We are in love with our new refrigerator. The initial delivery time of this item was pushed out longer than we had liked but to our surprise We were able to get it much sooner than it was first scheduled. It completes our kitchen. We love it. The purchase and delivery were very smooth.

I love this fridge. The drawers inside are made so that you don’t have to open both doors to get to them. Having drawers in the freezer is brilliant. I will never get a fridge with a pull out bottom drawer again.

We needed a good refrigerator at an affordable price. I’m not a fan of the pull out freezer but the the double refrigerator on the top. This was the best of both worlds. We got everything we wanted in this fridge.

The “black stainless” dings and dents with ANY touch. I’ve had all four panels replaced within the first five months because they all scratched with any minor touch. If I would’ve know the black stainless is just painted and scratches revealing regular stainless underneath I would have just went with the normal stainless steel… also poor quality of the metal. Everytime I look there appears to be a new dent in the fridge. I feel like I wasted thousands on what I thought was a good looking piece for our kitchen.

Almost...perfect. The upper left door for some reason just won't remain OPEN. I've read several reviews online and see that this isn't a problem specific to me. Samsung hasn't provided any documentation or reference for this issue. Again, the door closes fine and it's level with the other door, etc. Problem is it won't stay open. Other than that, it's great. But for $3,000, I expect better quality assurance.

I purchased this fridge new and had it professionally installed. A few months later I found water pooling below the crispers. Samsung sent a repairman who "fixed it" by replacing the water filter unit. Several months later same problem, water pooling. Samsung sent a repairman who did the exact same "fix". Now, after owning it for about 20 months, same problem for the third time, water pooling under the crispers. Samsung told me it's no longer under warranty. When I pointed out it was the same problem they attempted to repair twice before, they relented and made a repair ticket. A week later I got an email from Samsung canceling the appointment with no reason given. So in effect, the customer rep lied. Since then I figured out the water was coming from the icemaker, since the leak didn't happen when I shut it off. I hired a top rated repairman and he quickly determined the water going into the icemaker is freezing in the tube and so water backs up and floods the space below the crispers. He said it's just a bad design and there is no fix. He tried to apply more insulation but that didn't work. I like the concept, but the engineering on the icemaker is very poor. It's a great fridge if you want to fill your own ice trays, like in the 1950's.

It’s absolutely perfect! The only thing I struggle with is there isn’t enough room for tall items regardless of how you arrange the shelves as it’s very limited on shelf arrangements. Door bins are much bigger than any previous fridge I’ve had which helps.

I like this fridge, it’s different than the normal bottom pull out freezer. I especially like the bottom right door can be a fridge or freezer

The product is excellent. The delivery was lacking in effort. It was left with all the wrappings and the shelving unassembled. Perhapas, I am used to the delivery inthe states where the unwrap , put everything in place and give a briefing on use and care.

Decent smaller sized fridge. Not a big fan of no handles, but in fairness it does give a nice streamlined look. Works well. Inside water pitcher is a nice touch

Bought this off display and it was a great deal. Works much better then our previous refrigerator and the black stainless is pretty sharp too!
