Refrigerator works as product advertised! Quiet and efficient.

Love the flex door but disappointed with ice on door.

Good refrigerator overall, quiet and cools well. Water dispenser has been problematic. Used to keep dripping and required a service call. Still didn’t fix the problem completely. It is not designed properly and water splashes out if the container you are trying to fill is not deep enough. Disappointing for such an expensive appliance.

Once we figured out all the buttons, it isn't so bad. We enjoy this fridge and it has not caused any issues for the past month that we've had it

Nice refrigerator; cool tech features are easy to use... BUT Space inside isn’t as useable as appears; low bars across front of shelves unnecessarily limits the height of items on shelves below ; shelving in doors isn’t adjustable & some are so narrow they are useless. Door Ice dispenser is slow - esp for crushed ice.

I am very happy with my new Samsung fridge. At 22.5 cubic-feet, it has enough space for all my groceries. An added bonus are the deep side bins, and adjustable shelves which offer flexibility for storing larger items, like casserole dishes and stock pots. The cool-white LED lighting is very bright and easier on the eyes than traditional light-bulbs. Ice-maker works great (crushed and cubed) and water filter lasts ~90-days depending upon usage. Lastly, the fridge itself is very quiet and the dual climate air-filters helps to mitigate odors.

Love my new fridge! Wanted more fridge than freezer, because I have a large freezer in basement. Hook up was easy and water and ice dispenser are perfect. Had a double door fridge and didn't like how small the fridge side was. Feel more organized now!

I would have given it a 5 stars, except the fingerprint resistant is not really resistant especially with 3 kids in the house. I find myself cleaning the door at least 3 times daily. Otherwise, I enjoy having the flex ability, allowing me to pack the kids lunch and keep them separated from the rest of the fridge.

The only thing I dislike is that it shows fingerprints and smudges and I was told it wouldn't.

Great storage organization. Countertop depths holds as much as my old side by side. Does show fingerprints.. but doesn’t all stainless.

Black stainless is the way to go. No smudges or fingerprints show. Easy to use & to reconfigure for our needs. Quiet, too! And the price was perfect, too.

I bought this refrigerator and it worked fine for about two years. The Ice Maker stopped working. It needed to be defrosted and reset which was not easy without turning off the entire unit. The contractor had installed it so it was not possible to unplug it. there is a way to turn it off pressing the buttons on the front panel. After defrosting I could open the ice maker door and reset it. I was disappointed that I had to manually defrost the refrigerator to get it to work again. Isn't it supposed to be frost free?

This fridge came with the drip tray missing, need to get best it to fix, other wise this is a very functional fridge with the flex option of Turing one section into a chiller to keep all me beer cool and away from the main fridge/food storage area is great.

The fridge works out great and fit into my counter-depth cabinet good. water and ice dispensers work great.

It’s an outstanding fridge, we really love the layout and the custom bottom right side, which we use for meats and beer. It is amazing how much longer meat products last in there without the need to freeze. How hasn’t another fridge maker think about this before. Also having nice cold beer is great. Being a counter depth makes it easy to find everything and helps not forgetting food. Now the ice maker is a piece of art. I don’t understand how Samsung after years of people complaining about this malfunctioning piece of junk has never improved the design. Samsung charges a proud price for this unit, and such a bad ice maker doesn’t belong in this fridge. If you’re looking for a nice fridge with great design and don’t care about the ice maker, then this is a good choice.

I bought this counter-depth refrigerator to replace an 24-year old appliance. So far it's great. Due to being a french door model, it doesn't close as effortlessly as my old side -by-side but that will just take a little getting used to. I have not used the convertible freezer/fridge feature yet but it's nice to have that option.

We went looking for counter top refrigerator, and it had to be a French door style. Since the french door was a must we went with this model, it was on sale and just a few hundred more than the other models. Now, we think the frige is great, well organized for a unit that has limited depth. I would recommend this drive to others.

counter depth means MUCH wider, and this thing weighs 500 lbs, literally - we had to hire help since it was an open box, no delivery available. THAT said, its a lovely unit and the wider model means less gets lost. Its replacing a 35 year old monster side by side so Im in culture shock - but the door alarm is way col!
