Excellent refrigerator, ice maker, WiFi, 100% recommend

Very nice looking refrigerator with lots of space. The counter depth is perfect for my kitchen. The reason I gave it 4 of 5 is because none of the shelves are adjustable. Otherwise is perfect.

Very nice and sleeping looking refrigerator. No fuss and easy to use. Looks like a million dollars. Counter depth, makes a hugh difference in your newly remodeled kitchen.

I will not give a 5 starts because my fridge has 3 small dents that I noticed after it was delivery and out of the 14 days product return, it works perfect from the inside temperature is so far working good, the size is perfect but not happy about the 3 smal dents

We've had this refrigerator for about a month now. For the price, I think it's a great option. There's a nice amount of space in both the fresh food side and the freezer side. The bins in the door are nice and big. It has great airflow around all the shelves. In our last fridge, fresh food would freeze on certain shelves. That hasn't happened so far with this one. The one thing that is taking a bit of getting used to is that there are only two drawers in the fresh food side. We had three in our last one. On the other hand, there are more shelves, so more flexibility with how you store things. It's working well for us. Definitely recommend it if you like a side-by-side.

First time I have tried Samsung brand. Easy to function so far so good! I like best the automatic ice maker.

Overall, I am happy the size and look of the refrigerator. The reduction in depth and lack of protruding handles really make a difference in the required space. I also like the ability to connect to wifi through the smart things app which allows alerts to display on my Samsung smart TV if someone leaves the door open. The only minor drawback is the removal of the protective plastic film on the outside seams. There is no perforated break area an it continues on behind the rubber door seals. It rips when it is removed leaving small pieces of plastic remaining that I had to pick out with tweezers. Other than that, it's a good fridge for the price.

So sleek! Fits in the kitchen perfectly. Thank goodness I got the counter depth version, or else it qould have stuck out horribly. Fridge is super cool and freezer is just right!

Delivered today. Travis made sure that all packaging was removed before bringing it in the house. The installation was perfect. It began cooling right away and within a couple hours it was the right temp to add our food. Love the look in our kitchen, counter depth insured that it would fit right in without being in the way. Love the roomy shelves in the door, which will give more room inside the refrigerator.

The fridge works great and the interior ice maker with no exterior handles gives it a sleek design. The ice is actually easier to access this way than the typical doorfront dispenser, as the ice bucket swings open easily and we don't have any ice shards or cubes falling on the fall.

Keep liquid stuff in the front- we had eggs freeze when they were in the back. Drawers not adjustable.

All good. But the plastic that protects the doors can’t be completely removed. Some little pieces stick out. It makes this beautiful designed fridge look not as great as it could be. Cmon Samsung. Come up with a better way to protect the doors

For the moment the refrigerator has been a success. A little small for us, but we are a big family. It’s very simple, and looks great in our kitchen.

Wonderful refrigerator, was worried about going to a counter because of losing cubit ft but it seems bigger inside than my 28 cubit feet!
