Love the look, weird door pulls, but we've gotten used to them

Love the features of freezer and refrigerator and how they are adaptable

Being a counter depth fridge, I'm never reaching through a lot of things to get something from the back of the shelf. I love the flex door. Because we have a full size freezer, we use it as a fridge only. Plus it's a great looking fridge.

I really like this design ,i purchased this to install in a rental property as i have the same bigger size and we like the diversity so we decided to go ahead and purchase this unit because we got really good results with our fridge

The 4 door gimmick has been useful in having A conversion option on the 3rd door. But unless you have an extra freezer, this might not hold what you need. The water dispenser is good, the ice maker capacity is a travesty. Ice for you and the family of 4 for dinner? It's fine. Having a small get together? Forget about it. Stainless appearance is very nice. It's really not a bad fridge, there are just better options out there. IMO

I love that there are no handles and that the bottom freezer has four individual drawers instead of the one bottomless pit in a French door unit. The black stainless is absolutely gorgeous.

So far, we have had this fridge for a month. We bought it after our fridge of 8 years died. It has kept everything chilled and the flex option in the bottom is really cool. It is very spacious and fits all our food nicely.

I am remodeling my kitchen and bought all new appliances via an online resource. They immediately notified me that the Samsung 4-door flex refrigerator was discontinued and out of stock. I found the almost exact refrigerator, only better and bigger capacity and cheaper, at Best Buy. I also am disabled and the Samsung marketing team are missing a gold mine of an opportunity by not marketing these 4-door flex refrigerators to the disabled community. That is the primary reason I bought this style. We love it! We can reach everything now without fighting all our frozen foods!

I like the layout of this fridge you can put large trays in top section, also the ability to have the lower right a frig or freezer is nice.

I love everything about the fridge but a few minor things. The bottom left door is the freezer, unlike the bullout drawer style freezer like other french door fridges this one isnt very convinent. If samsung would design the whole door to slide out it would help greatly. Second concern is a water sound coming from the fridge regularly. it doesnt seem to affect function, just a little loud fo being an expensive fridge... had 2 of these and they both did it.

The best frig I ever had, no complaints. So much storage

This fridge has a great look the black stainless steel is worth the extra money. There is a lot of light inside, spacious not noisy and the best part is it's flexibility. You can conver lower compartment into fridge/freezer!

I would not recommend this product. I must admit I love the product itself and the versatility of it but it had way to many problems. In the first year I had it service 4 times for the same problem (the ice maker would stop working and freeze up). Samsung agreed to replace the unit which I was very happy about because I really like the 4 door concept (I don't like the Freezer Drawers) I received my new one and in only 2 1/2 months the bottom section went out. I now have a different brand and I am happy.

We like this counter depth 4 door refrigerator, it looks excellent and matches perfect with all our other stainless steel appliances. We like the third door convertor. The only major complaint I have is we cannot store milk gallon cans properly, the shelves are not long enough to fit but there is a shelf where we can lift half up but milk cans are on edge and we cant keep more than two. I don't see any provision of removing a shelf to adjust height.

The actual refrigerator was great but the ice maker failed numerous times and was replaced three times. We are huge ice users so this was a problem for us. We use ice every night so we finally exchanged it for a KitchenAid and so far are happy with it.

Have had some problems with the ice machine getting clogged by trapped ice but nothing serious

This fridge is great. With the expanded fridge section, seems larger than it is. If you only need a small freezer and need counter depth, then I highly recommend this one.

Love the versatility of this appliance. We didn't need a full freezer as we already have a stand alone freezer; making this a fridge works perfect.
