I love the looks of this refrigerator and I probably would buy it again, but because it is counter depth, it has limited shelf space compared to what I am used to in the past. If you have tall items to refrigerate, it can be challenging. .

I picked this fridge for its slim, counter depth and sleek, hidden pull open doors. I like the option of "freezer or not" in the lower right hand drawer and the french door style on top for wide platters, etc.

The cool zone is a great feature. It functions as another freezer, fridge, or cooler. Amazing.

Would have liked to see more "Smart" capabilities that work with Samsung Smartthings. There is a vibrating noise I can't seem to figure out and need to get a technician to look at it.

The refrigerator has a beautiful design and lots of space. The freezer is also very good.

I have owned this refrigerator for one year. Second one installed by Best Buy, first one was a lemon and was broken at start up. Very good organization, love the options for the flex space. We use it as a fridge for drinks, snacks for kids, etc. Only complaint is the ice maker is a dud. It freezes up and stops working, it is slow to produce ice, takes forever for ice to be dispensed, the crushed ice feature only breaks ice in half at best, and when it freezes, the motor makes an annoying buzz.

This was our first new refrigerator in nineteen years. We upgraded to modern. It looks great in our kitchen and has been easy to use. We love the external ice and water dispenser and the touch button control. I highly recommend this product. Best Buy also did a cost match and saved us $100 off their posted sales price and an eighteen month onterest free pay plan. Can't go wrong.

The delivery and set up was done by two excellent employees. Andrew and his partner are so good at working with older customers. The technology is a bit over my head so he helped me understand that all I needed to do was trust the computer on the front of the refrigerator. And my confidence has grown as I get to "know" this great appliance.

Love the French door design. Something new for me! Still getting used to the double door access. Finish is good. Please make sure you have the delivery person put a level on the top so the self closing door feature will work and verify doors are aligned! Mine didn't so have to have the store send someone out to set it correctly!

Got this as a floor model. There were some issues when it arrived and our sales rep and his manager really took care of us! Fridge has a good look. Wife really likes the flexible zone. Also switched from a side by side to French door, which wife also really likes. Only thing we miss is going from three crisper draws to two.

We noticed that the vegetables and foods in general last longer in this refrigerator due to its triple cooling system. Love the flexzone and the ten year warranty for the compressor.

Love, love, love this fridge! Only complaint is that the dimensions listed did not include the door hinge so installers had to leave it out until I could get my upper cupboard cut out. Best Buy staff had my dimensions when I bought it do they need to be instructed on finding the actual dimensions so cupboard would be ready for installation.

When I was first shopping for a new Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher my first choice was BestBuy and Samsung . I am totally happy with my new purchases and would recommend to my family and friends.

Innovative design, and actually a good refrigerator as long you don’t want or need ice! Ice maker very small and slow to produce. Also, do a little research and find that in the long run these ice makers have a very high failure rate. Ours is constantly freezing over and jamming. Less than 4 years old.
