Just got the fridge so I can’t speak to the longevity however I really like how it is set up. I love that you can change the bottom right portion to freezer or fridge. We have a deep freezer so I like the extra space for a fridge. You can see finger prints pretty easily but I think my family is used to a “normal” handle so once we figure out the handle I think we won’t have as many prints.

The fridge is spacious inside, love the 4 door option, food stay fresh much longer, worth the money. Highly recommended.

Amazing refrigerator. More space than we could imagine and has many compartments and pull out shelves for organization.

We love the Frig. The option to have a freezer or cooler in one of the lower portions is great.

The flexibility of the 3-zone refrigerator is the best idea for homes where counter depth fridges are a necessity. It works perfectly. The high quality plastic used on the drawers and door inserts is noticeably better than other main stream brands. The white LEDs on the control panel is much nicer looking than the cheap looking blue LEDs on other models. The handle-free door looks great and very modern but may be more prone to fingerprints with kids (although what isn't?).

This refrigerator is perfect. The lightening is awesome the space that cd be either refrigerator or freezer is perfect

I must have read a 1,000 reviews before purchasing this refrigerator and a lot of them were negative for purchases made in 2015. The more reviews I read I realized Samsung worked out the bugs in the first models. This refrigerator is perfect for our needs, in fact, the upper refrigerator is larger than my previous French door that I never liked. I use the lower right side as a refrigerator for sodas, juice, snacks, etc. which is easy for my grandkids to access.

Fridge has a good look and a bright light inside, like the adjustable shelves and the convertible freezer section.

This is our second refrigerator with side by side doors. The amount of interior space is only a little larger than our last one but the layout is so much better. Being able to choose whether the bottom two compartments can be a freezer or a cooler is something we've never had before. We found that we are best served by making only one compartment into a freezer and now have room for more of the types of food that we use. And the thing just looks terrific.

This is a great frig, the only con is that the ice maker is very small. Other than that it is a wonderful frig.

Overall I am very pleased with this unit. I do tend to easily notice fingerprints, one of the drawers squeak and the ice maker jammed a couple of times. Even with these issues, the unit fits well for my space and lifestyle.

Three units were delivered to my home. All three had door latch problems. All units reviewed at local stores did not exhibit problem! Is this a bate and switch issue. Delivery and service people were outstanding, but could not eliminate manufacture's defect.

We've had this refrigerator for 3 years, and we're on our 4th ice maker replacement. They finally decided it wasn't the ice maker, and that the computer panel was jammed in wrong during manufacture, which caused the door to not seal properly with the ice maker. They first told us it is out of warranty, and offered no solution other than to buy a new door. I didn't let it go, and made multiple calls and wrote reviews in every forum until they agreed to replace the door just to make me stop. HaHa! That didn't work either, so the have offered to pro-rate from the day we bought it and issue us a check. A family member now works for Lowe's, and she mentioned this to people in the appliance department, and they said it is a common complaint. I just read reviews on LG and Whirlpool, and it looks like about 10% of the people writing reviews have complaints about their ice makers. Here's to hoping that we get lucky on the next one.

We have had this refrigerator for about a month. Best Buy did a great job with the delivery--right on time and the delivery guys were very careful and thorough in connecting/testing the water line, etc. The refrigerator works well. We love the flexibility of the lower right section. And it's nice having the split doors on top as well. We are still adjusting to figuring out where everything fits, but no major complaints so far.

We love our new refrigerator !! It is roomy and versatile !! The black stainess is beautiful and easy yo clean !

We're very happy with our new Samsung refrigerator, and with Best Buy's service & installation. Supposedly the Samsung was a downgrade from our previous GE Monogram, however, we disagree. The Samsung is versatile, has plenty of storage, the interior lighting is great, and it's a great looking appliance.

Just purchased so verdict is still out but so far so good. Very nice product. The only thing I find difficult is you almost always need to open both doors and you have to use the opposing hand to do so as the handles can only be pulled with opposite hands.

I am absolutely in love with th black stainless. Also the extra fridge when needed is an amazing feature.
