Good day, (all I want is a new shelf & some notice of this being a huge defect or a warning put on the shelves in the future) Last year at the advice of Best Buy I purchased $10k in Samsung products in advance due to the supply chain issues and ahead of my total remodel in a newly purchased home in FL. I live in OH. We had the appliances delivered and they sat in the garage until they were installed last month by Best Buy which can be verified. We had a neighbor stop by and deliver us berries and we put them in the refrigerator. I left for an out of state meeting and my husband called to say that the berries leaked. (this would have been on 11/24/22). I just came home and found out that not only did they leak but they ate the paint away off the shelf. This is devastating. I reached out immediately from getting in from the airport at 8pm this evening. After speaking with the tech support via texting the last thing that was said was it's out of warranty. OMG!! by 2 days??? This is clearly a design flaw in this particular model and if you can't put products on the shelves without it damaging them then there needs to be a warning label. The least they could do is supply me with a new shelf and at that point I will have to be hyper vigilant to not have it happen again. However, that makes this clearly a very high maintenance appliance at this point. I was offered paint but as you can see, this would be almost physically impossible to paint the little designs white again. I would love some help from Samsung to stand by their products past the 2 day window. Can you imagine having to explain this damage every time when someone comes to my house opening the refrigerator and I have to see it as well. I'm certainly devastated to see it each time as well and you shouldn't have to worry about putting down a towel or plate under every thing you put in your refrigerator because you are worried what will or won't damage it. Sorry to be rambling, I know it's only a refrigerator but I was so excited for this particular brand and I did so much research on which brand to put in my new home. I purchased the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. I can't see why this loyalty is being overlooked because technically I'm 2 days outside of the warranty window. I have no qualms about getting certified letters stating that it was just installed.

Pretty happy with this refrigerator. Having four doors was a must. Built in water pitcher is nice, but a little on the small side. Upper left front door has a mechanism to allow the right hand side door to close which makes shutting the left hand side door a little awkward and we’ve often found we’ve left the door open…. And even though the settings are set to warn if a door is left open, this doesn’t trigger the alarm. Machine is fairly quiet.

Purchased this appliance about 6 mos ago. So far...so good. It is the perfect streamlined size for my kitchen...it doesn't overwhelm the space like a larger, full-sized fridge. (Just 2 of us here...plenty of storage space.) The freezer has door compartments as well as roll out shelving...love it! Haven't hooked up the water/ice cube maker yet. Hope all is well once I do. While I love the handle-less design feature, I wish there was a thin line of plastic or silicone at the bottoms of the fridge doors/tops of the freezer doors to prevent fingerprints/smudges.

Samsung 23 cu. ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Fridge is simply amazing. Having it counter-depth is great for saving on space with it not sticking out. The fact you can change the lower right side to a fridge or freezer is a game changer. We use this as a "Kids Fridge" and they LOVE it. Makes it easy for them to get their snacks in and out of. We decided to go with just the pitcher and it works great. We use this all the time. In the freezer having two types of ice cubes is nice. The kids love the little cubes! Lots of space on the inside and it looks great in the kitchen.

After having an expensive Kitchenaid for 3 years, which continuously froze food in the refrigerator section, we did a lot of research and decided on this Samsung. I love the bottom double doors for the freezer. Way more efficient than a large slide out basket. Very quiet. My only comment is that you have to make sure the left door is closed all the way. It's a heavy door and sometimes it's not quite closed. If Samsung could tweak future designs, I'd say to include more adjustable shelf options. We were very happy with the Best Buy staffer who helped us. She was very good.

LOVE the French Door freezer! The bins on the doors makes it so easy to find our favorite ice cream pops and frozen juices! Having both cube ice and bite size ice is great! Having the 6 freezer drawers makes it simple to organize our frozen food by category. The bins in the refrigerator hold all the frequently used items like milk, almond milk, butter, jelly, etc. The counter depth means no more having a refrigerator sticking way out. 25 year old houses do not adequately allow for deeper refrigerators. This Samsung counter depth refrigerator is designed well to organize food items. We often "lost" items in the deeper refrigerator. We do not miss the deeper refrigerator we had.

Best refrigerator I've ever had! I love the ability to adjust the lower right door to either refrigerator or freezer temperature. The water pitcher and dual ice cube drawers work great and fill back up without much time delay. The french door design makes this ideal for tighter spaces, and there is tons of interna storage space. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Wow! What a difference the counter-depth makes to my kitchen! This sits near a corner cabinet, and it freed up so much space! I love the sleek design, and the ice maker actually being in the freezer! I love the water pitcher and how it refills itself automatically! I feel like there is no wasted space! Great design! I love the flex space in the lower right side, and the flex drawer, as well!

