I only had them for a week. Every one love the French door refrigerator it is beautiful. I like the stove and the microwave too.

So far the refrigerator has been great. It looks really nice in our kitchen and the functionality is awesome. We are still figuring out all the possibilities of where we want our food items. The delivery crew was fantastic. Kept me up to date on the time of delivery and moved our old one out and new one in really quickly.

I was not thrilled with the door closing you have to manually close the doors. Temp. Setting is not as easy as should be.Crushed ice spills most of time.

This refrigerator makes our toddler able to independently access her own snacks and beverages. An alarm sounds if the door is left open,so she remembers to close the door. The counter depth opened up some room in the kitchen. It works for the family.

I have not had this product for a long time but I like it so far. It looks fantastic and definitely gets less fingerprints than stainless or black appliances. The water dispenser seems to drip after use which is a bit frustrating and there is not a lot of default space for large items. You can adjust the height of shelving or remove shelves but I would prefer more space as a default.

I didn't want to buy a Samsung fridge because of durability concerns and the reviews that describe the noise issue. Despite my concerns, I bought this fridge because it's the only one that has a 4 door configuration. I don't like French door fridges with freezer drawers. You have to dig and dig to find your food. And the freezers on side by side fridges are always super skinny. This 4 door set up is awesome! The freezer layout is efficient and allows you to find items easily. The fridge looks great and it works well. But the materials are kind of cheap and it does make noise ALL THE TIME. It turns on way more than my less efficient 12 year old fridge used to. It's not crazy loud, but it's loud enough that you'll notice it. And I also get the gurgling noise. If you don't mind French doors with freezer bins or side by sides, I would stick with those.

We love this Samsung Refrigerator. The size, features and especially how quiet it is, are the best. Very happy with it. Best Buy customer attention and help is great and well appreciated.

I like the looks of this frig and the ease of use . Just hate the noise it makes. Samsung service people would not even come out to check it out they just said that the way it is, live with it.

Got the fridge due to the french bottom doors. Can organize alittle better rather than tossing it in on a pull out. Works good but my 3 year old LG french door (no water hookup) was alot quiter. Obviously the water and ice maker create noise when its dropping ice inside but just in general i hear a fan running or something most the time. If i wanted to be picky, there it is. Other than that, it works perfect. One issue that i believe is with all ice dispensers on any fridge...no matter what, you always get at least a little crushed iced in your normal dispensed ice. It sucks, i dont like little ice pieces floating in my cocktails. The bottom french door i made a fridge and it saves alot of space, as i put all my drinks in the bottom right. So think about all that extra room up top.

I had heard that Samsung has become one of the best companies for refrigerators. I must say that I am a fan and a believer. So far the fridge has met every need I've had, from fitting like I expected to having the interior space I needed. I was hesitant with the double doors at the bottom, but so far it has been better than the normal pull out drawer. I would expect that some people may not enjoy bending over, however I was always frustrated by stacking item upon item in the drawer(s). With the doors, you are able to organize items on the drawers or shelves, making it easier to access. Great fridge overall and would highly recommend.

We kept having issues with the ice maker in this design. The layout is awesome. The issue is lack of insulation in the ice maker area at top left. If they every upgrade that, it'll be perfect

Love my refrigerator freezer. Nice design allowing me to have three fridge sections and one freezer section. Not totally fingerprint resistance as described.

I bought a whole kitchen suite, including this fridge in Sept. 2018. They were installed in Oct. 2018. The fridge no longer works--at all. In fact, I'm waiting for Samsung to either find another repair service that CAN fix it or they will refund me and I'll buy a new fridge. I will not buy a Samsung. So what is the problem? 1. Ice dams form in ice maker on a regular basis. So frequent that there are multiple youtube videos of people using a hair dryer to melt them. 2. The door shelves in the fridge on the side with the ice maker are almost unusable because they are so skinny. I saw that before I bought it, but I need the space and shouldn't have gotten it. 3. The "flex space" on the lower right stopped working. I had it used as a freezer. Then I noticed my ice cream was barely frozen. I called Samsung for service and then it stopped cooling immediately. I had to throw out a lot of food. Then the lower left freezer was barely freezing (more thrown out food). The service provider came out and replaced the compressor. Not only did that NOT fix the problem, but now the fridge won't cool anymore (and, more thrown out food). 4. Due to drawers in freezer, the freezer actually doesn't hold as much as you'd think it would. 5. Samsung customer service is not the most efficient. You call, give them the info and get a service ticket number. They contact a local service provider to come out. They come out to make the repair. No problems yet, but if, as in my case, they can't fix it, then the problems come in to play. You call Samsung back and they tell you that the service provider did not contact them (but they did), so YOU have to call the service provider and ask them to contact Samsung. You have to call Samsung back and tell them that the service provider did call them--twice. Then you are told that the service provider did not cancel the service ticket so they can't assign it to a new service provider, so YOU have to call the service provider back again and are told that they did that but they will call them again to make sure it is done. You call Samsung back and they tell you that they are assigning it to a new company, and should get a call from them in 24-48 hours--meanwhile you have no way to cool food and you have a family to feed. That is where I'm at now. As far as the other appliances I bought from Samsung: the micro-hood makes a high-pitched sound. The dishwasher cleans great but the spinning arm attached to the bottom of the glasses rack popped off the 3rd time I used it. I pushed it back in, and there didn't seem to be anything holding it in--no pin/screw/lip. It hasn't fallen off yet. The range has been fine, knock on wood.

I like the 4 doors and the compartment that is either fridge or freezer. The counter depth has been great for the family of 3, but has even been working with additional visitors.

I haven’t had the unit very long but, I love it so far. My wife and I are “empty nesters” and we didn’t need a deep refrigerator anymore. So, we went with the counter depth. We love the 4 door design as opposed the the French drawer. I did find out by accident that the right side bottom can be used as a chiller, a fridge or a freezer. Really cool option except I thought it was always a freezer. Lost a few frozen foods but, now I know. The in-door dispenser is great because it accommodates large cups and you don’t have to make the switch between water or ice. Overall, we’ve been very happy with it.

Like flexibility of 3rd door, but at the end of the day preferred pull out freezer instead of bending over. Exchanged due to not needing countertop depth.

This has been a great fridge. We have had it for a few months now and have adjusted the zones a few times based on our needs. gives us plenty of space and options as a fridge.

I purchased this fridge a month a go and so far so good. It's beautiful to look at. Works great so far. The only negative point is that it is a fingerprints magnet.
