Love, love, love the 4th "room,'" the multi-purpose freezer / fridge compartment. We're big fresh veggie people -- and I've devoted that whole section to it -- but can go to freezer when I need. Counter depth is perfect -- much more elegant than the old behemoth!

it looks amazing and get lot of compliments from everyone who visit my place. performance is good. still very new in using this.

Wanted to buy for the extra freezer space. Love the slide out shelves. Some door pockets are so small they are impossible to use.

Pros: Perfect depth, aestheticsly pleasing, good space for 3 mamber family Cons: Need to clean the exterior daily to keep it fingerprints off, ice capacity is not the greatest

I was looking for a counter depth refrigerator that could have a lot of space. I found with this Samsung. We have a freezer at home and we were looking a refrigerator with more capacity that the one we had. Very clear in the interior. We are very happy so far.

This is a different design than any other refrigerator that I've seen on the market. My favorite feature is the 3rd zone where you can turn it into a freezer or fridge space.

Works very well. Looks nice with other kitchen cabinets. Has lots of room inside, also has one space which allows you to choose to have an extra fridge or freezer, up to you.

This finish is great! Instantly makes the kitchen feel better and the size is awesome. Dwarfs our last fridge.

The water connection for the refrigerator was a different type so took a while to get the right one so water would be working. It is more expensive than we wanted to spend but it looks good and works well. The two freezers are nice, and the roll out baskets work well. With the icemaker and the space in the refrigerator part, it is larger in cubic space than our former one, but much less efficient in the use of space. We cant' get as much in this refrigerator as the last one and the shelves are not really efficient for large tall items. It does work well and looks good.

Roomy, attractive with recessed handles. Makes a slight gurgling noise. It is not terribly loud but a little annoying when there isn't other noise to drown it out.

I love the look of this refrigerator however it was too tall for my application so switched to the larger 2 drawer Fridge.

I've had this fridge for about two weeks and it far exceeds my expectations. I cross shopped similar products from various other brands, taking a chance on Samsung. So far the value and utter design is far better than the rest (for less money as well.) Best Buy's discount makes this a 'no brainer'.

Seriously. This refrigerator is amazing. Having 4 doors makes getting to items in the bottom of the freezer so much more convenient than those giant pull out drawers. I'm amazed at how much it holds too - especially for being counter depth. The design is so wonderful and it really is worth the price.

This refrigerator replaces my old side-by-side. There is a lot of fridge room and I can determine if I need more fridge or freezer area with the flex zone. Finger prints do show up but a quick swipe with a sponge and they are gone. The lower doors are convenient access for wheelchair bound individuals.

By far the best fridge we reviewed. Plenty of space, looks cosmetically great, has water dispenser that makes it easy for kids to use (unlike LG). One warning - it's tall. We have high cabinets and it still barely fit the height requirement. Make sure to do accurate measuring before purchasing.

Got a steal on this jewel from a closing store. Best purchase from Best Buy ever. Great refrigerator

I really love how you can open the door and someone still can get water.The water does not stop like most refrigerators. Also, the option to use one of the bottom departments as a refrigerator or freezer depending on your needs.

Loved this appliance at first! My frig is less than two years old. After nine months the ice maker started making noises and quit working. Have had multiple technicians attempt to repair it with no luck. Now the whole refrigerator is not cooling or freezing. For a product that cost almost $3000, expected a lot more. Samsung has cooperated with repair request but I am really frustrated that now in July, I have no refrigerator in my kitchen. Had to buy ice all summer and throw out food that went bad. Fruit flies too!. Very disappointed in this product and Samsung! Hope no one else has this experience.

Love this Samsung 4 door. Tons of room because it's not a side by side fridge/freezer. Options for using one compartment as a freezer or fridge is a great idea for different size households. Also the ability to be able to fold back a shelf for taller items or to have room for trays is perfect for us.
