Samsung new style allowing to change section from freezer to refrigeration - cool. Space is less which is a downside.

Got this as a floor model. There were some issues when it arrived and our sales rep and his manager really took care of us! Fridge has a good look. Wife really likes the flexible zone. Also switched from a side by side to French door, which wife also really likes. Only thing we miss is going from three crisper draws to two.

I love the looks and functionality of this fridge. With the clean stainless look and the variable lower right quarter being able to switch from freezer to fridge at the push of a button, this is a great fridge.

This refrigerator makes our whole kitchen shine! Without door handles we gained several inches of "movement" space, and those nasty fingerprints wipe off easily with a damp cloth. Installation was on time and flawless, and operating instructions were/are clear. The transitional section (that can be either freezer or refrigerator) is a welcome feature.

Really like the 4 doors model, the look and the size of the refrigerator. Nice that lower right compartment has temperature options. The one complaint is the ice maker keeps working it's way out from the compartment, so we are constantly having to push it back it in, to get working.

Innovative design, and actually a good refrigerator as long you don’t want or need ice! Ice maker very small and slow to produce. Also, do a little research and find that in the long run these ice makers have a very high failure rate. Ours is constantly freezing over and jamming. Less than 4 years old.

Good size and performance. Compressor is a bit noisy

We purchased the refrigerator because we have a large chest freezer in the basement and did not need much freezer space in the kitchen. So we were intrigued by this fridge because you can switch one of the 2 lower compartments into either freezer or fridge space. We use it for fridge space and it works great! Very satisfied with this purchase.

So far this seems to be a great refrigerator. Looks good in our kitchen and the convertible door that can be a freezer or cooler, depending on your needs, is a nice feature. The only thing I don't like is that there are some plastic compartments in the door that are really too small to do much with other than maybe store some leftover packets of sauce from take-out meals.

The worst thing about this item is the finger prints.

I like my new stainless refrigerator. I like that u don't have to have 2 compartments for a freezer. I don't like the fact the side walls on the left upper aren't bigger enough for anything to be put there.

Counter depth holds more than I thought. We have yet to have to use the cool select side as a fridge. You don't have to open both doors at the same time.

Perfect performer when counter depth is required!! The fingerprint resistant finish is not only lives up to it's name, but is also very stylish. The FlexZone adds ample versatility, as does the Power Cool feature when needing additional cooling performance at the touch of a button!!

Love this refrigerator. The top half is like any french door style, but the bottom half is so much more usable than a standard pull-out freezer.
