This fridge has a great look the black stainless steel is worth the extra money. There is a lot of light inside, spacious not noisy and the best part is it's flexibility. You can conver lower compartment into fridge/freezer!

We like this counter depth 4 door refrigerator, it looks excellent and matches perfect with all our other stainless steel appliances. We like the third door convertor. The only major complaint I have is we cannot store milk gallon cans properly, the shelves are not long enough to fit but there is a shelf where we can lift half up but milk cans are on edge and we cant keep more than two. I don't see any provision of removing a shelf to adjust height.

the freezer is so much more convenient than the typical drawer that most French door fridges have.

Purchased the entire suite after seeing in the store. Absolutely gorgeous appliances and really class up the kitchen. Lots of room in the fridge, love the LED lighting. The flexibility of the fridge/freezer section is innovative and extremely handy. Best Buy delivery was timely and pleasant. The upgrade from previous appliances was worth it!

Love the look but can't figure out how the bottom right turns into a refrigerator instead of a freezer. It also doesn't have room to fit much of anything on the shelves, they have to be small bottles or they don't fit. If you have more than 2 gallons of milk or a large container, only 2 can fit in the right top door. There is an adjustable shelf but it only opens half way back and is not fully adjustable and everything fits in an awkward position and it seems like it's going to fall out the door. There are TINY little shelves in the doors, nothing fits except a flat candy bar or something like that. Oh! and it is NOT fingerprint resistant! Mine looks like crap ALL of the time! Not sure I would recommend it for a family.

Looks great. Love the option to use one bottom section as freezer, we chose to do this. Only downfall, since no handles there are always fingerprints on the doors.

This fridge isn't the most inexpensive I priced but I'm more than happy with the product. The four door design is exactly what I wanted (I don't like the freezer drawer design you see so much of). I highly recommend.

The best thing about this refrigerator is that bottom right compartment can convert from refrigerator to freezer. This gives you so much more usable refrigerator space. I only wish the door compartments were adjustable, and this refrigerator would be perfect.

This Samsung is new in our home and so far we love it. Its style and design is very unique. We bought because of the 4 door design, very good door materials, design of door dispenser and 4th compartment freezer or refrigerator option. It is very silent during operation and inside lighting is fantastic. So far all is good.......Jeff

The overall design along with the black chrome finish is very elegant. The inside is very well lit with strong sterdy shelving. You are limited to placing the shelves at desired heights but other than that one flaw everything else gets a 5 star rating

You set the temperatures of the refrigerator and freezer and this refrigerator will keep them at that exact temperature, no drop off or deviation. The water and ice machine deliver cold water and ice with quick stopping (no ice or water overflowing into the fill basin or on the floor). Finger prints will show so I open the doors without grabbing the front surface. Our other appliances are regular stainless steel with black handles and/or black tinted doors and this black stainless steel appliance looks great with them, in fact it's the highlight of the kitchen.

Fridge works and looks great. Very quite. Only issue is the doors need a few inches on each side to function. Can't slide in all the way to if you have a wall on either side.

I read the reviews before buying it and noticed that people complained about bubbling noise. However, I liked the fridge so much from outside that I still decided to buy it. That was a mistake. It makes loud bubbling noise. It does not happen all the time. However, when it happens it is very annoying. Unless you have a TV on nearby, you will notice how annoying this noise can be. Otherwise, it is a nice looking fridge and it looks very elegant. It is spacious enough and fits very well in narrow spaces.

Beautiful fridge. We’ve only had it a few weeks and the only downfall I see so far is the height of the shelves make it difficult to store tall products

The 4 door refridgerator is the perfect counter depth that we were looking for. It looks great in our kitchen and very functional (especially converting the bottom left door into a freezer/fridge). Only downside is the water spout which spills water in smaller glasses due to the angle.

Perfect replacement for old bulky Subzero. My wife loves the bottom right compartment which can be used as a freezer or refrigerator. High quality and versatility make this model a winner. After three months of use, we have found everything works great including no problem at all with through door ice and water dispenser. No drips or freezing up of dispenser. Delivery team was outstanding going above and beyond removing the very heavy old fridge. Hope they get a bonus.

I love this fridge and it works awesome for our family. The flexibility of the bottom right section to be a fridge or a freezer is perfect for our lifestyle. The adjustable shelves are great depending on the type and height of groceries or leftovers we have. The only 2 downsides are 1) the spout for the water dispenser is angled and a bit tough for waterbottle refilling but perfect for glasses and 2) a few of the door shelves are too narrow or odd sized for some condiments but we made everything fit fine especially with the flexible shelves in the main area of the fridge.
