I have owned this refrigerator for one year. Second one installed by Best Buy, first one was a lemon and was broken at start up. Very good organization, love the options for the flex space. We use it as a fridge for drinks, snacks for kids, etc. Only complaint is the ice maker is a dud. It freezes up and stops working, it is slow to produce ice, takes forever for ice to be dispensed, the crushed ice feature only breaks ice in half at best, and when it freezes, the motor makes an annoying buzz.

The fridge is looking nice. Stainless black is a nice option. Some potential buyers may find the fridge a little bit small. I used it for about 2 weeks without any issue.

Love the French door design. Something new for me! Still getting used to the double door access. Finish is good. Please make sure you have the delivery person put a level on the top so the self closing door feature will work and verify doors are aligned! Mine didn't so have to have the store send someone out to set it correctly!

This stove matched a refrigerator I purchased earlier in the summer from Best Buy. I had a good experience working with Dominique the sales person and the delivery guys were also great. Service is as important as the product.

We purchased this fridge about a week ago and so far it is perfect. The four doors take some getting used to, but they keep everything well organized.

We were looking for a counter depth refrigerator and this Samsung having the 2 door freezer instead of the traditional pull out drawer is a great feature, items are easier to see and load/unload. Having the ability to change the bottom quarter of the refrigerator between a freezer or refrigerator is an added bonus to this refrigerator.

We have place service call on refrig due to annoying noise. Was informed that this is a common complaint for this style and will need replacement parts. We only had item less that 1 month. Hard to get service person to come out since under warranty. Very unhappy.

Great product! The double doors help oragnaize. I love that I can make the freezer a fridge if I need more room too!

Sales person was very helpful through entire process, delivery went without problems, refrigerator functions exactly as expected, maybe even better than expected.

So quiet and beautiful. My only complaint is that the left door doesn't have much shelf room. It's so tiny with the huge ice maker. However it's made up with the room within the fridge and of course the 3rd door :)

The design of this refrigerator is unique with a compartment that can be designated for refrigeration or freezing for a freezer. This creates more flexibility for usage depending on if you need more fridge or freezer space. It is divided into 4 sections with a large upper section devoted to refrigeration with two doors and two lower sections with two doors. One of the two lower sections is freezer only while one can be alternated between freezing and cooling . There are no handles. There are indented sections to open and close the doors with. It has a sleek design and look.

Love the 4 sections. I use the bottom flex zone as a refrigerator. Nice knowing we can switch it to a freezer if we need to. Highly recommend!

Lots of room, even though it was listed as smaller than fridge it replaced. Very bright inside. Very functional.

The counter depth was nice but the way the doors opened it still hit the wall so I had to get a regular depth one instead. But it was nice.

This fridge is beautiful, sleek practical and worth every penny. I love the look of it and it's perfect.

Plenty of room in the fridge. Love the triple cooling system. We have been using this fridge since July and it has worked flawlessly!

Purchased exactly 12 months ago and the front door started to peel away. We are an older couple, no children household. Samsung considers it "cosmetic" so it not covered under warranty. Purchase at your own risk if you want 3/4 of your refrigerator black stainless after one year. Here's the conversation I had with the Samsung representative.
