I absolutely loved the look of this refrigerator in my home! The only setback was that I thought I'd have a little more room in this counter depth model. It takes a little getting used to when you lose a few inches and shelves are a little low in space. Overall i love the transition door and i use mine for my kids snacks!

We replace our old refrigerator with this fantastic 4 door Samsung. extremely quiet, very efficient, lot of space for a counter top model. works great. No issues. The Best Buy installers were also fantastic.

I love this refrigerator. It is spacious and I love how fingerprints wipe right off with a damp towel. No need for any sprays to poilish the black stainless steel. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the trays in the left door are narrow and hard to find condiments and things that fit. Otherwise. I love it.

If you only knew what I went through just to get a refrigerator into my house since the width of my outside stairs and railings are only 29 inches, and stores now use outside vendor for all deliveries who don't often think about solutions to what appear to be barriers. Once inside, this model is much better than average and has a great look. Love all the special features it has, especially the feature that allows the bottom section to switch over from a freezer, to a chiller, to a refrigeration unit. The only negative comment is that this particular refrigerator's vegetable compartments are not large enough. There are at least two versions of this refrigerator - the model I purchased and another version that sells for $5,000 (it has an all aluminum and silver coating inside the actual frig). Both models are among the best rated refrigerators by the well know "Consumer Reports" magazine. Hope this helps someone.

Pros: Beautiful and functional The cons: fingerprints show up a lot more easily without a bar to pull open, One of the drawers are already squeaking, and the ice is a bit slower than my old fridge. It also shoots out fragments of ice and sometimes it gets all over my floor.

First, this refrigerator is well built and operates perfectly. The outward design is outstanding and looks great in the kitchen. However there are a couple design tweaks that would have been better for functionality. The door storage bins do not allow for much space or tall items. One section is designed for gallon storage however we found better use for taller door items. We use the bottom right flex space for vegetables but find the space a little less roomy than we would have liked. If you intend to use this for additional freezer space it may leave you short on vegetable storage. Overall this is a great appliance. I would recommend with the above caveats.

The water connection for the refrigerator was a different type so took a while to get the right one so water would be working. It is more expensive than we wanted to spend but it looks good and works well. The two freezers are nice, and the roll out baskets work well. With the icemaker and the space in the refrigerator part, it is larger in cubic space than our former one, but much less efficient in the use of space. We cant' get as much in this refrigerator as the last one and the shelves are not really efficient for large tall items. It does work well and looks good.

This fridge is an awesome fridge. The top half of the fridge is very roomy and they've thought about shelling configurations. The bottom half of the fridge has 2 doors and the bottom right side is changeable from fridge to freezer in a push of a button. Only thing is adjusting the doors to make them level.... It's frustrating to hold it up and put in the spacers.

The freezer on our Kenmore Fridge was slowly dying - the ice machine had stopped making ice and then the temperature would not keep things frozen so we needed to buy a preplacement relatively quickly. Also since we had remodeled our bedroom we we needed A larger TV that we could see from the new position of the bed. We had looked at Best Buy for several different fridges and this one seems the best. The day we came to buy it there was a special combining this fridge and nice larger TV. The freezer is divided into two compartments - they can both act as freezers or one of them can be set at one of three slightly warmer temps, such as soft freeze (e.g. for softer ice cream), or chill (for keeping drinks colder). The ice maker is a bit noisy, the front is NOT magnetic (the sides are) and the stainless does show a lot of fingerprints. Overall after two weeks we like it very much.

It looks great. Keeps things cold. Everything works and makes efficient use of the space. Doors slam a little hard, but other than that, good. Still have to figure out the wifi thing and why I'd want to monitor it through an app?

This is a sleek beautifully designed fridge, but when it comes to storing food I find it to be a bit lacking, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It could be that I'm just used to my old fridge, which was not a counter depth fridge, but regardless it doesn't hold as much food as I would like it to. When I was looking at it in the store it seemed like it would be fine, although I was admittedly distracted by how gorgeous this fridge is, but actually having it in my home and using it on the day to day, I guess those few inches really do count. I definitely can't store as much food in this one as I could in my old fridge. I feel like my old fridge could store twice the amount of food. Also, you can't really store anything in the door panel on the left side because of the ice maker and the ice maker itself takes up space inside the fridge, so that just adds to the lack of storage space, but my old fridge didn't have a water/ice dispenser, which I do absolutely love having. As for the freezer portion, I love the freezer. I hated the big old pull out catchall basket that my old freezer had. I love that this one has compartments, so I can organize and see where everything is and not have to dig through a large basket to find what I need. The design of the freezer portion was definitely a big selling point for me and what made me decide to buy this model over the other options out there. So all in all it is a great fridge and a gorgeous fridge, but if you have a large family and buy a lot food then this one might not be the one for you.

