We bought this fridge because we didn't like the bottom drawer style freezers. It is a decent size and space. Only cons I have with it is the door shelfs are small and thin on the ice/water dispenser side and the water dispenser blasts the water out and splashes water when it hits the ice in the cup.

I bought this item off of the showroom floor with minor cosmetic issues that did not effect the functionality. I love this refrigerator. It has lots of room on the shelves however limited room for tall standing items (like soda bottles). There is one door shelf that is very narrow and limits the kind of items you can place in there immensely. The dual freezers on the bottom are wonderful; they have a lot of room and if need be you can turn the temperature on one up if you need additional fridge space for special events.

Great fridge. I love the double doors on the bottom. Only complaint is the ice maker. It frosts over and has to be cleaned occasionally.

The different compartments are great and keeps things fresh. I love the modern deign on the out side and it cleans up nicely.

We love our refrigerator. The bottom can be a freezer or fridge, so we can get extra fridge space when we need it.

Previously had a Samsung for 3 yrs, but sold it with the house. Liked the frig/freezer option on this model, and since no issues with the previous product we decided to stay with Samsung. So far, so good. Only issue I had with this one, it doesn’t come with the water dispenser tray. :-?

I love the layout of this refrigerator and the fact that you can configure the lower quadrant as either a refrigerator or freezer. My only complaint is that the refrigerator makes a gurgling noise - louder and more frequently than I expected.

We love the counter-depth design and are amazed at how much it still holds - very efficient! Temperature control is great. Terrific flexibility with the separate temperature control on the lower right compartment - can be extra freezer space, a drink cooler, or extra fridge space. It would be perfect if the front was magnetic like the stainless model of one of their competitors … but at least the sides are magnetic, so we still have a place for photos and calendars.

The flexibility of the one section to be for fruits and veggies instead of a freezer is great it expands the size of the refrigerator.

I got it few weeks ago and it is working great: very quiet. Ice maker is working very good. Flex zone is very handy.

Really enjoyed the look of the fridge and the ability to change the areas between fridge and freezer makes it easy to set up

We have had SAMSUNG RF23J9011SR for over a month, Bought at Pacific kitchen Appliance division in Best Buy. After doing a through research on refrigerators which would fit in our budget we finally narrowed down to go with SAMSUNG RF23J9011SR for its flex door option that can be used as a freezer or a regular refrigerator and this option was a lot important for us as we barely use freezer. That being said we would have never been more happy in investing in this product over other brands for the price point we paid.

Love the flex option on the lower compartment and the way I can flip the one shelf up and the other one in to make room for taller things. The one down side is the stainless shows prints real easily. It was my only option in the flex fridge.

Just got the fridge so I can’t speak to the longevity however I really like how it is set up. I love that you can change the bottom right portion to freezer or fridge. We have a deep freezer so I like the extra space for a fridge. You can see finger prints pretty easily but I think my family is used to a “normal” handle so once we figure out the handle I think we won’t have as many prints.
