We love this fridge. The counter-depth really made a difference in our kitchen, the way it's configured. It was a must-have feature. The freezer has a surprising amount of space. The fridge main shelving area has a good amount of space. I like that you can fit a gallon of milk in the door-in-door. But the door on the side of the ice maker has shelves that don't hold anything. They're kind of a joke. Way too narrow. And the filtered drinking water doesn't taste as good as I expected. We previously had Sparklets and that was better. The main reasons why this fridge works for us is because we also have spare "beer fridge" with a lot of capacity, and a chest deep freezer. I wouldn't be able to function with this fridge alone for my family of 4 (2 hungry sons)

This is a very fancy fridge! Love the showcase door, makes for a very convenient grab and go section. We have a very small kitchen so the counter depth is a great feature but still feel like we have plenty of space in the fridge. I like the french doors, my old fridge was a side by side door and I couldn't put a pizza box into it. I also feel like I have a lot more room with the french doors...it is a wider space so it is easier to see everything. Side by side doors had all of my things behind everything and hard to see/find. Also am liking the drawer freezer a lot better than I thought I would...no complaints at all. I also never realized how loud my old fridge was until we got this new one...this fridge makes no sound at all that I can hear except the occasional dump of the ice being made. Our old fridge didn't have the built in ice or water maker, so this is also a great feature that we are enjoying...the whole family is drinking more water now that we have ice water easily accessible. Others have complained about the slowness of the ice or how it doesn't produce that much and I don't really have anything to compare it to since this is our first fridge with this feature, but I do feel the ice takes its sweet time coming out. We have yet to have an issue with running out of ice though...but it is just a family of 3 using it, so we don't need a large volume. My only real complaint is that the front is not magnetic. We like to hang sports schedules, school info, etc on the fridge for easy reference and we are no longer able to do that. I even made the sales person in the store test her name badge on several of them to make sure they were magnetic and the similar version of this in the store was magnetic...but this one was not the exact model since we had to get the counter depth version and apparently the counter depth one is NOT magnetic. Overall, the fridge looks great and we are loving it so far!

1st the good. Fridge is beautiful. Stylish. Excellent cooling. Ultra quiet motor. Bright bright bright LED lighting. Cons? My only complaint is the ice drop is quite loud. Yes, to be expected. I will say, I love the style and clean lines. The Door in Door is great! Energy consumption is awesome. I sound jaded, but not oblivious. I wish the stores actually carried this fridge in stock. For the size, I'm now working with less freezer space. But in fairness, this fridge is 1/2 the size of my old one. Also, the doors do not open as far as I hoped. To remove drawers, you have to squeeze out at an angle. Would I buy again? YES! Would I recommend? Without reservation. Note...Stainless Steel is synonymous with finger prints.

Love my new Samsung refrigerator!! Just what I wanted!!

I gave 3 because we had exchanged it twice due to water dispenser leaking. We even upgraded To the 3 door hoping it’s not going to have that problem. But sad to say it had. We just remembered our kitchen and bought all our appliances at once to match everything . We’re happy how it turned out but the fridge is a problem and a hustle. In fairness, the Best Buy team members had been very helpful and great service and the delivery guys are amazing.

Have it for over a month now, it's nice but a pricey refrigerator overall, The Good: brighter, cooler, counter depth, and modern looking. The Not so Good: Ice Cubes slow to come down each time you use it, as if the lever is not sensitive or they built in delay time to drop ice. Doors don't open all the way back so some drawers you cannot pull all the way out. The french door layout is not as versatile as we thought would be (our prior one was side-by-side).

This is an outstanding refrigerator. Plenty of space for everything and keeps food fresh much longer than our old fridge. We initially did not want the showcase door because it was significantly more expensive, but the one without that feature would not ship for another month and we needed to replace our old, dead fridge right away. Now that we have had the chance to use the showcase door, we don't know how we'd get along without it! It's great for keeping condiments and beverages within reach without opening the entire fridge. Great energy saving feature. We also enjoy the extra shelf width in the fridge provided by the bottom freezer design. The LED lighting is also terrific.

