Meh. It’s not a bad fridge just isn’t everything. Replacing the filter is annoying.

Pretty disappointed with this purchase. Primary problem is that items placed too close to the back of the refrigerated side freeze. Samsungs only solution is to keep items 2” from the back Ice Maker not great either Thank you

Great refrigerator just what I wanted. Needed this size because of area it had to go in.

Overcools. The fridge started overcooling just as the warranty expired. It is running about 10 degrees colder than it is set on both the freezer and fridge. Veggies, milk, and other items feeeze in the refrigerator. I did the troubleshooting as suggested by Samsung, and nothing helps. This seems to be a common problem with this model. Im regretting buying this one and wish I purchased the extended warranty. Stay away from this one.

We had this refrigerator repaired a little over a year after purchase, thermostat and evaporator fan. Now it's broken again and needs 3 parts to the tune of $930.00. DON'T BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR, IT'S GARBAGE.

The Worse Fridge! Space doesn't work, Refrigerator keeps freezing, Samsung repaired it 3 times and it still doesn't work right. Don't buy!

I've had this Samsung side-by-side for one month & am satisfied so far. I shopped on-line and at multiple big box stores over several months & feel like this model is a good value. I like the absence of door handles & the clean look. The unit is quiet & the interior is well lit and functional. I don't mind that the shelves are non- adjustable. I suppose if clearance was needed for tall objects, a shelf could easily be removed. The only annoyance I've found is that it requires a good tug/push to open/close the ice bin. That may break in over time, but for now, it certainly isn't going to come open on its own.

This refrigerator is exactly what I wanted. When I open either door I can see everything and everything is within my reach. Having a refrigerator counter deep is Great! I don’t lose anything in the refrigerator any more. The temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer portion remain constant. Food stays fresh longer.

Great size, had to get into a large rv. Delivery men, perfect. Salesman lacked knowledge of what was needed to hook up water for ice m. aker

Love this refrigerator. It’s sleek looking, ample space in freezer and refrigerator for food. No fingerprints on doors. Easy to wipe down. Only complain is the buzzing sound at times - which apparently is normal.

Typical high-quality Samsung product. We have Samsung phones, watches, TVs so when it came time to look for refrigerators, Samsung was our first choice.

Bought this side by side frig in Jan 2023 to replace my old Samsung which was very quiet. Thought something must be wrong since it had an irritating intermittent low fog horn like noise. Samsung repair guy came out a few weeks later and said the noise is part of the design. Apparently it's a single cooling unit with a "damper door" that opens from freezer to frig to move cold air around. The damper door makes the noise. Didn't have that in my previous quiet Samsung so I asked Lowes to take it back. They said they needed a "return authorization code" from Samsung. I pursued that with Samsung customer care all the way up to the office of the president. But Samsung won't take it back or let me exchange for a dual cool quiet style. So I'm stuck with this thing. Be careful buying Samsung products
