This fridge is the best thing to ever happen to my kitchen. Our old side by side was always disorganized and messy. We’ve had this fridge over a year and it has stayed so nice and neat! We have the freezer on in both bottom sections but it’s nice to know we have options with what they should be.

We chose this refrigerator for all the features. So far it has preserved our vegetables perfectly and much longer than our previous refrigerator. The doors shut and seal perfectly. We no longer have to dive in the freezer to find what we are looking for since the compartments make it easy to keep food separated. Great refrigerator!

Love this refrigerator. Upgraded from another older Samsung French door that was much larger and feel this smaller model still has the same amount of cubic space.

I really like this refrigerator. I think with the individual doors and the option to convert one quarter to refrigerator / freezer, this makes it a great buy. If I have any complaint, the refrigerator still show fingerprints and smudges.

Really enjoy the Cool Select feature on this refrigerator which allows you to flexibly change the use of one of the 4 quadrants from freezer to one of three other settings making is very versatile for vegetables and stuff that can be kept at slightly warmer temps.

I absolutely love this refrigerator!! My boyfriend and I had been eyeing it for almost a year and once we bought out home splurged to get the one we wanted. It was worth every penny! Being able to control the third compartment has proven to be useful and convenient already. Couldn't have asked or a better product in our new home.

Love this refrigerator. Very stylish with 4 doors. Was considering LG for its slimmer ice tray but this is fine. Love the flexibility of the 4th compartment on the lower right. You can change the temp for freezer or refrigerator settings. I prefer having shelves on the freezer rather than the pull out French style.

Love the side by side door concept amd accessible fridge entirely on top. Didn't like the drawer feature on other fridges whic is why this was my top pick! Flex portion a plus!

It is a great looking fridge that is great for places where there is a wall next to it. Allows for one to open the door and still have that 90 degree access.

The Counter Top width was perfect for our new house.

I purchased this fridge to compliment the other Samsung appliances in my kitchen. It does not disappoint! Engineering is first rate: it is whisper quiet. The flex zone is able to change from a fridge to a freezer in no time, and makes it very convenient when prepping for a party and the need for extra drink storage.

Finding the refrigerator and freezer are a bit tight. Doors are not normal capacity. It is beautiful, but I would have preferred more room in both. Ice is not up to par either.

Wanted a refrigerator without water and ice on front door, but bought this one because it met all our other requirements. Only owned for one month, but love it so far.

Love the for door compartments and the flex fridge

The four compartments and the lack of a center divider were key to our purchase. All other refrigerators have frozen our sensitive vegetables (lettuce). The ability to maintain defferent temperatures in the quadrants is especially helpful. The bonus is the stunning look of the appliance.

The ice maker breaks down constantly - they fix it and it works a week or 2. Samsung is aware of the problem and offer a replacement kit which doesn't work either. We asked for a replacement and were told we can just keep having it repaired until it runs out and then we are on our own. Disappointed in Samsung and Best Buy

Because it is a counter depth refrig, I wouldn't consider this to be a full size refrig. Also not sure would consider finger print resistance finish
