Love it, the 4 door system it is pretty convenient, only thing you have to be careful with is the water dispenser on the top left door, it gets scratches pretty easy, we ended up using plastic wrap to protect it, other than that it is a great appliance

It’s been a great fridge so far, I really love the split freezer on the bottom and its function to switch between freezer and refrigerator. And the sensor that beeps when the door is left to open let me know when my kids of been there - great fridge so far!

Like all but the ice makers. Need to defrost monthly because it ices up.

I love the look of this fridge. It is a bit small for its capacity and the ice bucket can only hold so much, but this is the size that would fit in our kitchen. The only thing is it says fingerprint resistance. Not true!

We bought this refrigerator because we liked the ability to chose whether a section is to be used for a freezer or a refrigerator. Since we also have a second full size freezer in the basement, the Flex Choice allows us to increase the size of our refrigerator and better balance our needs.

Only had this fridge for a few days but love the flexible cooling option for the 3rd compartment. Plenty of space for a cabinet depth fridge and features are easy to use. My second Samsung fridge and hope it is as reliable as my last one (over 15 years old).

I like most things about it except ice comes out a bit watery.. may have to just lower the freezer temperature from factory set 0 F...

Great fridge for a tight space. It’s not as deep as I hoped but the quality is fantastic.

This refrigerator is awesome. There is nothing negative I can say about it. Although the price is a bit high it is worth it. (if you are patient you can wait for it to go on sale. I did)

Well laid out so that it is easy to find things and see everything. Like the flexibility of using the lower half as a refrigerator or a freezer.

Really like the flip up shelves and overall ease of use. With the freezers on the bottom the slideout shelves keep everything easily accessible.

Not enough room in the freezer. I do like that half can be used as a cooling zone.

This fridge is fantastic because of the flex section which could be turned into a regular fridge. This is ideal for people that hardly have a chest freezer in the garage and don’t need that much freezer space inside

We initially hesitated a little due to its price. However, we are now very happy. Only minus is that freezer on the bottom is so easily accessible by my 3 years old, she takes her own ice creams out all the time.

We like the new fridge, but as the other reviewers say, it is a bit noisier than the LG that we have just replaced. Also, one of the doors makes an awful noise; we suspect it was not installed properly. The water dispenser is a favorite! We would have liked a larger fridge area and smaller freezer. Much of our freezer is empty, and we don't have enough space for our fresh food at the top.

I got this fridge instead of the LG French door because I did not like the idea of having all my frozen stuff in one drawer. This fridge is a little loud and small in the inside. It is very sleek and has tons of organized freezer space. I like the idea of having less freezer and more fridge option. I like it that does not have any handles poking out. It is kind of expensive I would have liked to pay about $2k not $2699.

Bought it open-box at a discount, took me an hour at the house to figure out why the compressor wouldn't kick on. The store never turned off the "Retail Setting ". Awesome fridge though. The optional fridge zone on the bottom gives us a lot more fridge space.

Astatically perfect. My only slight negative comment is I wish it had 3 vegetable / meat drawers in the top refrigerator section.

Great fridge with a great price. I only wish it was a bit deeper, but I knew the measurements when we bought it. Plenty of space!
