The refrigerator is absolutely gorgeous and I love the double door which is very handy. One thing that could have been better is the finish. Though it says it resists hand impressions, it is sometimes difficult to maintain a clear impression less finish. But nonetheless, great product for the price.

Great fridge, from the sleek appearance to functionality. I have been an LG appliance guy before, but this Samsung appliance has been better than advertised, albeit for a short period of time. I will admit the functionality of the "showcase" door is not as good as the LG, but this unit makes up for it with it's appearance and ice production. So far, so good.

The refrigerator is conveniently constructed. The counter depth is nice in that nothing gets hidden in the back if the fridge. We have had two significant issues with the delivery service/Pacific Kitchen which have yet to be resolved.

Overall, not a bad refrigerator. Counter-depth is one of the main benefits, if space is a priority for you. Otherwise, go with a larger model. You'd get more capacity and better energy efficiency. The quality and design could've been better. My fridge had to be re-delivered 2 times; mostly cosmetic problems, but when you buy a new refrigerator you shouldn't be getting a product with a dent on the door or a bulging side that doesn't allow to fit into a 36" wide spot! Also, the design of the top drawer in the freezer is far from perfect.

Wish it would have a larger ice tray. It does make a little noise while the compressor is running. Over all though we are very happy with this product.

Great refrigerator. Counter depth was a little tricky because of the doors not opening next to a wall. If I really cared, the return policy was great.

Like that the ice maker stops immediately when you get the amount you rather the drop ice all over the floor.

Overall a very nice fridge, Modern and stylish look. Very slow Ice Machine, not a huge deal but if you use a lot of Ice I would look elsewhere.

This fridge is nice looking, has great features but it is my second one that I had delivered. The first one gave warm water and randomly changed temperatures. This one was delivered with the deli tray controls installed upside down. Waiting on tech to come and fix it. Not sure if I would recommend this fridge yet

This is a great option for people looking for counter-depth fridge. I just moved into my new home and we were looking for counter-depth options and I am so glad we ordered one as it fits nicely and saves space, specially if you don't want the fridge to peek out of counters. This has good space (Though lesser than normal ones) and looks great. Got a great deal on thanksgiving and love this!

This samsung refrigerator fits the counter-depth opening in our kitchen perfectly. The lighting inside makes everything inside easy to see, and looks extra clean and bright. We love the quick access door on the right side, that allows us to grab drinks quickly without opening the main doors. Great feature for kids. The quick-change internal water filter is really convenient. A terrific feature we never had before is that the temperatures can be precisely set from the front controls. We've had this refrigerator for 2 months now, and we love it!

The fresh and frozen compartments of the unit have worked ok BUT the ice maker is the poorest excuse for reliability I have seen in a refrigerator. We had it replaced after a little over a year but had to really press Samsung to do it since it was a month out of warranty. We followed all the trouble shooting tips from customer service with no luck. They sent a tech out to install a new unit and he stated that his day (every day) is solely replacing these ice makers. So now when it ices up I have to pull the bin and defrost the inside/back of the ice maker. This occurs every 2 months. It builds up a thick ice wall in the back of the ice maker compartment to the point where I cannot even pull the bin out without leaving the refrigerator door open for half an hour to defrost enough to dislodge it. Since the ice maker is in the refrigerator part of the unit it certainly looks like it is not designed to stay cold enough to make ice and keep frozen. Even after defrosting the unit completely the ice still comes out looking 'wet' and water will drip out on the door when the ice is dispensing. We have since given up and turned the ice maker off and now just make cubes in trays in the freezer. This information is all over the web in other reviews. Our neighbor has the same refrigerator with the same ice maker issue. My advice would be to buy another brand as Samsung seems to have forgotten to thoroughly test this ice maker model before putting into production. Very disappointing for a $2,000 + price tag.

Refrigerator works great and has plenty of room. For a counter width refrigerator everything fits great.

I like everything about this refrigerator especially that I can easily store large platters for entertaining. There is a place for everything.

Waiting for it to be installed with the rest of our kitchen, but it has been plugged and working for us so far. We love the lights on the inside! Showcase door comes in handy...