This is one of the best laid out/thought out refrigerators that I have ever had the pleasure of owing. The freezer is fantastic! So much better than the single or double bottom drawer units. Can organize much better with this. I also love the flexibility of being able to use the freezer area as fridge space as the unit is flex set up for zoning. The black finish is great, HOWEVER, if it chips, etc., it's almost impossible to fix as this is a coating over stainless steel. There are paint like lacquer or stain (not from Samsung though) that you can use and I saw one person even use a sharpie (it kind of worked for small dings), but overall I love the finish. The only major issue we've had is one that most Samsung fridges have had - the dreaded bad ice maker. Call Samsung while your purchase is still under warranty if you have not purchased the Best Buy extended warranty. Samsung did honor our warranty, but it was with prodding on our part as even after they accepted our warranty claim, no one called to schedule service - for a month. I had to keep after them, but I was able to get through to a decent customer service rep and they scheduled the work. Once that was done, our service person called and set up an appointment within less than a week. The repair was extensive, meaning that a lot of parts were replaced - no repairs. They even replaced the main circuit board at the back of the fridge. Now we hope that the repair has fixed our issue, but all in all, we LOVE our fridge. The LED lighting is fantastic and we love not having a handle jutting out. I can't say enough about this fridge and hope that Samsung and perhaps other brands, will make this the new norm - it's awesome! The only thing that I wish was better was to have the water dispenser area be a little taller for big glasses/pitchers without having to tilt them.

We absolutely love this refrigerator. We had to purchase the counter depth size because it sits right in front of an island in the kitchen. There is plenty of room. LOVE the ability to change the lower right section to a refrigerator or a freezer. We also love the color. Our older appliances are stainless steel and black and it looks fine with them.

The 4 door gimmick has been useful in having A conversion option on the 3rd door. But unless you have an extra freezer, this might not hold what you need. The water dispenser is good, the ice maker capacity is a travesty. Ice for you and the family of 4 for dinner? It's fine. Having a small get together? Forget about it. Stainless appearance is very nice. It's really not a bad fridge, there are just better options out there. IMO

Space is sufficient but not the best. Looks very nice. Bulkier than I thought when I saw it on the store floor. Make sure you have ample width space for the door to swing out. Ice machine works well but I think I actually like the closed container feature the LG refrigerators have. My old refrigerator had the open chute and over time it got really dirty. The freezer items had some condensation after I used the oven so I wonder a little on how well the freezer holds its temperature, but I would have to test it out again the next time i bake. Overall I'm still happy with my purchase. As long as it doesn't break on me like a lot of Samsung refrigerators in the previous years.

Because I had a space restriction, I had to choose a counter depth refrigerator. It fits nicely and looks great. It keeps its temperature so well. It is always right on. My only problem is that I can’t fit taller items on the shelves. I have to keep a 1/2 gallon milk and other taller items in the door. I would recommend it with caveats.

This refrigerator was exactly what we were looking for. We needed the counter depth to fit the area in our house. The color is great and after years of trying to keep a regular stainless clean this black stainless doesn't show finger prints - awesome.

I am a lover of Apple products so I was skeptical at first about a Samsung product but so far, this fridge met our expectations. The buying process was horrible at my local best buy however I have no complaints about the item we purchased. We got it on sale so that was also a bonus for me. The kids love using the flex door for their own drinks and snacks. We use the one lower right side for the freezer since we have a deep freezer in the garage. The upper two doors open wide and the light is super bright! This is exactly what we needed in our open kitchen. I thought the counter depth was going to be too small but it's actually perfect for my family. I must admit it took some getting used to.

My previous refrigerator was a GE side by side that still works, but is now in my garage. The space in the Samsung is much nicer and food is more easily accessible. I love the 4 doors and the ability to configure one of the bottom compartments into a refrigerated space or a freezer. The in door ice maker has been fine for two people. The only issue I’m having with the refrigerator itself is that you can’t move the door shelving and there isn’t a lot of space for milk size cartons. This has been frustrating...other than that I am very happy with my purchase.
