good looking appliance with conveniently place controls that are intuitive. Inside light is bright but pleasant making it quite easy to find and arrange food. Separately controlled freezer section is a good idea

Our new Samsung refrigerator is extremely efficient. The doors and storage are very well designed so you do not have to dive into your freezer like you do on so many others with the pullout freezer on the bottom. Very easy to program and maintain. The delivery people were excellent and even carried the refrigerator on his back so it would not damage the floor. Top notch service!

I have owned this refrigerator for less than 2 years. About when Covid started my ice maker quit working. That was something I could deal with until could get someone out. Then the freezer quit working followed by the fridge!! Called geek squad it would take them a week to get out. OK...then they came out figured out what it needed. A couple of parts....2 weeks to get. So...came out and tried to fix it...broken part...so another 2 weeks to get this fixed!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? No refrigerator for over a month...I have been calling best buy for the last few days...keep switching me to "Special Forces" then I am on terminal hold. I spent 3.5 hours listening to bad music. Trying to get them to replace this horrible mess of a refrigerator!!! WOULD not recommend and I'm not happy with Best Buy either!!

So far this seems to be a great refrigerator. Looks good in our kitchen and the convertible door that can be a freezer or cooler, depending on your needs, is a nice feature. The only thing I don't like is that there are some plastic compartments in the door that are really too small to do much with other than maybe store some leftover packets of sauce from take-out meals.

The Samsung refrigerator has some nice features but the available shelving configurations are extremely limited. Hard to store all your food especially tall items such as milk. Automatic ice maker consumes too much of the refrigerator storage space. There isn't a butter compartment or area for a butter dish.

This was a perfect choice for replacing our old Sub Zero. The flexibility of space and the unbelievable lighting make it so easy to store and find everything you can think of. No more dark hidden spaces! When you need to you can flip up shelves or parts of shelves for tall items or make room for a whole turkey! Very very happy!

I like my new stainless refrigerator. I like that u don't have to have 2 compartments for a freezer. I don't like the fact the side walls on the left upper aren't bigger enough for anything to be put there.

Very practical for our use since we don't require as much ice or freezer space. The only think we were not sure of was fitting two regular gallon jugs in the door and to our delightful surprise, they fit in the same door shelf. Only problem was that the new refrigerator came with the door dented but Best Buy was good about replacing the door at our convenient time.

Great refrigerator, but it is NOT standard height. I'm in the awkward & expensive situation of having to remove & recut the cabinetry above the space where the fridge goes. Not fun. Not cheap. Not acceptable.

Large french door opening. We even have a bonus refrigerators for jars and bottles and a small freezer which is all we really need. Ice making is slow and small.

Like the lighting inside of the fridge & how much room it has.

I love Samsung products & this one has been great so far. I wanted a fridge that had 2 top doors that opened but I wasn't sure about the drawer style. I love the bottom doors & the option to have extra refrigerated room. One negative is that my child scratched the finish with a magnet but it is only slightly noticeable.

It looks nice but every time you touch it it gets finger marks so I spend my day wiping it - still cannot figure out how to raise frig temp -- room inside good time will tell

I waited a good two years before I decided to write this review. Sometimes the problems you encounter don't happen until down the road. Two years in, I'm experiencing the one problem I had hoped would never happen, which is the ice maker no longer making ice. What's worse is that I'm already past the 1 year warranty (only the compress has 10 years, i believe) and I would probably have to pay upwards of $400 for someone to come out and fix. And after the fix is applied, there are no guarantees!! So I say that based on the widespread issues they are having with the ice makers, stay clear of this product or any future models they may have down the road. Stick to their TVs and cell phones and let the other reliable manufacturers handle kitchen department.

All and all im pleased with this fridge. Would have given 5 stars except the water stream is a bit strong so wiping down the fridge is a must.
