I love the functionality of this fridge. One of the bottom spaces can be either a freezer or a fridge - whichever you need. Dividing up the bottom spaces also made the freezer as a whole more functional. No more items buried at the bottom and never seen again.

We are very happy with this Samsung - 23 cu. ft. Counter 4Door refrigerator

My wife and I first started looking for a new frig a few months ago. When we saw the new Flex system from Samsung we fell in love. This is the best looking system available. I love the ability to change one side to refrig vs freezer. Highly recommend this product.

Setting the temp is a little tricky and you have to experiment with temps until you find the right one. Overall nice refrigerator.

This refrigerator is awesome with the 4 doors but the ice maker died at exactly one year. We had someone come out and "fix it" but it stopped working again. We have someone else scheduled to come try and fix it again. We have three friends with the same refrigerator and they all had the exact same thing happen- the ice maker goes out at a year.

I've had it about 6 weeks. Given that my kitchen is tiny & I can't use a bigger fridge (this one is counter depth), it is roomy. My husband is much more likely to find what he's looking for than w/old fridge ;-) So far we've used the flex space as freezer--it wouldn't have a lot of freezer space otherwise. But if I were throwing a party or big family dinner, I could see switching it to refrigeration to accommodate things made in advance. Nice to have the option. Through the door water works better than my old fridge, too; we don't have stellar water pressure. The filter is in an easily accessible place. Electronic controls are less daunting than I thought they might be & Best Buy delivery showed me how to use them. I love how stainless look of that panel when it isn't on blends into the door. So many have big areas of black there.

This is by far the best fridge I've ever owned. Love the versatility of the 3rd section (fridge or freezer). Although it may look weird not having handles and it took a couple weeks to get used to, the "inside" handles have really grown on me and they help to reduce fingerprints and smudges on the fridge. Another feature that I think is clever is that the water filter is located in the bottom right, so when you change it you don't need to go through that process like the other fridges up top and then you have leaking. This is the best built and most beautiful fridge on the market.

I have had my refrigerator for about 2 months now and could not be any more happy with it. It handled all of my thanksgiving needs and is handling all of my Christmas needs as well. I have huge family gatherings and this refrigerator handles it all.

We like this fridge and the ice and water in the door is nice. The flex door is nice but likely won’t get utilized for more than a freezer. I like that the freezer has drawers in it. Overall nice fridge.

I love my new fridge. The Black Stainless is so much prettier than regular. I love the flex zone. I have a large upright freezer in my garage so I am using it as part of the fridge. Also, I love how the recessed handles look. I could not be happier.

Purchased the refrigerator based on features, styling, and counter depth. Thought the cost was really more than I planned on spending. The item looks great in the kitchen. The black stainless steel is very attractive. The four door are very functional.

I love this Refrigerator! My favorite feature is the bottom compartments. It is separated into two spaces and you have the option of using one side as extra fridge space or can convert it to a freezer with temp control!

We have only had this refrigerator for 4 days so I cant's speak to its' reliability or performance. What I can say is that we love the design and the counter depth gives it a "built in" appearance.

It's been great so far. No issues with the ice maker other than it's a tiny ice maker.

We are retired so we chose the 4 door frig. 2 for freezer and 2 for frig. The bottom right door has the option of use as freezer or frig. Delivery was on time and guys were very nice

Overall, I am satisfied with this refrigerator. Pros: Four door configuration. Adjustable zone control. Pullout freezer shelves. Integrated door handles. Quiet compressor. Solid feel to build quality. Cons: Shipping packing subpar. Arrived with dent on the side of the door. Limited to two crisper drawers. Three would be ideal for my needs. Ice maker seems slow to make ice.

This is my 3rd time buying Samsung refrigerator in 4 years. I bought two for myself and one for mother in law. Samsung product is reliable and efficient I love the design and high quality. Buy this refrigerator!!

Great cooling, great quality and best is you can convert 1 section (right bottom) to refrigerator from freezer. In short, get this model and enjoy the cold water, ice and best quality
