First time buying a Samsung fridge. Got interested in the four doors and flexible lower compartment that can be used as a fridge or freezer. The interior layout is adequate for a French door fridge but som of the door shelves are a bit narrow and is almost useless for anything deeper than a couple of inches. Door shelves under the ice maker is very limited and could almost be wasted space. Otherwise, this fridge is very nice and so far, works just fine after using it for 30 days.

This refrigerator gurgles - kind of like the refrigeration system is has some kind of percolating going on by how it is designed to cool. I have a quiet home (no AC noise, etc) - primarily in the morning when these is no other background noise I find it irritating. The GE Profile it replaced (moved to laundry room) has no perceptible sound. Performance is fine otherwise.

This is a good refrigerator and very nice looking, however, I was really looking for the precise fill option in a refrigerator so I returned it for another model. Good features, just not the one I was looking for.

The Samsung counter depth refridgerator fits perfectly in my kitchen. It's very quiet The filter provides great tasting water for drinking and coffee. The 4 doors provide easy access to items. I highly recommend this refridgerator.

it took some time to get it installed, but once it was in place, we LOVE it. There are a few shelves on the inside door that are so small (narrow) that it makes them useless, but that's the only draw back. Especially Love the finish!

We weren't informed that the bottom right portion can be a cooler or a freezer so we initially lost all the food in it that should've been frozen. Once it was changed to the freeze setting it is fine. If you use the ice maker then be prepared to have to buy ice. An ice tray is provided but the ice capacity is nominal.

It is a great fridge. The four doors makes it a great versatile fridge.

I am remodeling my kitchen and bought all new appliances via an online resource. They immediately notified me that the Samsung 4-door flex refrigerator was discontinued and out of stock. I found the almost exact refrigerator, only better and bigger capacity and cheaper, at Best Buy. I also am disabled and the Samsung marketing team are missing a gold mine of an opportunity by not marketing these 4-door flex refrigerators to the disabled community. That is the primary reason I bought this style. We love it! We can reach everything now without fighting all our frozen foods!

I LOVE this fridge!! I have had this fridge for a few weeks, and I did read every review I could before buying. I guess I read everything I could find because there were so many horrible reviews concerning the ice maker, and so many wonderful reviews about the design. I am a design person, and this is an update from a fridge that had an ice maker thatcaused so many problems we had to turn it off, so I was actually wanting to find a fridge without an ice maker.. This new fridge has an ice maker made in June 2019, and I make sure that I use it everyday (which seemed to be the advice to avoid the freezing over problems so many complain about).. so far, a 5 Star experience!

Excellente product no more finger print all over my refrigerator.

We like the feature to add refrigerater space. But I wish the shelves pulled out to easy get to item in the back. The ice and water despenser should slop in the opposite direction to get larger container to sit in the despenser. The lack of handles giives it a sleek design. Overall it's a good refrigerater. Three compressors makes this a higher cost refrigerater with little added features the quick cold feature works well.

Love the ability to use the extra compartment as a refrigerator or freezer. Just made it thru our first Thanksgiving w/ a large family gathering and handled all our preparations and leftovers. Would definitely recommend

The flexibility is great. Have a freezer in the garage, so I use three doors for fridge. "But", The icemaker has been repaired 4 times in two years. Got exchange and icemaker broke after one month.Thought the first may have been a lemon. We'll see????

Very impressed with the flexibility of shelf configurations in the standard refrigerator compartment...the addition of the Flex compartment is a bonus. Great accessibility to controls. So far it's doing exactly what you expect of a refrigerator - it just works.

We have had this refrigerator for over a month and are very happy with it! It is huge and holds everything we need. The lighting is bright and beautiful. It is quiet and we love the flat handles. Two thumbs up!!

Fourdoor works well with one flex section. Spacious and easy to organize food.
