The only snag that we ran into was the first one they delivered look great but had a strange noise. Best Buy was awesome, quickly sent someone and out had a new one delivered in a few days. We really like the door and the ice maker is no problem for our family of three. My wife did mention that the shelving could have a better layout.

If there is such a thing as fridge zen, I have it! This refrigerator has it all, space, light, easy close, and I especially love the special door for OJ and soda, so you don't have to open the whole thing to get a can of soda. Stylish, sleek... Fridge nirvana!

Refrigerator is what we were looking for and meets our expectations. Very nice and functional. See thru door and adjustable shelves to give more height for taller items is really a nice feature. Also, Best Buy pricing match and customer service was excellent.

We are VERY HAPPY with our two new refrigerators. We especially like the bottom freezer drawer and the French door unit that allows us to access frequently used itms without opening the entire fridge. To say we are satisfied is truly an understatement.

So fridge is so smooth. I never cared for appliances before but wow. Every time I open my fridge door at night, it looks like an Alien invasion. To the date of the review, I STILL havent taken the plastic off... Im scared to hurt it! LOL

This fridge is very nice compared to our 15 year old fridge we replaced. We really like the inner door so we don't have to open the big door just to get some milk. Hopefully this will be a durable, trouble free fridge for many years

Ice Maker design is Flawed, these units all fail immediately and cannot be remedied. The Engineer designed it poorly. I know SEVERAL people (including relatives) with the exact same problem, on NEW SAMSUNG refrigerators. Warranty service did not remedy problem.

Originally this wasn’t the fridge we purchased but we couldn’t get the one we wanted in the time frame so our sales associate upgraded us to this one. We are loving the beverage door.

This fridge looks great, works well, and meets our needs very well for a cabinet unit. It is quite flexible on interior arrangement of the storage as well which is nice. For the price this is a great fridge.

After endless research, we decided this model fit the bill for our family. We haven't had a new fridge in well over a decade (+) so after a little adjusting to all the new features, we have come to love it!

Fridge is very sleek and stylish, but makes a loud buzzing sound several times per day. Wish it were not so noisy. Bc of counter depth width, freezer storage is minimal.

Looks beautiful in my kitchen. I love the secret door which allows my 3 year grandson to get his own juice without opening the whole door. I do wish it did have more space on the inside,

Will never buy again had to return it due to the ice maker freezing up every couple of months & they fixed, replaced did everything possible & come to find out it’s the design so Samsung was nice enough to let us return & buy another one, I stuck with Maytag the next time

This fridge has been nothing but a headache, pretty much having issues within the first 10 months and continuing on since then, now 4 years. It’s leaked water, damaging my floors. It regularly freezes up so that the internal circulation fan gets caught in ice and the whole thing has to be thawed, chipped away...after you take all the food out, and open up the insulating panel....which Samsung will say have a service tech do, but there’s no point in paying for a service repair guy to come out....because they will say, ‘yep, these have a lot of issues like this. Not much to do but I can replace blah blah blah” for the costs of nearly half of what you payed for the fridge. Never considered suing a company before until I owned this hunk of crap.