We love it. This refrigerator meets our needs perfectly. We had the option of having both of the bottom sections as freezers; however, as we have a separate freezer in our garage, we chose the bottom right as a refrigerator and the bottom left as a freezer, where we keep items we might use more often like bagels, English muffins, butter, and ice cream. No more do we have to go to the garage for a stick of butter or bowl of ice cream! We appreciate, too, that Best Buy had the refrigerator in stock, arranged a fast delivery, and installed the refrigerator quickly!

Beautiful looking Fridge, no handles gives it a clean and elegant look I love. The black stainless is amazing.I would recommend getting the beverage center, using the water pitcher gets a little tedious vs having a water dispenser. Ice dispensers work great and my wife loves the option of cubes. Do not put any type of magnets on doors it will scratch!! Doors are a little difficult to open but for the look it is worth it for me.

Purchased, delivered & installed within a few days…..all good. Needed counter-depth, did not want external water & ice——liked the sleek look/design, four doors are unique. Has dual cube size icemaker and self-filling water pitcher….both work well…….all the above is based upon initial selection, install & usage within the past month….fingers crossed all continues to perform well

At this time I'm hoping this fridge lasts forever because we love it. Even being counter depth it has tons of room on the inside. Samsung did a great job making organizing everything so easy. And I'm loving the switch from a pull out drawer freezer to the two bottom doors. So much nicer opening then and seeing everything. Rather than digging around. Highly recommended.

The unit looks very sleek. The functioning is perfect. I used a portable digital thermometer to check the temperature in all sections and after a bit of “wobbling” soon after start up, the temperatures settled in perfectly, matching the reading on the refrigerator panel. The two ice making units work well, although I question the value of the smaller nuggets. It’s almost like crushed ice. Why 4 stars? The internal recirculating fan produces a shrill/sharp chirping noise whenever it runs. I find it most annoying. Owners manual says this noise is ‘normal’….REALLY? Other than the noise concern, the unit is a solid value.

Love the way you can organize items in the freezer and find items with ease. I hated our old French door fridge because the bottom drawer felt like an archeological dig to find the fries. I do miss a deli drawer but the door space makes up for it. Having the water dispenser in the door and the ice maker in the bottom creates much more room inside the fridge for items. Four stars because the only drawback for families that like a variety of juice, milk, and maybe tea is there are only two sections in the doors to hold tall items and not on the shelf unless you want two very short shelves. Would recommend adding additional shelving heights to overcome this minor flaw.

It is a beautiful fit in the kitchen. Classy but functional at the same time. The dual ice option is fantastic. The pitcher inside the door with filtered is an added bonus. Since it is counter depth, things do not get lost in the back and shorter people can reach everything. The french doors on the freezer is the best option because you can see everything efficiently and nothing gets lost on the bottom. The best refrigerator we ever owned.

Fridge is super spacious and wonderful. I got this at a Best Buy outlet and it was like brand new. Absolutely LOVE the two different ice options and the ice scooper is very convenient. The freezer draws are super helpful when organizing!

It's a fridge with 4 doors.. A fridge is a fridge. Samsung fridges are actually pretty decent if you don't care for the bells and whistles. I do love the look of it and that it hides water pitcher behind the door w/o sacrificing too much capacity. (I still don't care of water pitcher being in California.. the water needs a lot more treatment than a fridge filter...) But it works great. Looks great. Expensive, though, for the bells and whistles I don't care about. :shrug: I would recommend Samsung fridge to a friend but not necessarily this model. Again.. the cost is too high for me for things I don't care about.

Very satisfied with the purchase! Sleek design, perfect fit and functions properly. Love the ice features and more room than expected.

Very happy with this purchase. The overall size is impressive and the flex area will be fantastic for football parties this year - see the lower left section - it can be whatever you want - extra fridge space, extra freezer space, beverage space (YES!!!) - pretty much whatever you need. 2 types of ice? No complaints here and I like having the water internal and in a pitcher - I guess I'm getting old. Glad I decided to go Samsung!!!

Looks pretty and is spacious in the inside. Cons would be 1) the water pitcher sometimes doesn’t refill automatically. I have learned that the area where the pitcher sits needs to be completely dry. 2) since the ice maker is half cubed and 1/2 little cubes, it doesn’t feel like a lot of ice. Feels like a traditional ice maker produces more ice. 3) Finger print resistant isn’t really a thing. However, it is easy to clean.
