This is by far the best fridge I've ever owned. Love the versatility of the 3rd section (fridge or freezer). Although it may look weird not having handles and it took a couple weeks to get used to, the "inside" handles have really grown on me and they help to reduce fingerprints and smudges on the fridge. Another feature that I think is clever is that the water filter is located in the bottom right, so when you change it you don't need to go through that process like the other fridges up top and then you have leaking, etc.

Love our new refrigerator, just what we were expecting

After much review and though, we decided to go with this french door model. We particularly decided on this model because it does not have the drawer style freezer. The design of the freezer is intuitive as you can open "half" instead of the entire compartment as you would in a drawer style one. The features are just right (instead of the ones with cameras, screens, etc). As will all counter depth models, the fridge is over priced when compared to the standard sized ones. We got ours for $2,399 on sale about a month ago.

Looks and works great. Hold a lot of food and very quite.

I absolutely love the room in this refrigerator with the optional fridge area in the bottom. The only thing I am not pleased with is that I didn't realize that the exterior is not smudge/finger print resistant. Constantly cleaning prints/smudges off the exterior. Otherwise, absolutely love it!

Not really smudge proof;finger prints are just not as noticeable produce bins too small; door alarm resets before the door is closed; ice dispenser is clumsy to use without some ice falling to the floor

The fridge is stunning to look at. The stainless steel is not fingerprint proof ! Controls are easy to use. The technician from Best Buy was awesome!

Great upgrade over my 20 year old frig. Lots of space and very convenient features.I'd recommend this fridge, definitely over the black stainless.

This product has many nice features and a lot of space

It's probably premature for me to write a review as I'm still figuring out how to set it up. It seems like a great product. The only somewhat negative comment would be for on the French door handles. One has to reach in in an awkward position for hands to pull open the doors, however, the door is very attractive.

Ice maker is garbage. We have had it replaced twice and the compressor has gone out twice now on it. It worked great for 3 years but once it hit that mark it started failing. Geek Squad Warranty is terrible and it takes a month or two for their outsourced techs to diagnose and fix it. I would buy another brand like Whirlpool and don’t buy from Best Buy because their warranty is terrible. Oh and our compressor broke again.

I am in love with this refrigerator. It is so spacious and nicely designed. It does a great job at keeping everything cool and it is very pretty.

This fridge is awesome. Love the 4 separate doors. It minimizes having to open a big door when you can only focus on one area of the fridge at a time.

Love the flexibility of the bottom fridge/freezer.

We love the look of the black stainless . It looks great with our black granite and white cupboards. Best Buy has bent over backwards to please us.

Love the flexible zones to fit my fridge/freezer needs. Makes a little bubbling noise but it is barely noticeable. Looks great. Well designed.

Great product and I love that you can change the setting on the bottom right side of the freezer to freeze or refrigerate.

This fridge is awesome. Love the lower right compartment. We use it as a beverage cooler. Our fridge is in a high traffic area, so the recessed handles are perfect. The fridge itself is very sleek and attractive. We got the black stainless steel. It looks terrific. Our delivery experience with the Geek Squad was excellent. The guys were polite, clean and even knowledgeable of the product they were installing. We had recently had a terrible delivery experience with Lowe's, so we were pleasantly surprised.

We bought this fridge because we didn't like the bottom drawer style freezers. It is a decent size and space. Only cons I have with it is the door shelfs are small and thin on the ice/water dispenser side and the water dispenser blasts the water out and splashes water when it hits the ice in the cup.

The different compartments are great and keeps things fresh. I love the modern deign on the out side and it cleans up nicely.
