Very pleased w/ my purchased. The refrigerator works as expected and looks great.

This is my 2nd samsung fridge i have purchased and couldn't be happier. This model i like mainly bc of the 4 doors and option to turn it into a freezer or standard fridge on the 4th door. Only thin i wish it was a lil bigger but this was the only one that would fit perfectly for the house i just bought .

I recently purchased a new home and was looking for a new fridge. After a month of research I narrowed my list down to 3 Samsung fridges. After seeing this one on person, it was a no brainer. This fridge is awesome and has cool features. I like the idea of four doors and not having a pull out door. The cool thing is that you can turn one of the spaces into a fridge or freezer. Something super convenient when you need a fridge or a freezer. It changes in seconds. Love this fridge.

Awesome design, just make sure the guys that install it level the doors as mine were out of whack after a week and now won't stay open. I have a range being delivered in a few days so I will have them fix at that time.

This is an awesome refrigerator. We love the fourth or the grenade into a freezer or the fridge. Very happy and would buy it again

This is larger than our old refrigerator but less interior space and handles are facing opposite of what I'm use to

This fridge fit perfectly in our small kitchen. Love that theres no handles that stick out. LOVE the optional chiller / freezer. Very happy with the look. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 is because if toy have a hard ton of tall items to fit in a fridge, theres not much space for that

This refrigerator looks great and I love the ability to switch one of the compartments between refrigerator and freezer. The downside is without a bar handle, people leave handprints on the stainless. The doors are a bit awkward to close without putting your hands on the stainless.

Waiting for the repair man, for the third time... ice cubes freezes up and won't dispense, have to use the freezer downstairs, for ice. Besides that, the last time the repair man was here, he put culk around the outside of the ice maker and it looks terrible... that's the way "Samsung wants it". If the fridge was free, then be it, but it wasn't FREE. Wish I would have read the reviews, before purchasing.

Most is perfect, just the doors not level. And call best buy to fix it .and good service. will buy again.

I love this fridge! I love the bottom section that can be fridge or freezer. I keep it as a fridge and put all of the kids things for lunches in there. Now the kids can reach all the items they need to make their own lunches!

Our GE refrigerator broke down we had purchase a new one. I went to the Best Buy store and looked at 3 different brands LG, Samsung, and GE. I ended up purchasing this Samsung's model- 4-door Flex French door with convertible zone. Since we already have a freezer unit in the garage this one is perfect for our family. We use the 3rd compartment to store more fruits & veggies. This style is very slick compares to LG's. It has been over a year and performs like new. There is no complaint from me.

Love the fact that the right bottom side can be converted to a fridge. Great design, very happy with it.

This refrigerator does not disappoint! Quality production by Samsung with a genius design and effortless maneuvering of the shelves and doors. Certainly recommended!

I replaced my Jennair side by side with this Samsung flex four door refrigerator and this was an excellent decision. Much more room. I love the bottom part.

My wife loves how it looks and how everything fits. The size is perfect for our smallish kitchen. The icemaker works well but runs out of ice too quick. I love the large opening in the door for ice and water.

I was so excited for this flex 4 door fridge/freezer. Having the ability to use one side of the freezer as a crisper was an amazing thought and it worked out great! If only Samsung could have figured out how to make the most basic features of fridge/freeze work properly they might have had something great here. Alas they did not. This fridge is a nightmare. Parts must be made from bird bones, they snap at the drop of a can on the shelf. Roller wheels come off when the fruit drawer has fruit in it... And the ice machine...the ice machine... Worked fine for 4 months, then began dripping. Then began freezing up. We found repair forums, did that, worked again 4 months. Turns out this ice machine has been a problem since 2019 but they certainly didn't fix it in the newer models. Repairmen can't fix it. Samsung doesn't have a fix. We are stuck opening the ice machine 3-4 times a day to stop it from freezing over.

This is a great refrigerator and freezer. We like the flexibility with the compartment (bottom right section) that can be used as a freezer or refrigerator. This is a very unique feature that expands the refrigerator capacity and we use it for a refrigeration, not freezer. We had concerns about the ice making capacity, but find it is more than sufficient for two adults with occasional company. The design internally for storage and shelving is superior. We recommend strongly.
