This fridge is beautiful, quiet, the door service works well, and the ice maker is designed to not drip into the ice storage or fridge. The negative is that there are only two drawers in the upper full time fridge. The only place to put tall cartons or extra gallons of milk is to lift the small shelf hinged to the ice maker because it cannot be accommodated by adjusting shelf height. In light of this, if you keep much in the way of fruits and veggies in the fridge, you will have to use the lower right compartment as a fridge, making freezer space very tight.

This refrigerator looks great and is remarkably quiet compared to my prior GE profile refrigerator (purchased 10 years ago). Others have complained about the ice maker; it seems fine but definitely not the best out there. Otherwise this is a great refrigerator so far.

Our previous refrig (Jenn Air) died and we needed to quickly shop for a new one. Since counter depth required, our choices were limited. We were looking for a little more room (cu ft), water dispenser and ice from front door. The Samsung delivered. The four doors look great and the lower right compartment can be converted to more refrig use or additional freezer. Our only disappointment so far - slow ice dispenser and smaller capacity than previous refrig. The refrig cools fast and has an alarm if doors stay open too long.

I am very pleased with the refig/frzr's appearance. I am pleased of all of the reviews on Samsung refrigerators in general. This definitely help make my decision to make this purchase easier. The one complaint I have is that there is not enough room on the top shelf to place a bottle of juice or a container of milk. Even though the glass shelves are moveable, due to it's cofiguration you really can't.

Good counter depth fridge for a family of two. Not too much storage space. I got this fridge cuz I also have a freezer in the garage. I like everything about it except a couples of things. The first thing is be aware that it does make a loud bubbling or some sort of aquarium sound. Second thing is that you will have to clean the doors often cause of the finger prints. Hope this help anyone that is considering purchasing this fridge.

We've had this refrigerator for several months now and absolutely love it! The black stainless is really easy to keep clean because it doesn't show fingerprints like regular stainless steel. The layout of the drawers and shelving make everything really easy to get to. We haven't used the Flex part of the refrigerator yet, but with the holidays just around the corner, it should come in very handy!

Black stainless looks great in my kitchen. Even though it's a counter depth, there is no sacrifice of refrigerator or freezer space. I really like the option of using the right bottom side as a freezer, refrigerator or for other cooling. Love it!!

Absolutely beautiful. No more fingerprints!!head to return a much larger fridge for this counter depth one. Love the versatility of the 4 doors. Looks unique. Kids love to be able to get their own drinks. Large family with lots of groceries.

Best Buy delivered and installed 2 weeks ago, excellent experience. The frig / freezer cooled down and made ice within about 3 hours. We chose this frig for the flexible configuration. The small freezer space in this frig let us keep some items in the kitchen while most of our frozen food is kept in the upright freezer in the laundry room.

This thing looks incredible. Great design inside and out. The water dispenser filter doesn't do much at all. Don't count on it to help filter the water for any taste improvement. This fridge makes some unusual noise for a fridge. Not loud, but gurgle-y. It sounds like an aquarium. Apparently it's normal and not a concern. Once you're used to it, it's kinda nice. I might buy a fake fish to put next to it so the sounds match the looks of something nearby. I should probably go the whole nine yards and get something to hide behind the fake fish that sounds like a regular fridge to even it all out.

Love the four doors on the Samsung refrigerator - not a fan of the pull out freezer drawers on other models as frozen items get buried in the bottom. Great LED lighting on the inside. Shelves are easy to adjust and large platters can fit in nicely. As a counter depth refrigerator it is small on the inside however it fits our needs and I like the way it looks in our kitchen. The recessed handles are very stylish! One small issue was that the bottom doors were dented in at the bottom of the handles - likely pressed in too hard when the doors were installed - but geek squad was excellent and sent a replacement immediately. Also love that it is quiet as our previous Kitchen Aid that came with the new house was very noisy.

Great refrigerator, absolute flexibility and style

We've had this fridge for a few weeks so far and we're loving it. So far, it's exactly what we wanted. I love the flexibility of the second lower compartment, and the in-door water/ice dispenser. The counter depth was the perfect model for us, too. Plenty of space, without so much space that food gets buried. The only problem is that many of the door shelves on the dispenser side can only hold one SMALL bottle. Not really useful space, but wish it was either useful space or not there at all. (But, if you're like us and don't have a lot of condiments and things it really doesn't affect the overall usefulness.)

A more expensive model but definitely worth it for me. Looks great, lots of space, and stays cool. The layout provides plenty of room for all kinds of food and drink items. The Best Buy delivery team was also very helpful and highly reccomended

We just received the refrigerator and I have to say it seems a little bigger than I'd expected. It's counter depth and I'd heard about the size constraints due to decreased depth, but they designed it well to provide space in all the nooks and crannies possible. The ice machine has been a little slow to get fully operational and it's much smaller than our old side by side.
