My previous refrigerator was a GE side by side that still works, but is now in my garage. The space in the Samsung is much nicer and food is more easily accessible. I love the 4 doors and the ability to configure one of the bottom compartments into a refrigerated space or a freezer. The in door ice maker has been fine for two people. The only issue I’m having with the refrigerator itself is that you can’t move the door shelving and there isn’t a lot of space for milk size cartons. This has been frustrating...other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

This refrigerator is not only stylish but versatile! Any prints (if any at all) wipe off easily with a dry or damp cloth. We were concerned about finger prints on this our first stainless steal appliance. No problem! Also, we love the versatility of the bottom right flex compartment. We are currently using it as a freezer but might change to soft freeze to try that choice. There is plenty of room for all items. Only complaint is the occasional gurgle sounds. Not too loud but could be a little quieter. Overall love this frig!

Love the 4-door feature and especially the variety of options for half of the freezer section - refrigerator, extra cool or freezer. Only negative for me is the water dispenser which is pointed towards the rear making it difficult to fill anything with a narrow neck (such as a water bottle) or even to fill a glass to capacity because you have to tilt it to depress the fill lever, I actually just depress the lever with my other hand but our previous LG model didn't require that. So a bit annoying. Still I can live with that for all the other positive features- such as multiple shelf arrangements including extra tall storage in the main compartment,

We love our new refrigerator much more than our old side by side. It's very quiet and we love the sleek look! Only drawback is the lack of space in fridge for tall drink bottles. They have to go on the right side door. Fingerprints show a lot too. Otherwise we love it!

We just love the 4 doors in which we can convert the bottom doors to either a fridge or freezer. We opt for the lower right side door be a cold drink center. For a counter depth it has the room. We are about to purchased another fridge (same one) for the downstairs.

This thing is a delight to open. The inside is so pretty. I like the counter depth because it forces me to minimize my purchasing and therefore my waste of food, but at the same time it's roomier than the one other counter depth fridge I had in the past.

After 6 months of use, I'm still very happy with the purchase. The 4th door is convenient. Complaints would be the ice maker is a little slow, and the water filters are expensive ($45ish/filter at about 2x a year! There goes any energy cost savings).

The Samsung Fridge is absolutely wonderful! I love the 4 doors and the ability to use one of the freezer sections as a fridge, if needed. The Best Buy service was impeccable as well - our service person, Tom, was friendly, respectful and quick!

Love the size and brightness of the led lights. Just need to wait a couple seconds before ice starts dispensing.

Happy with the convenience of 4 doors and the feature of optional freezer/fridge conversion of one lower compartment!

Could not be happier! The fridge looks very safistacated in black stainless.function is great, it's very quiet. We have the 22.6 model and the way everything is layed out there is actually more usable space than the 26 we had previously.

My wife was wanting a fridge with ample fridge capacity for several food dishes. This fridge with the added compartment that could be either freezer or fridge was the answer to her needed storage for dinner dishes at family get togethers.

The refrigerator was just delivered today and it looks great. I have given a rating of four stars because the shelves on the doors are quite narrow and close together so I'm having a hard time fitting condiments, etc. onto the shelves. Some of the shelves are almost useless. Overall nice refrigerator.

The finish is by far what caught my eye! The interior is well laid out, I like that the shelves can be rearranged. It is big so be sure to measure, however the counter depth saved me about 2 inches even from my old box.

The flexibility of the 3-zone refrigerator is the best idea for homes where counter depth fridges are a necessity. It works perfectly. The high quality plastic used on the drawers and door inserts is noticeably better than other main stream brands. The white LEDs on the control panel is much nicer looking than the cheap looking blue LEDs on other models. The handle-free door looks great and very modern but may be more prone to fingerprints with kids (although what isn't?).

This four door refrigerator is great! You can organize everything nicely in the fridge and it looks great. Always get nice compliments about it. It also very silent and haven't got a single problem from it.

Striking appearance with the 4 doors and recessed handles. Perfect fit for my kitchen. One point to remember is that the doors bow out about an inch. So if your clearance is tight, take this into consideration. Love the drawers in the lower freezers making organization much easier that typical lower level freezers. The ice maker is the only noise we hear, and only when the ice drops into the bucket. Very quiet compressor. My only negatives are the lack of a Sabbath Mode to keep the lights off when opening the doors, but our sales person helped out by demonstrating the use of removable magnets to prevent the switch activation. Finally, you cannot place a cup in the cold water dispenser. It will not balance. You must hold the cup since the stream of water shoots backwards. One final note was the first class service from BB for sales, installation and post sales questions..

I did a lot of research before deciding on this Samsung. Being limited to a counter depth the available space and layout if the refrigerator was important to us. We have used a side by side for the past ten years. We were always pushed for space when having family visit. When we moved our contents into this refrigerator we immediately noticed the increased space. The cubic foot capacity was almost identical but the layout afforded us much more room. Having the lower flex door gives us the added room to expand when we need more non frozen storage. We have only had this for the past month but we are very pleased. If I was to purchase a new refrigerator again today it would still be this Samsung.

This refrigerator makes one feel rich, this is top notch in every aspect. Design is flawless inside and out and we especially like the flex option which allows for one of the lower sides to be converted into either freezer or cooler with 4 different temperature options. Also this unit is very very quiet and almost does not vibrate. Needless to say the black stainless feels very solid and promises to stay beautiful for many years.

Let me tell you up front, I did not and would not pay full price for this refrigerator. I purchased this as a scratch and dent model so I got a really good deal. We had looked at this model about a year ago needing more refrigerator space in the kitchen but also having a small freezer space for ice packs for lunches etc. At the time I decided it was not worth the price tag. I am happy for the price I paid. Some of the door shelves are a little small, very few items will fit there. I would also like the drawer in the flexible section to have adjustable moisture control for fruits or vegetables. Good space. Sleek. Flexible shelving and drawers.
