We are redoing our kitchen installing new floors,new lighting,new cabinets,new quartz counter tops and appliances we bought from Best Buy. I am extremely pleased with all my new Samsung appliances, they are excellent and the service we received was awesome.

I love the functionality of this fridge. One of the bottom spaces can be either a freezer or a fridge - whichever you need. Dividing up the bottom spaces also made the freezer as a whole more functional. No more items buried at the bottom and never seen again.

I have been using this for 6 months now and I really like it.specially this freezer is very convenient

This four door fridge holds more than it first looked like it would. We are very happy with the looks, the performance, and the capacity. That plus the ease of use and easy settings for controls and we are totally happy with our purchase.

Setting the temp is a little tricky and you have to experiment with temps until you find the right one. Overall nice refrigerator.

Very disappointed with the fridge. Will stick with Samsung TVs, not ready for prime time production of refrigerators.

We like this fridge and the ice and water in the door is nice. The flex door is nice but likely won’t get utilized for more than a freezer. I like that the freezer has drawers in it. Overall nice fridge.

I have had my refrigerator for about 2 months now and could not be any more happy with it. It handled all of my thanksgiving needs and is handling all of my Christmas needs as well. I have huge family gatherings and this refrigerator handles it all.

It's been great so far. No issues with the ice maker other than it's a tiny ice maker.

The only reason I did not rate the refrigerator a 5 is because the crushed ice takes a while to drop and its a bit messy

Beautiful and functional. Easier accessibility to refrigerated items. Compared pricing with major dealers in the area and this was best price. We will startr with Pacific Sales first for any other appliance needs in the future,

Firstly got a lot of compliments, as this is not a usual design. Works great ,everything is good. The only thing is that the water has the same taste as of the tap water. We are so used to purified water and we still need time to get used to it.

Looks great. Good performance so far. Freezer space is less than regular refrigerators, but great for small family

We love the refrigerator itself HOWEVER was NOT aware of how EASY the black stainless coating scratches & completely comes off! Samsung customer service was NOT willing to do anything about it and having the fridge less than a month, we now have 2 good size spots where the black stainless already wore off! EXTREMELY disappointed in the coating and wasn't aware it was a thin coating!

I like the way the fridge is set up. It suits my needs (only my husband and myself) very well. I haven’t used the flex space as a refrigerator yet, but it is nice to have that option.

it took some time to get it installed, but once it was in place, we LOVE it. There are a few shelves on the inside door that are so small (narrow) that it makes them useless, but that's the only draw back. Especially Love the finish!

Do not like that it scratches so easily and fingerprints constantly.

I am super happy with my Samsung black stainless 4 door fridge. The color is more like charcoal than black but it's beautiful. Love the sleek look of the handles that are more built in than sticking out. So many compliments!

Love this refrigerator. Love how the bottom is a freezer, but has two door instead of a pull out drawer. This makes it easier to organize and find your food. The bottom right drawer can be converted to a refrigerator if need be!
