Samsung refrigerator when ours died after 11 years. Picked a new Samsung similar with options. Better refrigerator interior layout, better freezer layout. Almost same square footage but holds food with better organization.

Only had the fridge for a month. We love the auto water pitcher, the two different kinds of ice, no door handles, and the ability to change the temp in the flex zone from a freezer to more refrigerator space when needed.

The door has a weird closing mechanism, that forces you to open both doors to access one. Buying it from best buy is also a disaster I wasn't expecting. You have to pay extra for installation, the free installation is just a drop-off in your kitchen even tho it states if you have an existing waterline then they will attach it to that.. Best Buy, will force you to buy a new waterline or no install forced on you in your kitchen while your fridge is emptied out. The drivers are rude and will not take the fridge back if they can't install it and will simply leave everything for the next delivery appointment, which can take weeks. To return the fridge Best buy will hold your money until they can find a driver to pick up the return. They have canceled our pick-up appointment 3 times now and we have been out without a working fridge for 3 weeks now.

The ice maker makes a lot of ice and doesn’t seem to have a shut of like others do when they get to a certain point. It spills ice all over in the freezer and I have to take everything out to clean all of the ice up. The doors don’t close like any other refrigerator that I have had and you really have to make sure that they are closed.

So impressed. Love the two ice options and the hideaway RO water pitcher. It was well worth the wait.

Great fridge! Provides lots of space with an option of using one of the compartments as freezer or fridge. Delivery service was outstanding!
