This refrigerator is awesome with the 4 doors but the ice maker died at exactly one year. We had someone come out and "fix it" but it stopped working again. We have someone else scheduled to come try and fix it again. We have three friends with the same refrigerator and they all had the exact same thing happen- the ice maker goes out at a year.

This is by far the best fridge I've ever owned. Love the versatility of the 3rd section (fridge or freezer). Although it may look weird not having handles and it took a couple weeks to get used to, the "inside" handles have really grown on me and they help to reduce fingerprints and smudges on the fridge. Another feature that I think is clever is that the water filter is located in the bottom right, so when you change it you don't need to go through that process like the other fridges up top and then you have leaking. This is the best built and most beautiful fridge on the market.

We have not used the item yet, but it looks great and we are preparing to install.

I've had it about 6 weeks. Given that my kitchen is tiny & I can't use a bigger fridge (this one is counter depth), it is roomy. My husband is much more likely to find what he's looking for than w/old fridge ;-) So far we've used the flex space as freezer--it wouldn't have a lot of freezer space otherwise. But if I were throwing a party or big family dinner, I could see switching it to refrigeration to accommodate things made in advance. Nice to have the option. Through the door water works better than my old fridge, too; we don't have stellar water pressure. The filter is in an easily accessible place. Electronic controls are less daunting than I thought they might be & Best Buy delivery showed me how to use them. I love how stainless look of that panel when it isn't on blends into the door. So many have big areas of black there.

I love my new fridge. The Black Stainless is so much prettier than regular. I love the flex zone. I have a large upright freezer in my garage so I am using it as part of the fridge. Also, I love how the recessed handles look. I could not be happier.

I love this Refrigerator! My favorite feature is the bottom compartments. It is separated into two spaces and you have the option of using one side as extra fridge space or can convert it to a freezer with temp control!

We have only had this refrigerator for 4 days so I cant's speak to its' reliability or performance. What I can say is that we love the design and the counter depth gives it a "built in" appearance.

This is the first time I tried Samsung Product. I don't have much trust in their products when it comes to quality. I have read the reviews about this Ref but still I wanted to try. I was so disappointed. Within a year period, the Icemaker failed twice. Ice accumulates around the icemaker where it disables/blocking the production of ice. I should have listened to the reviews. Very disappointed with customer service, not much help. I will never buy Samsung product, never again.

We are retired so we chose the 4 door frig. 2 for freezer and 2 for frig. The bottom right door has the option of use as freezer or frig. Delivery was on time and guys were very nice

Overall, I am satisfied with this refrigerator. Pros: Four door configuration. Adjustable zone control. Pullout freezer shelves. Integrated door handles. Quiet compressor. Solid feel to build quality. Cons: Shipping packing subpar. Arrived with dent on the side of the door. Limited to two crisper drawers. Three would be ideal for my needs. Ice maker seems slow to make ice.

Great cooling, great quality and best is you can convert 1 section (right bottom) to refrigerator from freezer. In short, get this model and enjoy the cold water, ice and best quality

This is my 3rd time buying Samsung refrigerator in 4 years. I bought two for myself and one for mother in law. Samsung product is reliable and efficient I love the design and high quality. Buy this refrigerator!!

Great fridge, really like the outline of the freezer, much better than french door. counter depth is beautiful and enough room for family of four

Just installed, but everything working well. Much nicer than the Fridge it replace. Ice maker keeps up and is not loud. Black Stainless looks great, no problems with smudges. Will see how much I like it in a year

A more expensive model but definitely worth it for me. Looks great, lots of space, and stays cool. The layout provides plenty of room for all kinds of food and drink items. The Best Buy delivery team was also very helpful and highly reccomended

We got the fridge yesterday. The lighting is fantastic. The shelves and trays are very high quality. Also, I read online that people were complaining about the noise. My fridge is extremely quiet. The controls are very easy to operate.

Chosen for it's convertible compartment. Using it for refrigerated foods because of a dedicated freezer appliance. Very quiet operation, especially compared to 15 year old Frigidaire that it replaced.

Showed up and looks good. I had no issues with it on delivery.

Fits in the same space as my old fridge, but has more interior space, and looks way better. Ice dispenser is a little slow, but it doesn't really matter. Also love how you can switch the bottom right section from freeze to cool.
