For 2 people this is great love the size and counter depth. The only problem seems that them plate where you place glasses for water scratches very easily.

We been having this refrigerator for 2 week and so far we are happy with it very modern sleek refrigerator fits beautifully in our kitchen the only the down fall is since it’s counter depth it has limited space and bigger jugs such as milk, coke liters don’t fit standing we have to lay them down.

We love this fridge. It does not stick out of the opening like our other one. It is quiet and efficient. The metal door works well, and the double door on the fridge is handy, although it take some getting used to. The icemaker seems to make good ice, and is adequate so far. We will tell when we have friends over.

Great refrigerator and love the grab and go. Fits perfectly in the spot we had.

No issues or complaints. Everything seems to be working just as advertised.

4 glasses of ice is all you will get. Freezer no way to organize dispenser barely works. Thank god best buy not only returned it but brought different one and took this back if u want counter depth get side by side no french doors trust me I wanted to like this. Best buy is awsome for taking care of me

Only complaint is that the ice maker keeps freezing up

If I could give this zero stars I would. After my 5 year warranty wore off, the ice maker stopped working. I had heard of the same issue with other Samsung refrigerators so I called them directly. Since it was out of warranty they refused to help me. I paid for a technician to come out and repair the ice maker but he said that it would just keep breaking due to a faulty design. I stopped using the ice maker altogether and started purchasing bags of ice. Around year 6 1/2 the condenser fan started making a loud noise and within a day stopped working. Needless to say the refrigerator stopped functioning. It is now a very pretty storage unit. It is worth noting that these problems are well-documented and service bulletins have been issued by Samsung for their technicians. Unfortunately Samsung will not admit any of that directly. If you are wondering about this and want to find out for yourself, just do an online search. Whatever you do, do not purchase a Samsung refrigerator.

This is the best refrigerator I've ever had. <3 :)

Have no complaints at all about this refrigerator. Energy saver, mucho space and we save on our grocery cause we can easily see everything we have. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is that I'd have loved a larger ice box. But I guess it's a trade off for the space. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

About two weeks and had to call the repairman for the ice maker. I am particularly not fond of spending large amounts of money on an appliance and then having to have it repaired when it's two weeks old.

Bought for a new house. Really like that it's counter depth. Still plenty of room inside and the little extra viewing door has turned out to be way more useful than I thought it would be,.

This refrigerator is a good one overall. However, due to the poor ice maker, I have to give it one star. If I could give less than one star, i would. We have dealt with issues of water leaking from the water/ice dispenser, every time we try to get ice. We deal with a low amount of ice for a 3 person family, always running out of ice. Now after owning it for just 14 months, the ice maker has frosted over. I searched the internet to see how to defrost it and I am seeing many posts stating an issue with the ice maker. Apparently Samsung is aware and has sent a tech bulletin, but is not doing anything to help fix the issue, especially on those after the warranty period. I have never had an issue with any other Samsung products, (tablet, Smart TV, Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher) that I own. However if their quality is similar, i may have to re-evaluate buying any other Samsung products. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Well built counter depth fridge. Very pleased so far!.

This fridge is very nice. The one problem I find is the veggie drawer are very small and don't hold items that are large like a cabbage or large lettuce. Thie ice maker tends to be temperamental. The water button doesn't always respond at an instance.
