This fridge has been worth every penny! There’s nothing I don’t like about the fridge and we purchased it over a year ago. The auto fill water pitcher is my favorite feature, next to that would be the ice maker and the 2 different types of cubes, there’s so much space and I love that the freezer can convert to more fridge space. The smart fridge also lets us know when it’s time to change the water filter so that I don’t have to keep track of it. Overall great product!

I was worried about getting a counter depth refrigerator because of the size. I was concerned about not having enough space. this refrigerator is designed so well. So happy with this purchase.

What a great refrigerator. Plenty of room for us. We love the flex feature which allows using part of the refrigerator as a refrigerator or as a freezer. Very cool. Two ice choices, yeah! The water dispenser with filter makes our unpleasant tap water delicious. I was not expecting that but love it. And it is very quiet!! We hear a sound from time to time but nothing constant or aggravating.

Stylish and modern fridge but not very deep. Hard to fit everything at times. Starting to get small cracks on the top of the bottom doors after only a year of use.

5 stars for organization. I chose the quad door for the freezer compartments. I experienced the bottom pull out freezer at my daughters house and felt like I was digging to find things. Make sure you have a full 36" width hole. Mine was a fraction off in the center of the hole so the kitchen installer needed to come trim. (New kitchen) This was just delivered, so I have no ither comments at this time.

this is a fantastic product. For anyone looking for a near counter depth refrigerator this is unique. Its not truly 24 inches deep ( counter depth) like a subzero, but its unique design that has thick doors with finished edges that protrude out past 24 inches, make it attractive option without spending 10

So amazing! It stores way more than I thought possible. Love the deep door shelves. Pull out freezer shelves are a real game changer from out previous model. 2 types of ice is also great for having options and being able to get it from the tray instead of having it fall out and drop on floor really makes me happy!

Excellent fridge so far! Keeps everything at the perfect temperature and the freezer having doors instead of being a big drawer really keeps things organized.

We have only had the refrigerator for a month but so far we like everything about it. It is easy to keep both the inside and outside looking good without a lot of fuss. It is arranged well inside and we love the fact that we can use the bottom right side for either frig or freezer. All that being side the ice is the cherry on the sundae. Having both the cubes and bits is fun and everyone has a favorite.

I am so happy with the 4-door Flex French Door Samsung Refrigerator. I love the design and functionality. There is more room in the fridge, than it’s predecessor, but I don’t feel like I sacrificed freezer space. The freezer has more organizational options with side bins and multiple level shelves than typical pullout basket and slim shelf models. The door design without handles also a plus, just looks clean and sleek!

Love the look. DOn't think that I need two ice bins as they do take up a lot of freezer space. The finish is less fingerprint resistant than my last one. Still getting used to the areas that are depressed to open and close the doors. The inside bins get some getting used to as they open from the bottom which is a bit unusual. Just it hopes that it lasts longer than my last Samsung refrigerator. LOVE the flex fridge/freezer compartment - that is why I purchased it.

This is a perfect refrigerator/freezer for me. So much space in the fridge and the freezer actually has space that allows me to see what is there. So much better than the freezer that just gets dumped into and then you can't find what you have when you need it. I highly recommend this freezer

This is my second time purchasing the Flex French Door refrigerator. I loved it the first time so much that I purchased another for my new home. It is sleek and trim with no bulky handles. The ice and water dispensers are withing the doors, adding to its efficiency and good looks.

Awesome!!! Fridge is beautiful. Lots of space, makes different style of ice cubes, auto refills the pitcher and just really great.

We LOVE this fridge! It's a really beautiful and sleek design and I really like not having bulky handles that stick out. But what we love the most are 1) the multiple types of ice, one of which is a small nugget type that my wife was obsessing about and 2) the self-refilling water pitcher because it's hidden and way more convenient to fill water bottles, dog bowls, pots, etc. from a pitcher than standing there forever under a door faucet.

This has been the best refrigerator we have ever had. We love the four doors for our smaller kitchen. The two size I’ve cubes is an added bonus. We love the filtered water pitcher inside the fridge this way we avoid drips down the front. Very sleek model. We got the black stainless and it’s such a great color!

Clean and beautiful, keeps temperature really well and organized food extremely well.

Good fridge like the options it has with different icing trays. Wish we got something a little bigger we have a family of six so for a family of four this would probably be perfect and the doors can sometimes be a pain to close but I don’t know if it’s because we got a floor model instead of a brand new on still in the box but all in all solid fridge.
