For the most part, this fridge is top notch. I upgraded from an older french door fridge with chest freezer. I hated the disorganization of the chest.. Not to mention to accumulation of crumbs in the bottom. This has the cleanliness and organization of a side by side, yet still has the large item capacity in the fridge. The only flaw is the convertible lower right area. The panel should at all times post the light showing what temp or phase it is set at. The panel does show this info, but only when you pop it up. The tech had set it to soft freeze and I didn't know until the next day when my stuff wasn't completely frozen. I could see this might happen from time to time.. An unhealthy surprise. Oh.. And I suppose with time, it's best that I'm not opening the whole freezer at once, so less cold air escapes.

We recently bought this 4 door counter depth samsung fridge and it works excellent, lots of space looks awesome in our new home.The 3rd compartment which works a freezer and fridge makes our life easier to store more fresh foods. No complaints till now.

I love our new refrigerator. Still learning where things will fit but works well and seems to have enough room for our needs.

This is my 2nd samsung fridge i have purchased and couldn't be happier. This model i like mainly bc of the 4 doors and option to turn it into a freezer or standard fridge on the 4th door. Only thin i wish it was a lil bigger but this was the only one that would fit perfectly for the house i just bought .

I like the freezer compartment that can be adjusted to be a refrig. I also like that the front is print free. so no non stop cleaning.

Great fridge. I love the double doors on the bottom. Only complaint is the ice maker. It frosts over and has to be cleaned occasionally.

I bought this item off of the showroom floor with minor cosmetic issues that did not effect the functionality. I love this refrigerator. It has lots of room on the shelves however limited room for tall standing items (like soda bottles). There is one door shelf that is very narrow and limits the kind of items you can place in there immensely. The dual freezers on the bottom are wonderful; they have a lot of room and if need be you can turn the temperature on one up if you need additional fridge space for special events.

We love the counter-depth design and are amazed at how much it still holds - very efficient! Temperature control is great. Terrific flexibility with the separate temperature control on the lower right compartment - can be extra freezer space, a drink cooler, or extra fridge space. It would be perfect if the front was magnetic like the stainless model of one of their competitors … but at least the sides are magnetic, so we still have a place for photos and calendars.

A little complicated to use at first but when you actually get the hang of it the fridge is amazing. It fits perfect in my kitchen, it's extremely spacious and I love that I can control how large or small I want my freezer to be. This is my first time buying a fridge and the experience has been great!

We have had SAMSUNG RF23J9011SR for over a month, Bought at Pacific kitchen Appliance division in Best Buy. After doing a through research on refrigerators which would fit in our budget we finally narrowed down to go with SAMSUNG RF23J9011SR for its flex door option that can be used as a freezer or a regular refrigerator and this option was a lot important for us as we barely use freezer. That being said we would have never been more happy in investing in this product over other brands for the price point we paid.

quiet, sleek, modern, spacious, and does everything you expect. so impressed and love it every time i walk in the kitchen.

This refrigerator looks great and I love the ability to switch one of the compartments between refrigerator and freezer. The downside is without a bar handle, people leave handprints on the stainless. The doors are a bit awkward to close without putting your hands on the stainless.

Most is perfect, just the doors not level. And call best buy to fix it .and good service. will buy again.

I love this fridge! I love the bottom section that can be fridge or freezer. I keep it as a fridge and put all of the kids things for lunches in there. Now the kids can reach all the items they need to make their own lunches!

Waiting for the repair man, for the third time... ice cubes freezes up and won't dispense, have to use the freezer downstairs, for ice. Besides that, the last time the repair man was here, he put culk around the outside of the ice maker and it looks terrible... that's the way "Samsung wants it". If the fridge was free, then be it, but it wasn't FREE. Wish I would have read the reviews, before purchasing.

Our GE refrigerator broke down we had purchase a new one. I went to the Best Buy store and looked at 3 different brands LG, Samsung, and GE. I ended up purchasing this Samsung's model- 4-door Flex French door with convertible zone. Since we already have a freezer unit in the garage this one is perfect for our family. We use the 3rd compartment to store more fruits & veggies. This style is very slick compares to LG's. It has been over a year and performs like new. There is no complaint from me.

Happy with this so far. Have not used all the features of the cool select plus yet. Only drawback is fingerprints show on the door, so I'm not sure what fingerprint resistant means but it does shine back up like new with stainless steel cleaner
