Great fridge but don't expect the ice maker to work very long. I guess it is hard to freeze ice when the ice maker is in the fridge? This is the 2nd Samsung fridge that I have purchased where the ice maker failed. I should have learned the first time.

Side-by-side was my first choice, but couldn't be delivered in timely manner. So by default chose this French door model and have been pleasantly surprised by features like the food showcase door...very convenient.

Not great. I got it delivered with damage and Best buy people are crazy in helping after the delivery. It really sucks my whole time in followup with them and get it resolved. Then never stand on their promises and every time I speak to the customer service its a new story. Really never feeling to visit the Best buy again and the Samsung products are not great as they are not maintaining good quality. I see some bad smell from my refrigerator after using of couple of months though cleaned up very well.

The refrigerator holds a lot and the view door allows me to get drinks with out opening the whole door The dish washer cleans great and runs quite Stove cooks efficiently and the oven cooks food evenly

Nice counter depth fridge. We remodeled our kitchen and wanted a counter depth fridge. Of course it is smaller than standard size.

Easy to clean stainless steel and runs quiet. Produces plenty of ice. The split refrigerator door is way handier than I anticipated.

Despite the disaster that Best Buy customer service was to actually purchase this fridge, I have now had it for about 15 months. Less than a year in, the compressor has become so loud it sounds like a cheap $800 fridge from a rent-a-center. For a couple of grand this thing should be unnoticeable, but it's louder than a diesel rig long-haul truck.

Fridge looks great and I like the showcase door. The water and ice maker work great and the freezer is very spacious.

For the first year we didn’t have any issues with this refrigerator. Then it started... it would make a clicking noise and the ice maker would freeze and we had to defrost it to use again. In 2020 refrigerator stoped cooling, ice maker completely froze and refrigerator had loud noise. We called technical support and technician came to do a diagnostics. It came out that motor has died. 1 month later motor was finally replaced and supposedly it fixed the ice maker. But it only took 4 months before the ice maker froze again. We are very unhappy with this purchase after all. It seems like Samsung brand goes downhill. We purchased and had to replace the Samsung dishwasher as well because it didn’t function properly from the installation. Do not buy this refrigerator unless you like to change them every few years.

Compressor is louder than I expected. I was told it was within range.

Well built appliance. Storage inside door is very limited and the ice maker takes up too much space.

Get it? It's cool, because it's a refrigerator. But also because it has a quick-look door that lets me grab condiments and snacks without opening the door all the way and digging around a bunch of other stuff. It's the ultimate food storage appliance for the on-the-go ketchup or mustard connoisseur. It works great, has an easy to use display, and looks GREAT in our new kitchen.

I live my refrigerator it’s so spacious. Also freezer amazing

Great so far. I do wish the one long drawer was split. You have to open both doors to access the deli drawer.

Is easy to see items inside. Thru door does not always unlatch, have to squeeze handle hard to unlatch.

Got a dented model for a great deal. Great features like alarms to let you know the door is open.

Door In Door, is excellent, more valuable than I imagined.

We shopped and compared, and really love this fridge. The door-in-a-door feature is great for accessing milk etc, and does seem to keep things a bit colder. Our main con is the size of the icemaker, but it seems to be consistent with this style of refrigerator (French door). Love having all the food at eye level, and freezer at bottom!
