Love this refrigerator. Very stylish with 4 doors. Was considering LG for its slimmer ice tray but this is fine. Love the flexibility of the 4th compartment on the lower right. You can change the temp for freezer or refrigerator settings. I prefer having shelves on the freezer rather than the pull out French style.

Because it is a counter depth refrig, I wouldn't consider this to be a full size refrig. Also not sure would consider finger print resistance finish

The ice maker breaks down constantly - they fix it and it works a week or 2. Samsung is aware of the problem and offer a replacement kit which doesn't work either. We asked for a replacement and were told we can just keep having it repaired until it runs out and then we are on our own. Disappointed in Samsung and Best Buy

Love it, the 4 door system it is pretty convenient, only thing you have to be careful with is the water dispenser on the top left door, it gets scratches pretty easy, we ended up using plastic wrap to protect it, other than that it is a great appliance

Loved this appliance at first! My frig is less than two years old. After nine months the ice maker started making noises and quit working. Have had multiple technicians attempt to repair it with no luck. Now the whole refrigerator is not cooling or freezing. For a product that cost almost $3000, expected a lot more. Samsung has cooperated with repair request but I am really frustrated that now in July, I have no refrigerator in my kitchen. Had to buy ice all summer and throw out food that went bad. Fruit flies too!. Very disappointed in this product and Samsung! Hope no one else has this experience.

Like all but the ice makers. Need to defrost monthly because it ices up.

I love the look of this fridge. It is a bit small for its capacity and the ice bucket can only hold so much, but this is the size that would fit in our kitchen. The only thing is it says fingerprint resistance. Not true!

Only had this fridge for a few days but love the flexible cooling option for the 3rd compartment. Plenty of space for a cabinet depth fridge and features are easy to use. My second Samsung fridge and hope it is as reliable as my last one (over 15 years old).

I like most things about it except ice comes out a bit watery.. may have to just lower the freezer temperature from factory set 0 F...

Really like the flip up shelves and overall ease of use. With the freezers on the bottom the slideout shelves keep everything easily accessible.

This fridge is fantastic because of the flex section which could be turned into a regular fridge. This is ideal for people that hardly have a chest freezer in the garage and don’t need that much freezer space inside

I purchased the Samsung French four door counter depth refrigerator from Best Buy for Labor Day this year. I did extensive research and competitor comparisons before buying. I was a bit concerned at first consideration, having read some reviews reporting a possible annoying bubbling noise at times on this Samsung unit. I also liked the ice maker unit in door option for extra space like on the LG version better. However, the counter depth four door option was what I really needed for my kitchen space limitations and I loved the feature of being able to convert the bottom right quadrant into freezer or refrigerator. Over the past 3.5 months it has worked perfectly... Nope, no annoying bubbling noise. It is so quiet I only noticed it drop an ice cube once when there was no other noise in the house. Controls work great. No splashing issues at all with water or ice dispensers. Lighting in the unit interior is bright. It feels immensely spacious even with the ice maker in the main compartment. The four doors are fabulous giving me lots more work space and easier access to the refrigerator. It looks stunning inside and out. Fingerprints are minimally noticed and clean easily. However, if you stick to using the handles, you won't have any. The recessed handles are very comfortable to use and stylish. I like that the control lights disappear... all but one after use. The pull out doors and trays work very smoothly and are much easier/lighter to use than big heavy bottom drawer freezers. The triple filter system works wonderfully and my stored items seem to be staying fresher longer and no leftovers odor transfers! The only things I recommend to Samsung for next model upgrades would be to integrate the icemaker completely into the door for freeing up even more space, making both crisper drawers airtight for even better humidity control and allowing all of the control lights on the exterior door to disappear. The fold up and slide back half shelves are nice features for customizing space. Product parts all feel sturdy and well made in use. The extra chrome trim on the shelves and door handles add an elegant and modern look. All in all, I am thrilled with this product's performance and incredibly pleased with the features. I got a good price point on the purchase from Best Buy who price matched for the holiday sale and 18 months no interest and got an additional discount from Samsung. The Best Buy service was great. The delivery/install guys were fabulous. They took extra care handling the unit and even gave me great tips with set up. I had one small question for Samsung after purchase and they answered my call efficiently and were very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely recommending this product to all my friends and family and I enjoy using it every day!

We initially hesitated a little due to its price. However, we are now very happy. Only minus is that freezer on the bottom is so easily accessible by my 3 years old, she takes her own ice creams out all the time.

We like the new fridge, but as the other reviewers say, it is a bit noisier than the LG that we have just replaced. Also, one of the doors makes an awful noise; we suspect it was not installed properly. The water dispenser is a favorite! We would have liked a larger fridge area and smaller freezer. Much of our freezer is empty, and we don't have enough space for our fresh food at the top.