This refrigerator is the centerpiece of the kitchen. It immediately updated our kitchen to look like a much more expensive home. The storage is nice lots of shelving and very well lit. The freezer looks small but it really does hold a lot. The coubterdepth is so nice and it looks custom fit with our cabinets. The door in door is a cool feature that everyone likes. I like the Samsung better than LG because the door in door feature is more discrete in the handle. I use it to grab a jug of milk or some frequently used condiments. The ice maker is a bit slow and you can hear the occasional ice clink when it's being made. Sometimes the fridge seems loud when it is running but I guess this is the same with all refrigerators. Overall it's a great choice that will make your kitchen look fabulous.

Overall pleased with the fridge. I haven't bought a fridge in a long time, so as expensive as they are I guess I expected it to be more quiet than it is. It's not loud, but I guess for a few thousand dollars plus I didn't think you'd hear the motor hum. The counter depth adds a custom feel to it and we were afraid that it might be small, but it's actually working out fine. The ice maker is ok, but not overwhelming amount. I like the indoor ice containers that LG makes because it seems like you'd save some shelf space, but this one is not bad. Fingerprints everywhere unless you're careful when you touch it.

We researched many models before deciding on this one. It is fairly quiet and temperature is uniform. The water/ice dispenser works well. Cabinet deph makes it easier to find things and looks great in the kitchen. The showcase door allows easy access to often used items like milk.

Everything is great with the refrigerator. Quit, laid out well, and easy setup for water. My version is counter depth. Be aware the doors open beyond the sides width preventing 100% true counter depth look.

We have had this model for a few weeks and are still getting use to it. Our previous fridge was a GE Arctic Profile side by side. Love the look and the showcase door. In having the showcase door, you loose shelving for condiments. The ice maker bin is a bit awkward to remove and not as big as you would think. The long fresh drawer should have been made into 2 drawers.

I was pleasantly surprised about the amount of space inside. The ice maker is a little slow, but I like a lot of ice. So far I'm very happy with the appliance.

I satisfied with the design, spacious cooling portion and quiet performance relate with its price. Strongly recommends this product.

I researched several brands and styles before choosing this one. I must say I am very happy with my choice because it fits perfect in its designated space and looks great with my other stainless steel appliances. I also like all of the different compartments as well as the food showcase door. The only think I would warn other consumers about is the doors don't close all the way by themselves. Be sure to close it completely before walking away or the alarm will sound which too is a great feature. Overall a great product.

Alway tough rating an appliance you plan to own for at least 10 years after a few weeks. The unit packs food much different than the side by side it replaced. Ice maker is a bit noisy when the ice drops from the maker. Water comes out nice a fast from the dispenser. The installer did not level, nor adjust the doors, and did not leave the tools behind - I plan to follow up on that - installation was the disappointment.

I never thought I would enjoy the food storage showcase door as much as I do. I use that more often than anything else because it is so convenient. The through the door ice and water dispenser works wonderfully and the crushed ice feature is an added bonus. This is the nicest refrigerator that I have owned and I am sure I will have many years of good use from it!

It's a counter depth, keep your expectations in check. The fridge is great! Good space for my family, plenty of room for what we need. The steel matches my kitchen perfectly, and LED lighting is great when looking for something. I couldn't be happier! If you're looking for a counter depth, this is a treasure!

We are very happy with this refrigerator, even though we were limited to buying a counter-depth. We are very pleased with both the refrigerator and freezer space, and the ice maker/water dispenser is a dream - no issues with "ice clogging" found in other name brands. We would highly recommend this model.

We had a little hiccup with our fridge purchase. The first unit delivered was malfunctioning out of the box. The freeze section of the elections did not work. B the temperature readout did not work and the unit would not register the door opening or closing. Anyway, Bestbuy quickly got us a second one and it has been working great. I will say the compressor is a little louder than I would expect, hence four stars.
