We had been suffering along with our old fridge for over a year, but couldn't afford a new one, until I saw the Best Buy ad for the very refrigerator I had been wanting. My new Samsung is roomy enough where I can actually organize the shelves in both the freezer and refrigerator. I can even fit most of frozen goods into the freezer, and see what is where instead of having to go back and forth to the freezer downstairs! The controls are easy to change from max to min temperatures, right on the front of the unit, instead of having to open it! The ice and water dispensers keep the doors closed for maximum efficiency! Thank you Samsung, thank you Best Buy! The door shelves are movable, making it easier to add or remove height and put the shelves at the proper level.

I love the way the shelving is stacked in both the fridge and the freezer. The fridge being on wheels really helps to keep dirt away from being under it.

The fridge generally works very well. My only complaints are that it comes with only 3 door shelves on the fridge side and two on the freezer side. We ended up ordering 3 more shelves from Samsung for about $60 to actually use the space that was there. The ice machine is also a bit crazy at times, as we had a few instances of ice flying all over the floor. Take away those two issues and it has been a good product overall.

Overall - I Love my new fridge... Downside - the ice maker is pretty noisy in my opinion... I turn it off, unless I actually need it to make ice. It was driving me nuts at night... Other than that, I wish the shelves in the doors were a little taller in the front (to hold bigger bottler stable). Great otherwise.

It was worked great for us! We have had it for 2 months with no problems. I would say the only things that we wish were a little different were if there were a light added to the water and ice unit on the front, and if there were more shelving units provided. They have provided a couple when you buy it but if you'd like more you need to go out and buy them to put on the refrigerator door. A side note... when it makes ice or pours water to make ice it does sound a little noisy, but its 2 seconds of my life so I can live with it.

The refrigerator is loaded with room, love the option of cubed or crushed ice, water tastes great, filter is easy to change, easy temperature controls for both fridge and freezer....I do wish the water dispenser had a light.

Hi I love this fridge! It looks beautiful, however I feel there should be more lighting inside as when full it is a little dark toward the bottom. Also, there needs to be more door shelves and a lunch meat drawer which I really miss having! I know I can order these from Samsung but feel they should have been included. Overall I am happy very happy with the purchase.

The fridge is a great size and purchase for the value. However there is no light on the door so at night when your getting water or ice you can't see what your doing. Not many shelves for the side of the door. Hoping to be able to buy more. Otherwise nice fridge

The refrigerator doesn't have lights for the vegetable drawers and water dispenser. It doesn't have enough bins to organize items, so I order 2 extra bins and spent over $40. I had to exchange this refrigerator because the freezer failed and the food got melt, which is not good. Also, the control panel failed. I exchanged it and new one is running fine except a big noise.

I love everything about the fridge except for the led light inside. At night it is not bright enough to see by. Also there is no light for dispensing water which can lead to spills at night. Refilling of the ice maker is loud but not really a problem. Plenty of storage space. Good fridge for the price.

I took a chance purchasing an appliance online and was a little nervous about it. I had looked at various rankings and consumer comments on refrigerators and took my time in making a selection (several months). I am (so far), thrilled with my Samsung fridge. The delivery crew was cordial and professional and went the "extra mile" to make the experience pleasant. The appliance is beautiful and performs wonderfully. I've had no issues with it at all. If I could find a "con" to this model...I wish there was a drain under the water/ice dispenser and perhaps more lighting on the control panel. Other than that...I am a happy customer.

I purchased the black color refrigerator and it matches everything perfectly. The interior is nice and large. I love that I can get crushed or cubed ice in the door. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the fridge is pretty noisy.

Very nice fridge. Could use more led lights near the bottom to see. The you are limited on top shelf movement. It could also use one more fridge shelf to store items. The freezer and fridge temps are really good.

love the cool blue LEDs lights inside. Fits perfectly in kitchen and matches other appliances. A little noise when dumping ice and it would be nice to have the water & ice selector illuminated.

Great space, looks very slick and seems to perform very well for the price.

Overall feel it's a good use of space and laid out efficiently. The lighting is a bit dimmer than anticipated but lit enough to see at night. Water dispenser does not have a light which can be challenging. I'm happy with my purchase.

It's a good refrigerator for the price. The icemaker is loud when it refills and the lighting is a little dim. Other than that, it's a good refrigerator.

This fridge was replacing a 10 year old monster whose water line no longer worked. We got a great price with a mover's coupon, free delivery and they moved the old one to the garage. What kid that grew up in the '80s doesn't want a fridge in the garage? This thing has lots of room, and although it may not seem like a big thing, it has a special slot for frozen pizzas. I know you are with me, those things just don't quite fit anywhere WELL. Now they do.

Had for only a month and a half and so far so good. The ice maker makes noises every once and awhile also when dispensing large amounts of ice it's likely to get jammed which can be annoying however not hard to clear. Water leaked out of the dispenser first two days but has quit since. Overall satisfied with it its pretty big but only time will tell how it holds up.
